Clean and comfy hotel in city centre
we had a wonderful stay in charming hotel. Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop.

The room quality is nowhere like that shown in photos. If you can notice the photos are from 2016. Rooms are unclean. There was seepage in first room given to us so we told the manager to change the room. The next room he gave to us was not opened since many days, there were insects, some mini cockroaches and spider web in the room. After protest, we got a third room which was a bit clean, but the night lamps were not working and once again there were some dirty walls & mini webs inside the room. We called the manager so he sent someone to clean the room once again. Overall it was a bad experience throughout the stay, a constant feeling was there in mind that we are staying in an unhygienic place.

This hotel is in very worst condition.in each rooms cockroaches are available everywhere I don't know why the hotel is open. The hotel Rama residency is supposed to kill the people with his hospitality

Very bad experience, hotel was so bad, they tell lie about the price and take extra money in last, people behavior at the hotel was so bad, i feel unsecured at the hotel, i recommend not to take this hotel at satna. I think this is the very bad hotel at satma

Worst hotel, no services, terribly dirty room and linens , even not provided drop to nearby station which was earlier promised.its not even a single star worth, never go here

Washrooms are not cleaned. Hand wash bottle is broken. Tv was not working, setup box was not recharged. Bed sheet and pillow covers are dirty.
