The hotel is not far from the heart of the City, at a walking distance. The place is not very sexy but that's OK. The staff is super friendly. Hopefully because this is an hotel which would need to be renovated. There was a resort fee of USD 31 / day, which is super high when there are almost no amenities to justify it (a "glass" of wine, 10% on the next door restaurant where I've never been). Jackie decided to wave it, which was nice and honest from her part, giving the feeling that she perfectly understood the issue. She also told the bartender to give a real glass of wine (white or red, no choice for the wine) in a wine glass, instead of 10 cl of wine in a water glass (this is supposed to be part of the resort fee). Note that the suite I booked was supposed to have a city view as mentionned on the reservation but the main view was on the wall of the building next door. I think the hotel is a bit expensive for what it is, especially in the actual social/drug crisis in San Francisco. The center of the City is not the best place to be anymore. Thanks again to Jackie, Tinnie, and the staff of the hotel for their kindness.
