Hotel Santa Monica dengan Gim

Enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable, which is the most important part for my stay! We asked for extra blankets and towels which were brought up quickly. Breakfast was simple which is fine, I'm not much for eating early. Location was good, busy area coming in and out of the hotel.

It's a 10-minute walk to Santa Monica Beach.But there's a lot of homelessness on the road. I can't get around late at night. The hotel staff is very good. The man wearing glasses is a little cynical when checking in. The room I reserved was the smallest and the lighting was very dark. Keep that in mind.

酒店雖然老了點，但維護得還行，挺乾淨的，洗漱用品是Diptyque, 衞生紙還綁了個小緞帶～ 服務很好，到機場發現護照忘酒店了，很有效率幫我找到了，沒有誤機。還特地説不用給小費，這是他們應該做的。 缺點：陽台好小，坐椅子上腿都伸不開。

Kakitangan sangat membantu dari awal, biliknya bagus dan bersih, lokasinya sangat bagus (berjalan kaki dari SM pier)… wifi yang disediakan secara percuma sudah cukup untuk apa yang harus anda lakukan pada hari biasa (pilihan untuk menaik taraf dengan pantas dengan bayaran) valet tempat letak kenderaan tersedia dengan harga $ 45 sehari (kawasan ini mengenakan bayaran sekitar $ 30 sehari untuk tempat letak kenderaan awam, jadi ada baiknya anda boleh keluar seberapa banyak yang anda boleh)

Hotel ini betul-betul di sebelah Pantai Venice dan sangat mudah untuk pergi ke pantai. Saya tidak memperhatikannya sebelum membuat tempahan. Sebagai tambahan kepada bayaran bilik, bayaran tempat letak kenderaan harus dikenakan secara berasingan. Ia berharga $49 semalam, dan terdapat bayaran landskap, yang berharga $45 sehari.

The most caring people I have ever encountered. Upon arrival from AUS at 8.30 am my phone battery was flat and my bank travel Mastercard card wasn’t working so I was unable to pay the taxi driver. I was travelling solo and hadn’t slept in 36 hours so I was stressed and barely lucid when I walked in to the hotel. Lucia at front desk took care of things for me. We got my phone working, got the cab driver paid then she called house keeping and organised a room to be cleaned ASAP so I could check in early. I was in my room in bed by 10am thanks to her. After a lovely afternoon out and about, the next morning I woke up vomiting and running a fever. They don’t have room service so the front desk staff brought anti-nausea ***** and water up to my room within 3 minutes of me calling. They offered to phone and check in on me throughout the day as they knew I was travelling alone. The next morning when I checked out at 5.30am to get to LAX I got in my Uber and as it was about to leave the woman on front desk came running out, stopped us from leaving and said to me “you said your Uber’s a Nissan, this isn’t a Nissan, you should get out of the car”. It turned out a previous guest had taken my Uber. Once we realised this, the driver of the Uber I was in would not take me, told me to leave his vehicle and get my bags out of his car. As I had a plane to catch and was worried I would miss it, the same front desk lady rang me a cab which arrived in minutes. If you are a solo traveller STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! The rooms are beautiful, spacious and clean. To top it all off Lucia didn’t charge me for early check in; she said given how stressful getting there had been, it was the least she could do to help. Gifts from God and great beds to boot!

地理位置和設施在Santa Monica的性價比不高，並不推薦。 因為我訂了海景大床房，所以理所當然的拿了頂樓的房間。但在服務細節上，真的太失望。 房間裏不提供飲用水，沒有水杯，沒有熱水壺，沒有一切常規的用品。還好我自己帶了足夠的咖啡飲料和小電鍋。 房間裏的提供的洗漱品牌也不咋滴，在絕大多數的五星酒店都跟換成一線品牌的護膚品以後，遇到這種雜牌（一晚3000-4000）還真的很驚訝。反正我也不用。 遇到最不能容忍的事情就是，我衹是問一下我的房間裏能不能加一個咖啡桌和2張椅子，方便我看日落，結果被前台大聲的數落了一番。我一下子沒反應過來，我到底是不是客人😂 還好攜程的客服解決問題效率一級棒，瞭解情況後，處理的非常滿意，酒店也及時送上了道歉，並把桌椅放進了房間裏。但為什麼一開始就不能好好講話呢。 第二件事，入住第二天遇上酒店員工鬧矛盾（罷工）7點被警報聲（火警，救護車和警車聲），我老公穿着浴袍就跑下樓了……虛驚一場。不過，跟攜程客服溝通後，酒店也表示的歉意和補償。 總體感覺吧，4000一晚上太不值了！不如看看同一條街的其他2000-3000的選擇吧。

沒得說，設計感絕，挑不出一點毛病。大堂、房間內材質和單品質感都在線，可惜公共區域人太太太多了，上午11點咖啡區甚至找不到空的座位。當地人都來這兒社交，拍照會非常尷尬，無法拿起手機。

Great Location and close to shopping, pier and trains. Hotel is basic but clean and convenient.
