Great service, friendly and very helpful. Hotel has fast Wi-Fi, very large rooms and space with good working desks. The hotel restaurant is also convenient with variety of food and the best wine!

Booked just to rest while waiting for a transfer.

酒店整體還可以，但是價格偏高。住宿是可以住宿，但是裏面的包車特別差勁，其中一個司機師傅素質很差，中午我請吃飯還不忘自己再多額外點東西拿着，一路上加價，説這裏要收費，那裡要收費，談好的是按照里程收費，結果價格他自己亂價亂定，就跟***一樣，在路上行駛還跟其他人發生口角，大家千萬別在這個酒店租車，説好包車按理程，因為我們是走訪客户，一站一停，一天下來跑了不到200公里，説這裏跑了500公里，最後竟然收了我們400美金。

酒店有免費接送機，早餐不錯。房間寬敞，乾淨，服務貼心，友善，環境安靜，酒店院內有免費停車場，大堂有歐洲租車公司入住

房間挺大，但是設施及服務，與收費不相符，我們在聖地亞哥市內的酒店平均570左右，但是房間的設施整體要比這個好很多，這個平均每間在700+，但是相對卻差不少. 有去機場的班車，大約10分鐘就到，很方便，適合第二天一早乘機的朋友。 早餐 很簡單，熱牛奶，熱水，咖啡，2-3樣水果，麪包片，酸奶，像湯之類的沒有，不適合國內人的胃口. 酒店沒有牙刷，牙膏，沒有拖鞋！

The staff were super helpful and the hotel is in good condition. It is an old hotel, but it is renovated and pleasant. The beds are comfortable, the room was spacious and clean. The only downside was the noise of the bathroom extractor fan, it was too loud and I was told that it was impossible to turn it down, even at night.

Old hotel that is currently getting renovated. One of the oldest hotels in Chile. Even though it is further to get to from the airport, the hotel pays for a taxi van with others to get to and from the airport. Bed was comfy slept well. Complementary breakfast. Good wifi

Staff was rude, hotel is totally outdated, looks so worn out. What was really striking was the restaurant: the chairs were filthy, we sat as it was late at night and we needed to catch a 3:00 am flight. Would never stay there again.

Although the place is near airport, the place is pretty outdated and definitely requires a renovation. We were thinking on taking the public transportation from the hotel to know the city, but hotel staff advised against it due to safety; that forced us to us their cab and it was kind of expensive, but flexible and convenient

All was ok and the salad for dinner was really good. The room was spacious and clean. The air conditioner sounded like a stone crusher. There was another noice like an old dry tumbler but much louder and higher frequency. It was ok when we went to bed.i woke up by the noice at about 2am. It was impossible to go back to sleep. I ended up trying to sleep in the bathtub were it was a bit quieter!
