What a stay - what a hotel!! We have just returned from an excellent road trip along the coast of France and Italy and The Royal Hotel Sanremo was the highlight of our accommodation. A true 5 star hotel by any standards. Safe and secure parking for our cars, excellent service, fresh and cold beer and snacks, a perfect dinner recommendation, a 5 star spa, a first rate breakfast and all combined with a luxury room and sea view. Special thanks to Adrian on reception who booked us dinner at Flipper seafood restaurant in town and took care of our needs during the stay. Worthy of a mention of its own is the Spa facilities which felt brand new and incredibly clean. Highly recommend this hotel!!

Bel hôtel, et très bon petit déjeuner, mais très déçu car la clim de la chambre était en panne par 36° extérieur, nous avons dés notre arrivée à 16h00 et à 4 reprises informé l'accueil, qui nous a dis communiquer le pb au directeur mais rien n'a été fait, c'est inadmissible pour un 4 étoiles !!! Du coup pas de clim et à notre départ juste une timide excuse de l'agent d'accueil sans aucun geste commercial !

C’est un très bon hôtel. L’emplacement est parfait, proche de tout. Il est assez bien insonorisé et joliment décoré. Hôtel parfaitement propre , avec assez de serviettes et produits. Le personnel est serviable, accueillant et fait tout pour rendre le séjour agréable. Chambre spacieuse ! Attention au parking car peu de place … nous n’avons pas pu garer notre voiture à l’hôtel et les places sont très difficiles à avoir dans cette ville.

Very nice hotel and good service.We got a room on the top floor but the aircondition was not active.We talked to Cezare in the reception and he changed the roomfor us to the 1st floor whit aircondition and a big balcony with chairs and sunbeds.The breakfast was very good.And they had a nice swimmingpool too.Very nice stay for two days and we will come back.Thank you.

Chambre incroyable , literie exceptionnelle, salle de bain magnifique et très propre , service de chambre toujours parfait , petit déjeuner à tomber par terre, hôtel très très propre , petit frigo de chambre toujours rempli avec de l’eau bien fraîche , climatisation , pour notre part une petite terrasse qui donne sur un jardin et un terrain de basket vraiment très agréable pour l’ambiance italienne , coin fumeur, dog friendly ++++++ , serviette de plage à disposition , en plein Coeur de SanRemo …. Si je devais noté l’entièreté de l’hôtel je vous dirais qu’il mérite entièrement ses 4 étoiles (voir plus) , cependant ….. le personnel est INCROYABLE, au petit soin pour sa clientele , vous aident à réserver dès activités , vous donnent des bons plans pour la ville , de bons restaurants , s’appliquent à 300% pour vous offrir un accueil et des repas magnifiquement délicieux (le petit déjeuner est incroyable) , chaque jour est une bonne journée quand nous croisons leurs sourires , nous sommes conquises , de fond en combles et nous pensons que l’hôtel mérite une étoile de plus , juste pour eux !!! ♥️

Das Hotel ist frisch renoviert, alle Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Einige Zimmer sind nur über lange Gänge erreichbar. Die Bar ist etwas minimalistisch. Wir waren fast 100 Personen, was wahrscheinlich der Grund für das mittelmässige Essen war (gut aber nichts spezielles). Zum Frühstück gibt es ein grosses Buffet mit vielen Kuchensorten, aber leider nur mit 1 Brotsorte (natürlich Baguette). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und gibt sich Mühe, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Hotel ist mit grossen Bussen nicht erreichbar. Das Hotel stellt deshalb kleine Shuttlebusse zur Verfügung.

Magnifique hôtel à proximité de la mer et du centre ville. Belle chambre, toujours très propre. Petit-déjeuner complet avec des produits sans gluten. Le personnel est au top, également au restaurant. Piscine propre avec les serviettes à disposition. Parking disponible sur réservation, mais avec une grande voiture, prévoir quelques manœuvres. Un bémol pour le WiFi, ne fonctionne pas très bien. Bonne note également pour le restaurant. Menu parfait et service impeccable. En résumé, je recommande cet hôtel malgré un prix un peu élevé. Mais nous sommes à San Remo.

Stayed July 2022. Delux double room with sea view. On arrival reception staff non welcoming (no smiles, no chat). Very unusual for this hotel stayed before 2018. Booked Delux room, disappointed to say the least, there’s a theme here on suite bathroom tiny, a shower which you could not fit in, balcony also very small(with air con unit on balcony) and smallest TV I’ve seen since 1980 and very basic room. However room kept very clean and cleaner very good and pleasant. But for her it would have been 2/5. View outstanding. Breakfast disappointing, very basic, staff appeared unhappy enough said. Swimming pool very good although not as clean as previously and not enough sun beds for guests, also noticed a number of non residents using facilities. Car park a shambles and litter bins overflowing for 3 days(easily sorted). Suspect we weren’t given a delux room (208). Sorry won’t be back.

Chambre glaciale. Les chambres ne sont pas chauffées. Une fois dans la chambre il faut introduire une clé pour actionner le système de chauffage qui est plus que précaire. Pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain. Si vous sortez pour allez dîner, vous êtes obliger de retirer la clé et donc vous arrêter le peu de soufflerie tiède.

My wife and I thought it was excellent. The rooms were very very clean, and spacious. The automatic check-in was easy. Plenty of towels. Even the TV was large. Located right in the center, with fantastic restaurants like 5 steps from the entrance. My wife and I enjoyed the first night so much, we decided to stay a second night. For the price, it would be hard to do better. We would definitely stay there again.

