My first time at Le Méridien Seoul , new hotel , 6 months old , super clean , great rooms facilities , good buffet breakfast , maybe a bit under staffed during rush hours but staff were very nice . Superb lounge at the 15 floor with very friendly and helpful staff special thanks to Mrs Sharon Kim and Mrs Rachael Kim for there valued help for restaurants and tips for side seen and shopping , Will go back for sure next time I will in Seoul !

Stayed at the Lotte Executive Tower just after the holidays, in a Premier Double Room. Pros: - The entrance of the Executive Tower is absolutely beautiful. Same with the Main Tower. Elegant, refined, beautiful art work. The executive tower check-in desks are on the 15th floor. - Easy access by escalator directly into the Lotte Department Store (from where the escalator takes you to, hang a right to get to the famous food hall!) - Location can’t be beat. Directly across from Eujiro Station (1) and around the corner from Myeong-Dong Walking Street / Night Market and several 7-11s (which are almost as good as the 7-11s in Japan). - Our room was beautiful, spacious, thoughtfully designed and decorated. Very modern touches and upscale finishes. A chandelier in the bathroom?? - Immaculate housekeeping. - Excellent temperature and very strong water pressure in the shower! - Appreciate the 2 complimentary bottles of Evian every day. - Fast wifi speeds. Cons: - Love the Diptyque toiletries but wish they weren’t the communal / shared bottles. There were bits of dried lotion crusted on the pump from the previous occupant. - Weird that neither lobby had a single chair to sit on. What’s up with that? Comes off a bit inhospitable. This isn’t the type of place to attract non-guests / loiterers. A bench wouldn’t kill anyone! - For a 5* hotel and the price we’re paying, it’s disappointing that there is a surcharge should you need a toothbrush, toothpaste or use of the sauna (!!). They claim the charge for toothbrush and paste is to prevent wastage but surely you could just have these small items available upon request at the front desk? - The doormen’s manners range from formal and friendly (some) to indifferent (most) to downright hostile (many), especially if you are not a Korean speaker, as many don’t speak English. I’m not arrogant enough to think they should speak English in a non-English speaking country, but a smile is universal, you know? Would likely stay here again at the right price and given the location.

The location of the hotel is its main selling point. It is right where the action is. The employees are friendly, polite and very helpful. Service is premium. With the above, I would definitely recommend this place! My drawback is the breakfast offered. The choice and spread is very limited. It is better to go out and eat.

The hotel was clean and organized. The front desk was helpful and their were ladies that helped us to deliver our suitcases. I am not sure what their titles were but I just found that it was rather odd since most hotels in North America hired young men to do this. Kudos to the hotel for not type casting roles. The location was very good. The downstairs food court and restaurant was very tasty and clean. I would definitely go back to this hotel if I am ever in Korea again.

Could be the best priced 5 star hotel in Seoul. Room was beautiful, big and absolutely quiet. Location is perfect 👍 recommend for business trips or shopping, as it’s walking distance to all the best shops. You can also walk to several of the ancient palaces.

Wonderful service, great staff, cozy rooms, warm atmosphere with the festivities from the holiday season. Thanks always for such welcoming staff that immediately brings smile and joy as soon as you walk into the hotel and at the check in desk. The hotel is under construction so there will be noise from 8:30 am until 4 - 4:30pm. Best breakfast buffet in Seoul. Great happy hour. Amazing view from the lounge. Spacious and clean rooms.

Pada dasarnya bilik itu sangat bersih. Ia mempunyai penyejukan pusat, tetapi suhu yang tepat. Air pancuran keluar dengan baik. Tab mandi juga bagus. Sekiranya anda pergi ke restoran di sebelah kaunter, anda boleh meminjamnya, tetapi alangkah baiknya jika gelas wain di bilik ditetapkan sebagai standard. Sangat mengecewakan kerana tidak ada microwave.

Saya tidak akan pergi ke hotel ini lagi pada masa akan datang, kerana hotel karantina meletupkan saya pada pukul 7:00. Apabila saya tiba di hotel ini sekitar jam 7:20, saya akan dikenakan harga bilik sehari lebih. Daftar masuk awal. Setelah lama bercakap, saya menerima bayaran bilik setengah hari. Saya fikir saya tidak dapat mendaftar masuk pada waktu petang, tetapi hujan turun dan tidak ada tempat untuk pergi.

Service was inconsistent - sometimes the staff were really nice and friendly and other times they were plain rude and disrespectful to you. When I first entered my room the smell took me aback. It smelled like a mix of sweat and wet socks. The sheets were crumpled and weren’t super clean either. The bathtub had yellow stains which threw me off as I was looking forward to a midnight soak. Basic amenities were given, which was great. The housekeeping ladies were really sweet as well. It’s a 5 minute walking distance to the train station so location was not so bad. Sadly I don’t think I’d book again as it was not that worth for the price.

