myself as well as ~30 other students stayed here, in this hotel, for two days. the hotel is not near the beach nor the old town, so be prepared to either walk to your planned destinations or take the busses (which are easily accessible and easy to navigate). this hotel was ok for the price, very small. it was two people (16 year olds) per room, and it still felt extremely cramped. the beds were pushed together and yet there was almost no room to walk around to the desk or bathroom. the bathroom was an eyesore, lime green tile all the way around, and the caulking of the tile and glass door had mold. the drain was clogged, too, and me and my roommate both said we had to stop mid shower to let the water drain (took at LEAST 15 minutes) fully to continue showering. the cleanliness of my room was also awful. there were drips/splatters of a brown/speckled liquid, which was there when we arrived. the service at the front desk was not helpful, either, as we had to ask three times to use a bathroom. the first time, they told us they simply didn't have one. the second, they said we weren't allowed to use it. and the third, we were escorted to a bathroom on the second floor, down multiple hallways and staircases, and it was very unsanitary. not to mention, if you are planning to stay here during the hot months, you will be required to upgrade your room for air conditioning. i would not recommend staying at this hotel, and neither would a handful of my fellow classmates. san sebastian was a beautiful city, with lots to explore, but this hotel didn't meet my expectations.
