Very friendly and warm hostel always something going on for example there is a bar so always a group having a drink and very open and easy to join in , staff were great they let me know every thing I needed to know and good quality toilets and great kitchen.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights while visiting Santiago de Chile, and my experience was pretty good. Check-in process was smooth with no complaints other than the lack of staff to escort the luggage. We got a room in the middle of the building and the room was spacious and comfortable with working heater plus air conditioner for warning up from the chilly Santiago weather. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy the breakfast due to the constraints of our tour but overall we had a very nice stay and would recommend this to anyone who's looking for a good accomodation in the centre of Santiago.

Basic hostel in central Santiago - close to major sights. Only stayed one night. We walked up to Cerro San Cristobal then had a nice meal on the busy street on the way back to the hostel. We were advised not to go out walking after dark. Cars were being broken into along the street when we got up early in the morning to go to the airport. Very noisy at hostel at night - Pisco Sours were being served at 9pm & things got quite rowdy until curfew at midnight which meant we didn’t get much sleep. Decent breakfast which is impressive considering the price of a room. Room had enough room for opening luggage & also had its own bathroom.

It's a nice, boutique hotel. The rooms are nice, the bathroom is also nice, although very small, there is hot water in the shower, the air conditioning works, the internet is OK. The only problem is a lack of the window to the outside world, there is only one in the corridor, so the room smells musty. In the hotel there is a swimming pool (water is freezing cold!) with some tables and chairs, coffee is served all day long. The breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant, it is tasty, varied and colourful.

Tivemos uma excelente experiência no hotel Reyall. O hotel é bem localizado, próximo a mercadinho, farmácia e restaurante. O bairro é tranquilo e bem silencioso. Tem um bom café da manhã e oferece cafe da manhã para viagem nos dias que os passeios saem muito cedo. O staff é muito atencioso, prestativo e educado, principalmente os rapazes da recepção. O quarto e banheiro são pequenos, porém, atende bem. Chuveiro bom, com boa pressão e bem quentinho. Serviço de limpeza diária e muito boa. Gostamos muito, voltaremos em uma próxima viagem ao Chile e recomendamos aos viajantes.

First vegan review. My wife and I are vegan and we were not expecting much. First day they had little cartons of almond milk but after that day they did not have any anymore. They have different fruits, strawberry, cantaloupe, no bananas, that's odd. and some not fresh fruit like pineapple in syrup. They also have coffee and tea. Oats that you can make with hot water from the nestle coffee maker hot water. Cereal like corn flakes and dry bread. Pool closed ”under maintenance” Bad things: Room key kept failing. Had to get it reprogrammed multiple times. Toilet does not flush well, had to do it multiple times. Soap bars are tiny and not very soapy. Might be the water but not sure. No free coffee in the room, just a hot water electric kettle Pros: Clean room. Good service. Across the street from a Starbucks, grocery store. Walking distance from bars/restaurants. Overall, a good option for a budget hotel.

O café da manhã é servido até às 10h e é bem farto, conta com variedades de frutas, cereais, pães, frios, ovos e linguiça. Os funcionários são bem receptivos e atenciosos. Eles disponibilizam uma marmitinha de café da manhã (sache de café, chá,fruta, sanduíche, iogurte) para que você possa levar no dia dos passeios, basta solicitar até as 21h na recepção. A região realmente não é boa mas o hotel conta com seguranças a disposição caso precise esperar algum uber ou taxi do lado de fora. Foi bem tranquilo pedir carros de aplicativo tanto durante o dia quanto durante a noite. Próximo ao hotel há uma estação da Turbus (estação alameda) e tem um metrô do outro lado da rua

all llegar solicite mi tarjeta de acceso y Jenice con una pésima actitud empezó a tratarme poco más que ladrón pues no creía que yo hiciera una reserva. Al confirmar los datos con mi cedula y tarjeta, le solicite el libro de reclamos el cual me lo dieron pero ella empezó ahora increparme sin más por querer reclamar. Si tienen personal que no sabe tratar a sus clientes o que derechamente no le gusta atender a personas, derechamente corresponder encauzar su trabajo, no puede ser que se desquiten con quienes les elegimos como lugar de descanso.

