Habitacion comoda con balcon. Por eso que le pongo 3 estrellas. Estaba a punto de poner 2 estrellas por la piscina. Nunca vi una piscina tan sucia. Nadie la limpia dirante el dia y no se puede ver el fonde de 50cm tan sucia es. La musica es demasiado fuerte como si estuvieramos en un hotel club para solteros. La terrasa desliza mucho y casi me abro el pie con un plastico de evacuacion de agua que se quebro. Esta piscina necesita reforma urgente y mas personal de mantenimiento. Seguridad pesima. Horarios de desayuno el domingo : no abre antes de las 8am. Una estupidez cuando uno solo se queda una noche y tiene que estar fuera del hotel a las 12 y no se puede aprovechar mucha la playa en la mañana por falta de tiempo. Personal amable pero al check out no les parece preguntar si disfrutamos de la estancia por miedo de comentarios negativos. Es la base del trabajo de recepción de asegur**** de eso en vez de escribir en trip advisor.

The staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The hotel restaurant had good selections and reasonably priced. Morning breakfast was good as well. The grounds were well maintained. Being right on the beach was a super plus and we enjoyed not having to get into our cars to drive to a beach.

I had the privilege to visit this place in the company of friends and it was a very incredible experience because it is a very cozy place, with excellent and very comfortable rooms, it has a pool and is close to the sea, the food is delicious and their cocktails are the best, the staff is very friendly and attentive, in my opinion it is a place I would visit again for its comfort and good atmosphere to enjoy in the company of family, friends or couples. The best experience in this place that offers an incredible view.

Fui assistir a final da Copa Libertadores em Guayaquil e me hospedei em Salinas. Gostaria de recomendar a todos o Blue Bay Hotel. O café da manhã é excelente, a vista dos quartos para a praia é fantástica, o custo benefício é excelente e o atendimento da recepção do hotel é fantástica. A agência de viagens que contratei ficou de deixar o meu ingresso do jogo no hotel e o processo foi conduzido com excelência pela equipe do Hotel, em especial ressalto o trabalho exemplar dos funcionários Paul e Nelson que não só desempenham suas funções com total profissionalismo e excelência, mas também me auxiliaram em tudo para que eu não perdesse o ingresso ou os transfers de Salinas para Guayaquil e vice versa. Deixo meu muito obrigado ao senhor Paul, ao senhor Nelson e a toda a Equipe do Hotel e recomendo a todos que passem por Salinas, que se hospedem no Blue Bay Hotel.
