Hotel Sanya dengan Bar

This hotel has surpassed all my expectations. I was locked down during the outbreak of Covid in Sanya. The staff was gracious, helpful and professional at all times. Despite not able to speak English they kept me up to date about requirements. The room was clean and kept clean. I appreciated the laundry facilities they provide free of charge. Their robotic butler was very helpful in these trying times. They also reduced prices to an affordable amount. They have an award from Trip.com and they fully deserve it!! Thanks for hosting me

The hotel itself is in the CBD of Sanya and a pretty good location. The room was quite nice, however it smelt pretty musky when I first moved in. Service was pretty excellent / proactive, I had lost a bag on my HSR and they managed to track it down for me. The most disappointing thing was that the manager tried to bribe me to write a good review.

I had fairly high expectations when I got to this location, but unfortunately the standard was fairly low. It might be due to the fact that covid has affected this area. The maintaining of the hotel wasn't great. Our bathroom door was broken, the sofa pillows had dirty spots on them, the pool chairs are all covered in dirt, people were smoking in the elevators not taking it into consideration that there are a lot of kids here, and other people that doesn't want to inhale smoke for that matter.. I spoke to the reception about the smoking and they Confirmed it isn't legal, but they didn't have anyone to take care of the matter so nothing they could do if someone were to smoke. The swimming pools around as well as in the water park were all very cold, a lot of dirty pools in the water park too. Because of the cold unpleasant to swim unless it was very sunny. The Breakfast was a disaster. Too crowded with people and just very basic chinese food. We ended up only eating raw vegetables and fruit the one time we went. We were also told a bedrail or a crib would be arranged for our daughter, but that didn't happen. We ended up using the sofa in the room to create some sort of barrier to assure she wouldn't fall out the bed and hit the hard floor. The Restaurants around at the time all took 40 minutes or more to serve us anything, repeatedly forgetting drinks and dishes, despite the fact that there was barely any people there. The portions are fairly small as well and quite pricy considering. We ended up just ordering online instead from other restaurants. It was nice our Daughter had a big play place to enjoy at least, the large one they have on site indoors. Besides that, I do regret choosing this location. It was for our Daughter, but unfortunately not much around she could enjoy properly. The smell of urine when you walk around is a bit off putting as well, many kids pee on the streets, as well as right next to the roof top sandpit. I Understand it's hard to control kids needing to go to the bathroom, but because of this it would have been nice if the hotel chose to raise the standard of their overall cleaning. Also a little bit inconvenient that the rooms only have one chair on the balconies. Fairly quiet when you're in the room, that was nice the least.

In comparison to my 3 weeks of hotel stay in 7 cities in China, this hotel has to be the most disappointing experience. Breakfast was poor. There’s a sign for coffee but nothing offered across the 3 nights we stayed there. No bacon or fried eggs nor western bakeries. However, there’s limited congee , noddles, cooked veggies & white bread with only one strawberry jam offered . We’re there at 750 am but was told some items was already out of stock. Limited napkins provided in dining area. Room was smelly of tropical dampness, but air conditioning helps. $300 deposit was required for room damage precautions. My friend has an argument over tainted bedsheet caused by previous patrons but has to prove it. So check your bedroom before committing. Location was fairly good, with walking distance to the beach and side street offered various food services and massages. Second level inaccessible by elevator but no one tells us until much later. Russian tourists loved this area & the abundance of Russian posters & welcoming signs told the story.

The hotel room was spacious and neat. It had a bathtub, separate shower/toilet, a large closet with a safe, a mini fridge and some cups, which I really liked since I made my own breakfast. The sea view from the balcony combined with that of the hotel's infinity pool looked amazing! The hotel is only 15 minutes by walk away from the nearest beach and everything is relatively close. Since it was located on a hill with a long drive through... ordering things from meituan was really convenient. They even had a meituan locker where you can scan the code and collect your order! The front desk receptionist spoke proper English, was nice and attended to my needs. They also had a gym and restaurant. It's sad that they didn't have a laundry room since I stayed in Sanya for a week and wanted to do my laundry. Also the pool closes at 7h so at night you couldn't swim. But you could lay down and enjoy the fresh nightly breeze!