Ho soggiornato 3 notti (tripla ad uso doppio) e devo dire che la camera molto spaziosa e bagno grande. Non mi aspettavo il cambio di asciugamani e un minimo di pulizia ogni Giorno onestamente. Zona è perfetta! Sei in centro, a 2 passi dalla prima spiaggia e vicino alla stazione. Consigli per migliorare: Non c’e una reception, ma presterei più attenzione ai contatti via mail. Se non chiamavo non avrei mai ricevuto risposta. Metteri almeno un piccolo frigor per l’estate o delle macchinette dove poter comprare acqua.

Дозвониться до хозяина и о чем-то договориться невозможно. На сайте было написано, что можно оплатить наличными, и что регистрация заканчивается в 21.00. Мы планировали приехать в 14.40, но попали только на более поздний поезд, поэтому были на месте около 19.00. Мы 20 минут прождали когда к нам кто-нибудь подойдет, и по итогу нам сообщили, что наша бронь отменена и продана другим людям. Снисходительно предложили переночевать в комнате, похожей на скворечник. Мы были слишком уставшие, чтобы о чем-то спорить. Два дня в дороге и по приезду не иметь возможности спокойно распаковать чемоданы - это ужасно! Никакой помощи в подборе другого варианта размещения нам не оказали. В результате мы сами нашли другой отель: по той же цене, 200 м от центра и примерно столько же от пляжа с просторной комнатой с холодильником, кондиционером и просторной ванной комнатой. Так что, если не считать пережитого стресса, я даже рада, что в этом отеле продали нашу бронь. Никому не рекомендую.

Logement très bien situé géographiquement (chambre située au centre ville) , propre et confortable. Vous aurez a disposition des serviettes de toilette,des savonnettes, climatiseur, sèche-cheveux, papier toilette, un bureau, rangements, tv, wifi, fenêtres double vitrage (vue sur la place balconnet donc lieu assez fréquenté mais nous n'avons pas entendu de bruits). Il y a un parking à deux pas du logement (parcheggio palafiori : tarif de 18 €/ jour). L'hôte est très sympathique. Il vous enverra via Snapchat un numéro de téléphone qui vous permettra d'ouvrir les portes (portes d'entrée du bâtiment, porte de sécurité) et un code (code pour ouvrir la porte du logement et de la chambre). Infos: - informer l'hôte de votre arrivée afin de lui laisser le temps de se déplacer jusqu'au logement. - parking : il y a deux bornes. Cependant, la borne CB non fonctionnelle. Au-delà de 20 €, vous devrez payer au comptoir (gardien). - logement très bien pour les noctambules (attention sur place vous payerez des taxes/pers) Pistes d'amélioration: - mettre a disposition une bouilloire , cafetière et biscuits - mettre à disposition des prospectus des lieux culturels a visiter (avec plan...)

Sono stata ospite di questa struttura che ha una posizione strategica a ridosso del teatro Ariston. La casa era super pulita e la disponibilità massima ed anche le istruzioni per entrare ed uscire. Ho solo scelto io un appartamento troppo piccolo ma alla fine ci sono stata poco però per lavorare ho fatto un po’ di fatica ma mi regolerò meglio la prossima volta. Segnalo che la serratura era difettosa e sono riuscita ad entrare solo grazie alla chiave di riserva conservata nella scatola accanto all’ingresso. Comunque grazie per tutto. Tornerò volentieri.

Ho soggiornato il 25 agosto con la famiglia. Ci siamo trovati bene .come deve essere quando affitti un appartamento,pulito,ordinato e organizzato come una camera di hotel. Questo host lo era !! Stayed July 2022. Delux double room with sea view. On arrival reception staff non welcoming (no smiles, no chat). Very unusual for this hotel stayed before 2018. Booked Delux room, disappointed to say the least, there’s a theme here on suite bathroom tiny, a shower which you could not fit in, balcony also very small(with air con unit on balcony) and smallest TV I’ve seen since 1980 and very basic room. However room kept very clean and cleaner very good and pleasant. But for her it would have been 2/5. View outstanding. Breakfast disappointing, very basic, staff appeared unhappy enough said. Swimming pool very good although not as clean as previously and not enough sun beds for guests, also noticed a number of non residents using facilities. Car park a shambles and litter bins overflowing for 3 days(easily sorted). Suspect we weren’t given a delux room (208). Sorry won’t be back.

My wife and I thought it was excellent. The rooms were very very clean, and spacious. The automatic check-in was easy. Plenty of towels. Even the TV was large. Located right in the center, with fantastic restaurants like 5 steps from the entrance. My wife and I enjoyed the first night so much, we decided to stay a second night. For the price, it would be hard to do better. We would definitely stay there again.

Si je devais noté l’entièreté de l’hôtel je vous dirais qu’il mérite entièrement ses 4 étoiles (voir plus) , cependant ….. le personnel est INCROYABLE, au petit soin pour sa clientele , vous aident à réserver dès activités , vous donnent des bons plans pour la ville , de bons restaurants , s’appliquent à 300% pour vous offrir un accueil et des repas magnifiquement délicieux (le petit déjeuner est incroyable) , chaque jour est une bonne journée quand nous croisons leurs sourires , nous sommes conquises , de fond en combles et nous pensons que l’hôtel mérite une étoile de plus , juste pour eux !!! ♥️

C’est un très bon hôtel. L’emplacement est parfait, proche de tout. Il est assez bien insonorisé et joliment décoré. Hôtel parfaitement propre , avec assez de serviettes et produits. Le personnel est serviable, accueillant et fait tout pour rendre le séjour agréable. Chambre spacieuse ! Attention au parking car peu de place … nous n’avons pas pu garer notre voiture à l’hôtel et les places sont très difficiles à avoir dans cette ville.
