Hotel berhampiran Loop Neighborhood Market, San Francisco

Not Kimpton Level Quality. This is a nice Holiday Inn, but not worth the Kimpton price. Stayed for 5 nights. CONS: Homeless guy sitting in the corner sleeping at the long table in the nook of the lobby! Flies swarming outside front doors day and night; and flies in the lobby when they prop open the front door! Stairs going down to enter hotel; very inconvenient with luggage; Everyone pays for parking in price of room, even if you don't have a car; No coffee nor microwave in room; Coffee only in lobby only from 6-10am and it was already COLD at 6:45am; False Advertising: I measured the ”Queen bed”. It's NOT a Queen, it's a FULL sized mattress (smaller) bed! Why did the guy checking in the 4 of us ask if I wanted a free upgrade from 2 Queens to ONE King?!?! I assumed he said 2 Kings, but nope, he checked the 4 of us into a room with only 1 KING bed and explained their rooms are not big enough for 2 Kings. Wow! LOUD ANNOYING keyboard player/singer in small lobby Saturday night; guy checking us in had to shout over the ”music”; No dresser; Dirty, dusty carpet along the walls; Ice only on 3rd & 7th floors; Fitness Center is useless for weight lifting: hand weights up to only 25lbs and no Universal weights machine. 4 cardio machines not necessary because you automatically get your cardio walking anywhere in the city; No breakfast & their on-site restaurant went out of business; They ignored the loud car alarm in their garage for at least 10 minutes. Really a cool hotel. The rooms are small but functional, and appointed nicely. Big TV, confortable bed, an assortment of pillows - even a bidet toilet. The property has some great common areas including firepits, and the balcony on the 4th floor has a great vibe with a view of the Golden Gate bridge. It's right in a great restaurant district with killer restaurants, with Norcina Italian Food one of the best restaurants I've eaten at in a year.

Fun vintage hotel! Easy loading and convenient overnight pay parking lot

I want to share my recent experience at this hotel, which I regretfully cannot recommend. The hotel has an attractive location but is marred by a lack of basic amenities and poor customer service. During our six-night stay, we discovered on the second morning that there was no hot water. We informed the receptionist, Andy, but were met with a dismissive and rude attitude. We were informed that there would be no hot water for the rest of the day, and this lack of basic amenities was for a total of three days of the six days of our stay. Please note that according to California Civil Code §1940.2, it is the responsibility of the hotel to provide and maintain hot and cold running water for guests. To make matters worse, when we requested to check out early due to this issue, we were offered no refunds as our stay was prepaid on expedia. Expedia told us that the property was to decide while the property said it was expedia.. As I am a hotelier myself, I know it is the hotel’s call in the end. We were offered a shower facility in a separate building which was very inconvenient as we had to walk out of our building and take elevators to get there.. This was not a suitable alternative to the basic amenity that we had paid for. To add insult to injury, at time of check out, Andy offered us only $80 as a refund on a reservation worth over $1500, what a humiliating act, we could not believe it! Better not to offer anything, because really it is a shame to offer this to people.. We were one of the many customers to complain, and we saw that the receptionists had no sympathy towards anyone.. Yes, all businesses are there to make money, but not like this. What they did is close to stealing from someone! I cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers, and I will continue to write on other platforms to warn people..

酒店乾淨整潔，裝飾現代藝術，各方面服務也挺專業和熱情的。唯一不足就是環境，周圍流浪漢不算少，進出酒店有時哪怕沒有眼神交流有時也會有人招呼你，不過根據當地優步司機的説法，他們要賣你**你不買就是，可是話雖這麼説被他們招呼心裏還是挺慌的。除掉這個原因酒店其他各方面都不錯的。酒店內部去哪裡都要房卡還是很安全的。

Good location, restaurants nearby. Room is clean. Only thing that needs to be upgraded is coffee machine which is bit outdated. Food & beverage on main lobby is good and affordable, had a pepperoni pizza which was so good. Would book again when in SF

It is smacked right in the center where homeless people are so as a foreigner, we feel safer to go out by car (they offer a parking lot in the building) or use Uber ir Lyft. Very clean room. Very lovely housekeepers. Don't expect much from the front desk. No breakfast available.

Прекрасный отель рядом с улицей Калифорнии . Центр в 10 минутах ходьбы , рядом аптека и супермаркет . Сам отель чистый и комфортный . Большие номера, чистое пастельное белье и полотенца . Хороший сервис . Заселили раньше времени при выезде без проблем оставили бесплатно вещи . Также бесплатный чай кофе и вода с лимоном. Отель с историей но была реновация все новое хорошое освещение и современная сантехника.
