The view is partially very beautiful (except for the extremely ugly buildings below and around the hotel). The location isn't directly on the beach but it's very close. Very nice location. It's close to all the shops as well. The facilities are nice, however, the bath robes I had were extremely worn, frayed and haggard. I definitely would not keep it in any hotel. The TV and bedside light were broken. These things should be easy to fix? I was in one of the more expensive rooms. This is just negligence and easily avoidable by the hotel. Customer service is very delightful. They did offer me free snacks and drinks upon arriving, in order to give more time to prepare the room. The snacks and fruit are in the photo. That was nice. I also came back to the hotel one day to find a birthday cake in my room. Quite delicious and very thoughtful. I really appreciated that. Very good gesture, thank you! If the price was cheaper I would go there again. However, there are better hotels around for this price. Still, it's very nice.

TLDR: Had really high expectations when I booked this 5 diamond hotel, however the stay experience fell short from the expectations. The Good: + Was offered room upgrade to sea view room during checked in. + Interior and exterior design of the hotel is really sets a relaxing tone to the entire stay. + It was a nice touch having Bellboys to help us with luggage and open doors whenever we arrive at the hotel lobby + Staffs and cleaners greeted us was also a nice touch + Breakfast options are extensive (including fresh juice bar and daily special juice concoction) + Free hotel activities to do daily + Gym is well maintained and a good number of machines The Bad - (Presales) Didn’t appreciate the fact that the booking page didn’t state the hotel deposit amount (which is slightly more than 1 time the hotel room price) and was only mentioned during check-in. Prior the trip, I tried to ask about whether there’s any hotel deposit via Trip.com message to hotel function and there’s no reply at all. (I mean a 3 diamond star hotel I stayed previous replied… but a 5 diamond star hotel didn’t). - (Not controllable) Sadly, there’s construction going on and can see cranes and construction machinery hindering the view of the sea, as well as the noises. - There’s supposedly a butler assigned to each guest, but my butler only added me on WeChat several hours after checkin. Also, was asking the butler about one of the afternoon hotel was still going on as we reached the venue and there’s no one around. He said he will check and then no reply for 20mins before I messaged him to inform that we won’t be waiting anymore. Didn’t appreciate that there’s no follow up. - The shower control knob will suddenly fall off at certain angle which can be rather dangerous given that it has quite a weight to it. - The bathtub’s shower head keeps leaking when we turned the other tap on to fill the bathtub, and we had to put the shower head into the bathtub to prevent flooding. All in all, it fell short on expectations in terms of the service compared to the service my partner and I had experienced in a 3 diamond star hotel at a fraction of this hotel’s price. Nonetheless, it is really a gorgeous place to stay in. Tastefully decorated and smell really great. Most of the staffs are friendly.

寶藏酒店！本次行程最令人驚喜的酒店！非常漂亮的別墅，我們一家人都住的很舒服～雖然遇上台風天，但是在別墅裏大家一起玩也很開心！別墅裏有麻將機，桌球等娛樂設施，幫我們打發了很多時間。特別值得一提的是，管家小哥的服務超級好！雨天會幫我們拿傘，也會幫忙拿外賣，幫忙停車，回覆消息也很及時，體驗比住五星酒店還好！周邊美食也很多，去免税店和亞特蘭蒂斯也很方便～自駕的話，非常推薦大家來住！

感謝老闆不辭辛苦幫我們提行李，超級重的大行李箱🤣 服務超級貼心 ，指引也很明確 。重點是還幫我們升級了房型，超大露台太爽了 衞生很乾凈很乾凈很乾凈，帶娃出行衞生是很重要的哦 設施：非常齊全，竟然還有掛燙機，對於來三亞的孩子，姐妹們來説太人性化了 智能馬桶，衞浴，浴缸袋，洗衣機，碗筷鍋具我的天一應俱全 ✌✌✌ 衞生：不説多説，直接看圖片 真的是超級乾淨 我已經是第二次入住了 老闆應該有潔癖 哈哈哈每個房間都打掃這麼乾淨 帶娃出來乾淨是尤為重要的 。 環境：面朝大海 春暖花開 跟亞特蘭蒂斯酒店的景色其實沒有任何差異，而且我們這個房間比亞特酒店的露台還大，爽歪歪 。娃從入住那天起，就不愛進房間，一直在露台玩水，房間是大兩室二衞兩廳一廚房 。這個價格太值得了 。 服務：每天都有阿姨幫我們打掃，就很感動 而且知道小朋友喜歡看動畫片，我們回房間看到為我們調到了小豬佩奇的頻道，細節決定成敗，服務細節就註定老闆生意興隆 總之，很感激老闆的幫助，升級房間，提行李。下次繼續住這家，期待三刷老闆的民宿哦😍😍😍