The Santiago city center and Arturo Merino Benitez Airport are about 20 minutes away. Our 17th floor restaurant features panoramic views of the city and mountains.

We spent 2 nights/3 days here before boarding our Viking cruise. Highly recommend! Val at the front desk managed to get us us an early check in, which was much appreciated after we flew overnight from the US. Room was modern and comfortable with a GREAT view. We were surprised and thankful there was a USB and a 110v plug as we brought the wrong converter … would have been a real problem if we couldn’t charge our devices! The restaurant on the 17th floor was excellent, both for the food, the service and the wonderful view of Santiago’s financial district and surrounding parks. We ate breakfast there each morning and had drinks on the shaded patio before dinner each night. Ask for the hard copy menu in English if your Spanish is as rusty as mine. If you want to keep up your exercise, you can use the hotel gym OR the long, wide path that goes through the city that is right outside the hotel front door. Not sure how long it is (just did 3 miles) but bring your sunscreen as it is not shaded. Just across the street from the hotel is a building called CV Galeria. It has about 8-9 restaurants / bars across three levels, all with outdoor seating. Great options for dinner after a busy day touring Santiago with no Uber ride required! One tip: contact the hotel ahead of time to arrange a pickup at the airport. It will save you time and angst trying to navigate the airport and choose unknown transport… great to have a guy from the hotel holding up a sign with your name! In summary: great centrally located hotel in a safe area.

PPengguna TetamuWell located. Our room was spacious with a nice modern decor. The lobby of the hotel is pleasant. However, when we arrived late at night we found that the bathroom had not been cleaned from the previous guests - no compensation or other remedy offered when we reported the problem (although we did not ask because we find it embarrassing, but I would have expected an immediate offer not to charge one night). The breakfast looks great at first sight, but if you are looking for a bit more, such as fat free milk or yogurt, or a good variety of fruit, or some smoked salmon, it's not available.

PPengguna TetamuI loved this hotel! The staff was really wonderful and accommodating. Juan was at the front desk each morning with a greeting of ”Good Morning Madame.” Nicolas was very helpful in arranging my stay prior to the visit, which was helpful. Every staff member was really friendly and accommodating. They served a small breakfast buffet in the main level each morning, even cooked eggs to order if you'd like. I went to this country traveling as a solo female. This was a nice location because it's walking distance to several restaurants and a lovely park. I felt completely safe in the area. My favorite was the Peruvian restaurant! I had this amazing seabass dish with scallops and calamari with a sauce on top. This was all on a bed of risotto. Chilian wine...fantastic! I wasn't familiar with this region's wine and was surprised at how good it was. My meal, paired with a lovely Chilian Sauvignon Blanc Reserve was so delicious that I went back and had the same thing the next night. There is also a hill about a mile away that has the Christ statue, that is very walkable. There is a Japanese Garden on the hill. If you can't walk there, there is a funicular and the Uber car service worked just as it does in the US. One tip, if you're from the US or North, the maps will be backwards on Google. Just google directions to get them in the direction you're going. I got lost the first day until I did my Google search on how to fix. The only problem I had was the language. Very few people speak English. I even went to a restaurant, fine dining at a park, quite lovely, but nobody spoke English and the menu was only in Spanish. To make matters worse, my phone died! Be prepared with how to use Google Translate, that will help, but if your phone dies, you're dead in the water. I found it very hard to communicate with people, which would not have been as bad had I not been traveling alone. I found it to be very isolating. I even took a tour with an English-speaking guide. I thought great, now I can chat with people, but NO! It was a guide who spoke Spanish, then translated to Portuguese, then English. I was the only English-speaking person on the bus. The museums, a few are only available in Spanish so no point going to those if you don't speak Spanish. Other than the language barrier, I had a lovely time. My highlight was my hotel and the staff!

