A beautiful hotel in a good location. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable with a really sumptuous bed. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful and although we don't speak Spanish, there were no issues being understood.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Parking is next door in a parking building, easy to find. One entrance to the hotel is thru the yacht club entrance. Staff at reception very helpful and lovely. Room was lovely, and decent size, bar fridge, coffee machine plus tea making facilities. Great shower. Our basin didn’t drain unfortunately and the air conditioner was just adequate, a worry as it wasn’t very hot. A pleasant stay in a lovely room. Recommend.

Elegent hotel in restored C19th building. Tastefully decorated rooms with huge beds and memory foam pillows Coffee machine and complimentary capsules. In the heart of the restaurant area but the room was peaceful and calm Staff very helpful

Set in the heart of the restaurant and bar area and a few steps from the lovely seafront promenade this hotel is a great base for sightseeing, The bedrooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and comfortable, they even have a coffee machine and capsules. Staff are very friendly.

We stayed for 2 nights, 2 couples. Great location in the main town area, 20 minutes from the airport. We had a basic double room on the inside of the hotel window onto the atrium. Great sized room and huge bathroom. we had a third bed in our room which we could have done without but we just left all our stuff strewn all over it, so handy as well. The beds were excellent and the air-con was almost silent. Staff were fantastic, Santander does not have as many English speakers as elsewhere in Spain but the staff were pretty proficient. The town is great, no British pubs or roast dinners, genuinely Spanish everywhere. had a a great time trying to communicate sometimes, our Spanish being extremely limited but the locals in general where pleasant and helpful. had one run in with a surly waitress, more our fault than hers. Wine is very cheap and excellent quality, i think they send all the dodgy stuff to the UK. beer and food are pretty reasonable, lots of choice from high end to local fare, a lot of bars will give you Tapas with your drinks. the little market in the town center is great for food and drink. there is an area down by the port with lots of fish restaurants, extremely busy at all meal times with locals so you really need to book in advance. great beaches if you walk north to the Bay of Biscay coastline. Thoroughly recommend Santander to anyone who wants a bit of real Spain, don't bother if you want cheap British pubs and roast beef.

Todo estupendo! La ubicación magnífica! Especial mención para las zonas antiguas del palacio que conservan las escaleras, los azulejos y las estancias del primer piso como cuando se construyó en el siglo XVIII. El comedor una maravilla!

Excelente hotel el cual tiene una ubicación inigualable en pleno centro de Santander. Ofrecen unas facilidades bien mantenidas y muy buen servicio de cuarto. El desayuno buffet muy bueno y amplio. Personal del hotel muy amable. Recomendado

Escribo aquí para indicarles porque no voy a volver a este Hotel, dado que el hotel nadie me atendió . Pago por anticipado y ni buenos días. Da a 4 calles una de ellas con una obra, evidentemente nos dan la habitación en esa calle y lo más cerca posible del ascensor, perfecto!!! La habitación con paredes sucias y el baño muy sucias. Un armario de Ikea patético, pero sin mantas. El desayuno Bufet el peor que he visto jamas, con una especie de camarera recogiendo y reponiendo a la vez, todo con guantes y masticando chicle, alucinante.... Nunca había visto un hotel de esta categoría tan malo en todos sus aspectos, parecía una broma de cámara oculta. Somos clientes del Bahia hace muchos años y gracias a probar otros Hoteles en Santander seguiremos alejándonos allí siempre que vayamos a esa maravillosa ciudad. Es caro ....pero comparado con este es un regalo.

Hotel muy regular con mala calidad precio. No cuidan los detalles para ser un Hotel que pretende tener una cierta categoría. Algunas de las personas de recepción no están en altura en el trato. Aspectos de poco nivel como en la habitación como el café de marca desconocida o los detalles de bienvenida son de poca calidad … el desayuno muy flojo en variedad y calidad de los alimentos. Además pedir algo especial como jamón York hecho a la plancha suponía un problema… La verdad que bastante decepcionante
