Theodosia was a lovely host who welcomed us after our late flight. She did everything she could to make our stay pleasurable. We are quite satisfied with this volcano.

Overall not so satisfiyinng stay. Staff is friendly but the bathroom smells and the water from shower is fluting all over the floor after shower. there was no adequate duvet instead only a thin cover. The rest was ok.

The location is abit far from OIA village. View is ok but will prefer to stay another hotel nearer to OIA.

酒店房間很新，早餐是提早選擇再送到房間的，很豐富。酒店房間不多，所以能好好享受泳池人不會太多。就是地理位置離Oia有點遠，適合自駕的人。

設施：非常喜歡，房間超大。出了房間門就是一個大泳池，拍了好多美照 衞生：很乾凈 環境：不錯 服務：非常好，會問你什麼時候吃早飯，喜歡吃什麼早飯，然後非常準時的送到你的房間門口

酒店總體不錯，房間比較大，衞生也好。 服務員熱情，態度非常好。 早餐很豐盛，頭一天點好，第二天按我們選擇的時間送到房間。我們忘記點酸奶，服務員熱情幫我們添加上。 酒店房子不多，有個大的室外游泳池 可以游泳 拍照，曬太陽。 酒店面向大海，但離大海還有一點距離。離伊亞小鎮走路20多分鐘，稍微有點遠。吃飯買東西不是很方便。出門自己打車不方便，需要服務員幫忙。 酒店看日落位置很一般。 酒店適合有車或者不太出門的人。

호텔에서 본 노을은 최고였습니다. 숙소도 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 조식으로 나온 음식들도 정말 맛있었어요. 무엇보다도 직원분들이 친절해서 다음에 산토리니 오면 또 방문하고 싶습니다. 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 이아마을과는 걸어서 약간 거리가 있습니다. 그치만 호텔에서 유료로 이아마을 까지 택시 제공해주니 알아보고 이용하시면 좋을 것 같아요~

酒店設施不錯，房間很寬敞，房門口有個小陽台，面對泳池和大海，感覺很愜意。位置離Oia小鎮步行大概20分鐘左右，比較清凈，適合不喜歡住人來人往的景區的人，同時相比Oia小鎮同價位酒店，設施要更好。酒店的接待姑娘Theodosia非常nice，總是熱情微笑。早餐是入住時自選的，比較豐盛。總之，非常喜歡這次入住體驗。

The reception was nice, but overall, I was disappointed as it was way overpriced. After booking in advance, the rates dropped to a third of what I paid, and the hotel refused to adjust my hotel rate. Volcanic Arc Suites is a small boutique motel a short drive from Oia. The room was clean and modern, but I was disappointed with the very minimal breakfast options. The hotel is also located in the middle of nowhere and is difficult to locate at night due to limited street lighting. The views from the small balcony were nice but not very private.

This was a real Jem of a find, the accommodation is brand new, beautifully furnished with a lovely pool. Me and my wife stayed for 3 nights and we didn’t want to leave, a great base to visit Oia. It is a good 20-25 minute walk there, all uphill, however Theodosia can organise you a taxi for €10. The breakfast was lovely, fresh warm Croissants, ham and cheese toastie, fruit, coffee all delivered to your room to eat outside. Really quiet peaceful area, great for relaxing around the pool which we practically had to ourselves for the 3 days. Perfect 👌

Absolutely amazing, from start to finish this was five star service, like a personal butler. Thesodossia deserves a medal. She is pretty much there for you from 8 am to 10.30 pm at night, with pretty much anything we needed. From wine to taxis to food. Everyone was very friendly and the place peaceful and so very clean! 5 stars from us! Thank you for making our anniversary so special, we felt like royalty. The breakfasts were so lovely and fresh! Location perfect away from the crowds in Oia and a 25 minute walk or taxi to there!

Bad customer service from manager. I don’t recommend staying here. Especially if you need changes or accommodation. Front desk is nice though. Location is a bit out of the way. Room is little dark. At least free bottle water. Don’t expect much otherwise.

We have just got back from Santorini we booked a package holiday in Perissa but it was a trip for our anniversary so we wanted to visit Oia and treat ourselves to a nice hotel stay there, so we could see sunset and sunrise. This hotel was perfect! Very peaceful with only a few rooms. The lady looking after us from reception was a diamond, sorted a taxi for us to centre of Oia & back for 15 euros each way, it is walkable, but we had done a lot of walking during the day so didn't fancy the 25 minute walk on the evening. Breakfast was the cutest thing I have ever had at a hotel, you chose what you wanted on arrival and then they delivered it to your terrace at a time you choose in the morning. There was so much food we took some of it for lunch later that day. We had croissants, toast, cake, fruit, yogurt, fresh orange and coffee. It was all delivered in the cutest basket. The pool area is also really nice!! I really needed an iron as we had all our stuff in a back pack as we were only staying one night and also exploring Oia and they delivered one to our room within 5 minutes of me checking in. The showers are also amazing there's 2 showers in the same cubicle Netflix is also available on the TV and something which I thought was a great idea they have a dark coloured flannel that says make up on it which is a brilliant idea! Mini fridge had 2 soft drinks and water for us on arrival too. I couldn't recommend this place enough!