The suburb that Almasur resides in is a quirky and friendly neighbourhood with a charming plaza of restaurants, cafes and bars. There are a few private schools and colleges, the Main Street is cobbled and lined with Plane trees so it has an atmosphere rather like Paris!The hotel is brand new and perfect for business with large rooms. The cafe bar down stairs is great for working and meeting. I will be staying here again.

PPengguna TetamuGood morning, first of all, I would like say good things about the Doubletree Hilton Vitacura, was a great hotel, good location and close to the Mall and good restaurants around. Me and my 2 sisters and my mother stayed from 28/05 until 04/06 in the hotel and we were very proud with the service, all the employees were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and affordable. Breakfast was the best part, which offered lots of options cold and hot buffet for everyone and specially for the waiter Leonardo and everyone else that gave us a good service and was very good. I would really love to thank everyone from the hotel Concierge, Breakfast Team, Housekeeping, Front Desk people and we had a wonderful time. I recommend this hotel and hope to see u guys next time.

PPengguna TetamuWe flew into Santiago on an overnight flight and used booking to stay for our first night. Arrived at the airport and needed to WhatsApp the hotel to arrange for a complimentary ride. It’s 10 mins away and the shuttle was new and clean. We attempted to check in a little early @ noon, but we’re told if we wanted to check in before 3PM we would be charged an extra 1/2 day rate. We decided to wait. After having a coffee I spoke to the front desk @ 2PM and they agreed to check us in early (I assume it’s because the hotel was extremely quiet and they had ample space/rooms). The hotel is clean, but quite a ways off the beaten path. Not sure how safe the area is as the hotel is gated with a wire fence and looks desolate and a little prison-like. Also, the hotel seems newer, but the walls are super thin and a little noisy because of this. Breakfast was very good and Lorenzo was helpful at the front desk.

The spa is amazing you have a complimentary hour per day to enjoy it and other treatments are available for a reasonable price. The swimming pool is in the rooftop, is quite small but not many people is there. The restaurant on the top is superb, a bit overpriced but the food quality is excellent. Breakfast worth it.

It's so best location near of Mall Costanera Center and CBD. Very beautiful views. Also the hotel rooms with the kitchen, Including all kitchen equipments and accessories. Hotel's front desk was very kindly and warmly. My flight was in the morning early after my staying at the hotel. Front desk (Her name was Catalina) delivered my breakfast to my room previous day. Also she gave me very nice room with excellent views. The window was looking to the Sky Costanera Center, I'm so thankful for the hotel's front desk Catalina and her colleague who was a guy. I want to say them thank you so much again. See you soon in beautiful Santiago de Chile again 🇨🇱💕👍👍

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is near a large shopping mall so there are many nearby restaurants to choose from. The rooms themselves are very comfortable. My one complaint is with the breakfast. If I went at the opening time, it was not yet set up for guests. I had to wait until someone brought out the tea, juice glasses, food labels, etc. There also needs to be a better system to request an omelet or fried eggs.

We stayed here for 3 nights on our visit to Santiago. The hotel seems to be brand new with some of it still under construction and not quite all the way operating yet (huge empty racks for a wine collection, no bar, restaurant not always open). The staff was extremely helpful and spoke English. The room was very nice, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was wonderful with servers and menu choices rather than a buffet. The location seemed a little ify - our first night there we walked many blocks in search of an open restaurant since the hotel restaurant didn't open until 7 and we were hungry. The only thing we could find was a Chinese restaurant on the corner in the midst of all the street vendors. Side note - just down the street there is a fabulous restaurant called Chilenazo but it seemed to only be open for lunch. As mentioned by another reviewer, finding the hotel can be a bit tricky. It's located on the 3rd floor of a building that has stores and a gym on the first two floors and there is no signage. The best entrance is on Romero Street around the corner from the actual address.
