first time back in a while! and i feel right at home. great staff and great vibes. Melanie works at front desk and is the sweeties person ever! easy to talk to and checks you right in. the house keeper Maricar is also a sweet and caring person. if you need anything they are always one step or call away. i will be coming back again!

This is a great location. Stayed next door many times but with rising prices deciding fed to try out. Room I had was remodeled and appears they are done as I’d read last year construction was done ongoing. Anyway room is better than expected, bed quite comfortable. Large new tv. Hot breakfast decent. I’d stay again.

I have never encountered such an incompetent front desk person. She seemed very confused, as if it were her first day on the job and would consider placing her away from the customers to spare them. Firstly, my room did not have a heater. Rather than fix the situation by moving me to a room with a heater, I was told that I couldn't be moved because no one would be able to clean the room. What kind of an excuse is that?! Don't fix the heater and move someone else into the room so they can be uncomfortable on a 49 degree San Diego evening? That only sounds fabulous if I am having hot flashes, which I am not. I will say that the room was clean when I entered and want to give the room cleaning staff a shout out since they are truly doing their job. How about fix the heater and you won't have to worry about moving someone into another room because heaters weren't fixed. When I pay for a room, I expect all features to be functional and am not really concerned about how you will clean the room when I depart from it. I really hope that management sees this and ensures that all elements in a room are working and teach their front desk staff to do better.

We spent 6 nights in total this time in their King Sites. Interior is quite new and modern. Standard breakfast included, till 9:30 though. Comfort and clean room. Free parking. No water fountain. 10-15 mins drive from UCSD. Definitely worth the price. Will consider coming back next time.

Uncomfortable bed which gave me a backache, housekeeping services every 4 days unless you request it, ran out of shower gel and shampoo, room wasn't super clean. Bathroom sink so clogged up I simply used the bathtub to clean up and brush my teeth. Maintenance did correct the issue. When I asked for more shampoo and shower gel I did get a short refill. Balconies are REALLY tiny. Surprise after my trip that I had to pay for parking! This was a pre-paid in full business trip and the fact that you had to pay for parking was an after-the-fact unhappy update. I didn't even have a vehicle the entire time.

Wait for check in was unacceptable. Need more help behind the desk. Yes it is a prime location, but that is no reason to charge what you do for food. Had to make a second trip to the front desk only to keep the same room for the second night. Pool is too cool to allow enjoyment. For the price you charge for a room, turn up the heat on the pool.

#好評#對酒店氣味，走廊隔音，鄰近店舖，鄰近活動，房間大小滿意；向所有的希尔顿酒店一样，各方面不是最好，但总体够用。酒店大堂环境不错，房间够大，属于里外套间。早餐还可以，值得称赞的是入住会给4人的餐券，外面的沙发可以改成床，还给提供了额外的浴巾，只是我没用上，如果一家出油，应该性价比还是不错。酒店应该是有历史了，如果房屋的开关面板没有更换过，那应该是上世纪的装备，使用起来很有年代感，如果真是这样，不知道它见证了几代人的欢乐时光。卫生也还不错，只是给的房间在2楼离设备间有些近，噪音有些大。酒店免费停车，因为之前看有评论说每晚50美金，所以一直提心吊胆，还好没收费。不足之处是酒店的健身房和游泳池都比较小，但这也符合希尔顿的标准，毕竟星级在这儿摆着呢。酒店对面就是商圈逛起来很爽，还有海底捞和贵陕一家的米粉吃。如果是一家出游是个不错的选择。