The hotel was a great option among local hotels of similar prices. It had a swimming pool. The only shortcoming was that it seemed understaffed. For example, when we checked in, there was only one young male manager surnamed Yang at the reception desk, who had to be busy dealing with many guests at one time. Overall, the stay was pleasant.

酒店看上去很大氣，我們未選擇套餐，臨時單獨預訂一晚先體驗看看，酒店在市中心，交通很便利。房間很大58個平米，還可以在房間做飯打火鍋，旁邊就是第一海鮮市場，海鮮品種琳琅滿目，房間乾淨整潔，設施配套很完善，有小童樂園、健身房、空中泳池、隱肆清吧、網紅夥樂餐廳、還有專業的SPA等等,周邊有步行街、金潤廣場、藍海廣場、免税店等等。酒店服務非常貼心，還給我們免費延遲到下午2點退房，感謝Yuki管家貼心服務。

Hotel yang sangat sejuk! Bilik-bilik hampir semuanya menyenangkan dan bersih. Rakan-rakan kami mendapat bilik dengan akses ke kolam renang dengan bau hapak di dalam bilik. Mereka meminta untuk menukarnya - mereka segera menawarkan yang lain. Ini hebat!!! Kami diberi bilik di bangunan utama, kategori bilik yang dinaik taraf, dengan pemandangan laut yang indah dan Phoenix, dengan beranda besar kami sendiri. Ini juga sangat hebat! Kawasan hotel sememangnya cantik - banyak kehijauan, pokok palma, ikan, kodok dan penyu. Sarapan adalah 4+, sentiasa ada sesuatu untuk dimakan. Laut sangat dekat, dengan jalan yang indah di antara pokok palma, pantai adalah cinta saya! Di tapak terdapat kedai dengan semua keperluan asas dan kafe di tepi pantai. Dalam perjalanan ke pantai terdapat Alexey seorang barker Cina yang hebat, saya cadangkan dia, dia boleh menyewa basikal, penghala, menghantarnya untuk rawatan dan lawatan, ke kedai cenderamata. Dia hanya menjadi kawan kami semasa percutian kami. Daripada minus (tidak begitu ketara, tetapi masih) - di koridor tingkat 5 terdapat permaidani yang sangat kotor, yang tidak pernah dikosongkan di hadapan kami. Saya akan membuangnya sama sekali, atau sekurang-kurangnya anda boleh meletakkannya dalam bentuk yang bersih? Air kolam kelihatan agak basi. Pembersihan bilik kadangkala cetek, tetapi masih setiap hari. Walaupun terdapat kelemahan kecil, saya sangat mengesyorkan hotel ini untuk menginap!

Best location and best hotel in Dadonghai Sanya. direct tunnel walkway to the sea from hotel. Spectacular breakfast with western and Chinese flavor. even picky eaters will walk away with full belly. Room is spacious, modern and with breathtaking views of the sea. Be sure to get the sea view room with breakfast. it's worth it. Hotel staff is good. if you have any questions or problems ask for manager Jim . he is the best in hospitality and service. the hotel has two swimming pools. one for kids and one for adults on top floor. it would be even better if the pools are heated and the have a jacuzzi by pool area. Hope they keep up the good service, strive for even better and be prosperous.

My stay at this hotel was a good one. The hotel looks so beautiful at nights. The hotel is like 35-40 minutes away from the airport. There are activities that can be done at the hotel, such as helicopter rides. The view from the room is breathtaking. I was a bit sad that I was not able to fully use all the facilities at the hotel due to the surprisingly cold weather. The room was okay, I wish it had a bit more colour and beauty. The room was clean for the most part and the bed was comfortable. The hotel staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. Fruits and drinks were offered. Breakfast was good and the food available for room service was also good. Overall a good stay.