總體來説不錯，朋友6個人出遊，酒店位置、環境都很好，適合親朋好友組團來，亞特蘭蒂斯、免税店都在步行範圍內，酒店的沙灘看日出也方便，長住幾天租個車遊玩方便，酒店地下停車場有充電樁，如果再有出行計劃還會考慮這裏。 蚊子比較多，有一天打掃房間忘記關紗門，晚上被蚊子咬醒。 入住當天發現床頭有拍死的蚊子屍體，沒有清理掉，可能蚊子確實太多了。 房間尤其是客廳插座位置比較不合理，想充電得搬椅子到插座旁邊才行。 停車比較貴，如果能固定一天多少錢不限出入次數就好了。

這家特別推薦！超級乾淨而且新！細節做的很好！孩子特別喜歡貓咪！特別親人還特意買了貓條給貓咪吃！奧利奧和呆呆也很會招呼客人！招財貓一樣哈哈！服務很周到的！幫忙拿行李！門口租車也很方便！周邊有夜市買什麼都方便！

民宿處在西島一條清幽的小路上，店家人員男男女女都很熱心友善，旅途中需要協調幫助的問題都能馬上有解決建議，充分體現了“民”的人情味和主理人對高品質服務的要求；客房設施現代簡約智能化，“宿”的條件明顯比網絡圖片所顯示的更加温馨舒適。作為另外一個城市的民宿主理人，視縵嶼為榜樣，為其運營人點贊！因此離店時我自願拾整好房間設施用品，表示對縵嶼店內工作人員的感謝、理解和尊重！

Жили на вилле с 30.12.2024 по 02.01.2025г, первоначально приехали на адрес который заказывали через Trip.com, это почти окраина бухты Ялонг Бей и там совсем нет инфраструктуры кафе/магазины/рынки! Очень большая территория с множеством вилл и многоэтажных корпусов которые рассчитаны в большей степени на внутреннего туриста который приезжает на своих машинах или их арендует. Оценив обстановку мы поняли, что добираться с этой локации до центральных локаций бухты будет очень неудобно и дорого (такси). Встретившему нас китайскому парню который занимается расселением гостей мы сказали что данный вариант нам не подходит по вышеназванным причинам, он связался со свои руководством обьяснил что нас не устраивает и предложил нам вариант другой виллы, которая с его слов находилась рядом с центральной площадью бухты Ялонг бей где стоит высокая стелла квадратной формы на Т образном перекресте рядом с отелем Palace Resort. В итоге мы расстроеные, но с надеждой на чудо поехали смотреть эту новую виллу, и о чудо... нас привезли на комплекс Вилл (название на фотографиях). Расположены эти виллы не более чем в одном километре от центрального Т образного перекрестка бухты, и самое главное вилла которую нам предложили была в 2 раза больше заказанной, примерно 500 кв.м., 4 этажа (включая цокольный или минус 1 этаж), большой бассеин и вишенка на торте это... лифт, да да настоящий лифт с минус 1 по 3 этаж! За 3 ночи нас попросили доплатить 500 юаней, что было для нас вполне приемлемо! На новой вилле все было отлично, куча спален с собственными санузлами, открытая веранда на 3 этаже, гостинная с огромным телевизором больше двух метров в диагонали, на первом этаже (который правда ни разу не включали). На минус первом этаже еще одна спальня, санузел и большая комната со столом для игры в настольные игры, отлично подойдет для игры в покер или другие карточные игры своей компанией. Как итог считаем что нам очень повезло что нас заселили в новую виллу которая была больше, лучше, и самое главное удобно расположена относительно центральной оживленной части бухты! Уборка виллы происходила по запросу, если Вы не попросите о клининге к Вам не придут и не будут беспокоить! Что касается тотальной чистоты, то ее не стоит искать в Китае в целом, поэтому 4 с плюсом можно поставить!
