Hotel Santa Monica dengan Spa

Kakitangan sangat membantu dari awal, biliknya bagus dan bersih, lokasinya sangat bagus (berjalan kaki dari SM pier)… wifi yang disediakan secara percuma sudah cukup untuk apa yang harus anda lakukan pada hari biasa (pilihan untuk menaik taraf dengan pantas dengan bayaran) valet tempat letak kenderaan tersedia dengan harga $ 45 sehari (kawasan ini mengenakan bayaran sekitar $ 30 sehari untuk tempat letak kenderaan awam, jadi ada baiknya anda boleh keluar seberapa banyak yang anda boleh)

My Wife and I stayed in a beautiful bungalow that had been recently renovated. We made use of all 3 hospitality venues - the food and service was very good. There was one experience that stood out from all others - my wife and I are vegan and had asked the Guest Service Manager (Ryan), upon our arrival, for any restaurant suggestions. He recommended a few as we spoke, but then followed up with an email listing 6 outstanding restaurants, many of which we thoroughly enjoyed. He also followed up halfway through our stay to ensure we were pleased with the selections he had offered. Lastly, he spotted us leaving at the end of our stay and spent 10 minutes with us to listen to our experiences and offered his full services for our next trip to Miramar. An overall outstanding experience with superb service.

Overall the hotel, facilities and the staff were excellent. Our only niggles were no bath/shower mat making it dangerous and very slippery, an accident waiting to happen and the lack of coffee/tea making facilities in the room. This forces you to buy from the lobby, which is only open a few hours in the morning so if you miss it, you have to source outside just to get a hot drink. It is also not cheap in the lobby and as you are paying the room supplement every day, I feel this should be included in your room.

沒得說，設計感絕，挑不出一點毛病。大堂、房間內材質和單品質感都在線，可惜公共區域人太太太多了，上午11點咖啡區甚至找不到空的座位。當地人都來這兒社交，拍照會非常尷尬，無法拿起手機。

Great service, location, definitely would recommend to my friends. A bit pricey parking but I guess it’s everywhere in LA

Hotel pantai ini berada 1.1 km dari Third Street Promenade dan 1.9 km dari Pantai Venice.Manjakan diri anda di spa yang menawarkan urut. Sarapan Eropah disediakan pada setiap hari dari 8:00 hingga 11:00 dengan dikenakan bayaran.Kemudahan yang ditampilkan adalah termasuk pusat perniagaan, perkhidmatan limousin/kereta bandar dan surat khabar percuma di lobi. Kemudahan acara di hotel ini terdiri daripada ruang persidangan dan sebuah bilik mesyuarat.Selesakan diri anda di salah satu daripada 129 bilik berhawa dingin yang menampilkan peti sejuk dan bar mini. Akses Internet wayarles (surcaj) membolehkan anda sentiasa berhubung, manakala program kabel disediakan untuk hiburan anda. Bilik mandi dilengkapkan dengan pengering rambut dan jubah mandi. Kemudahan yang disediakan merangkumi telefon serta peti besi dan meja.

We had an okay stay. The hotel is more 4-star than 5-star. As a Hilton Diamond, suites were available so too rooms with a sea view but we were only offered them as a paid upgrade, even though the hotel was far from capacity. Room was a good size, clean but had no view whatsoever. Breakfast was of a good quality but expect to pay $40-$50+ USD pp for a light breakfast. Toast was charged at $8 USD for ”two pieces” which was actually one slice of bread cut into two! So yeah $8 USD for a slice of toast cut into two! Location is by the beach but a good 10 minute walk from the cafe/restaurant area. With rates of $800+ USD pn, I would not recommend staying here.

Frente a la playa y al muelle de Santa Mónica, ubicación inmejorable. Habitaciones limpias y en buen estado, el único problema es que reservamos con anticipacion dos habitaciones porque somos una familia de 6 y nos ubicaron en distintos pisos, nos trajo algunos problemas eso, pero el resto muy recomendable