The hotel location is perfect and it is right infront of the lift exit 4 from DDP train station. It has airport bus stop right in front of the hotel to Incheon Airport. It may take 2 hours traveling time to airport because the bus will drop by many places around Seoul before heading to airport. The room is spacious and clean.

It's a good hotel on a budget. Has a very homely breakfast and water dispenser to fill up your bottles with ice and water. Also has robes to use as pyjamas. Very no frills. Don't expect service from the staff. We expected to be able to check in earlier when we reached if the room was available. We reached only about 15mins to our check in time but were told to wait at the lobby till 1600. I am not sure what the fixation is about for the check in time. If the room is available, then let the guest have it. First time we have experienced this in any country.

The hotel is very well located in Dongdaemun with the building connected to Hyundai outlet malls and doota. Everything is within walking distance for night shopping and also DDP which is the new culture park. Right out of the doorstep there is a food street and many restaurants. Room is clean with a functioning AC. The size of the room is relatively good for this class of hotel, providing ample space for 2 large suitcases. There is everything you need in the room. The TV channels are international as well covering all languages. I would bring own slippers as they only provide reusable rubber ones and you would need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste as they do not provide it. There is a 24hr CU mart inside the hotel which is like a local 7-11. There is also a GoKart experience in the hotel on the 14/f which is kinda fun for a group of friends. Transportation routes are easy and all the taxi drivers seem to know of this hotel. I would recommend staying here for those that are roaming the Dongdaemun and it’s surrounding areas.

The owner and their staffs are very friendly and welcoming :) it feels like home. They took very great care of me. The location is excellent. From the subway station to the guest house won't take more than 5 mins walk. Also, you can get to the Myeong-dong street food area within 5 mins walk as well. The guest house itself is also very clean and cozy. I would definitely recommend this place and visit again!

The Cube was great but the old days of meeting and talking to people in hostels are gone. There is a huge roof terrace with a great view on N tower. Check in and check out was self managed. The bathroom was also big and clean. The location is absolutely amazing. I stayed in two other places and this has the best location by far.

Right where all the action of Myeong-dong street market is! Staff were helpful. Able to store luggage at the lobby before check-in and after check out. Toilets are equipped with smart bidet (yay! with seat warmer!!!! so nice in cold weather). Room is clean, though looked a lil rundown, but still acceptable, given that we were mostly out. Halal food available at the street market too (The halal lamb skewer was the best I've had)! The strawberries, grapes that tasted like sweet jellly, (its a no wonder SG markets sells them soo expensive!) On weekdays, street market starts at 5pm, on weekend, it starts by afternoon. Apart from street markets, Lotte store is within walking distance for those who wishes to spend on the higher end products. Not to forget, Olive Young is all the rage there, especially during their sale for that Korean glass skincare! Managed to snag some Kpop items for kids back home. The light sticks were way cheaper than in Singapore, and there were so many merch and photocards available. Even the lomo cards are nice! The airport transfer bus is within walking distance from the hotel. The bus will stop at a few hotels within the area to pick up passengers heading along the way or towards airport. We took the airport transfer bus on a weekend to Incheon Airport Terminal 1. It cost 17000 won/per pax. Journey took nearly 2hrs, considering the weekend traffic at noon. Can't wait to visit again!

Saya hanya akan tinggal di Seoul untuk satu hari, jadi saya membuat tempahan hanya untuk tujuan tidur tanpa banyak harapan ... tetapi atas sebab tertentu, walaupun ia adalah situasi yang mungkin sukar kerana sesuatu yang saya terlepas semasa membuat tempahan, pengurus Saya sangat berpuas hati dengan penyediaannya. Jika saya pernah datang ke Seoul lagi, saya pasti akan melawat lagi. Terima kasih.

The room is spacious and the toilet is clean! Love the constant hot water, esp during cold seasons. Staff are very friendly and the housekeeper helped to fold my jackets nicely during housekeeping that I’ve randomly placed on the seat in my room. This is such a sweet gesture. Location is awesome too. Airport bus is just a short distance away. It’s very near to Myeongdong train station exit 3 too! Would totally be back on my next trip.

Harga sememangnya OK Mengenai lokasi Jaraknya 500m dari Myeongdong (Bukannya jauh sangat, tapi penat naik turun tangga Berdekatan dengan kereta api bawah tanah Paling mudah untuk keluar dengan kereta bawah tanah Terdapat juga kedai roti, kedai kopi, kedai serbaneka dan restoran oliveyoung. Ada dua dua ekor ayam goreng. Jika mudah untuk turun di Myeongdong dengan bas lapangan terbang, ia tidak mesra untuk orang yang mempunyai banyak bagasi. Mengenai bilik Saya tinggal di bilik double. Bilik ini sangat bersih kerana dua katil bujang bersama keluarga tidak besar tetapi tidak sekecil 0.9m lebar. Tandas adalah tandas yang berasingan. Ia tidak kecil dan tidak akan membongkok ke dinding. Bilik boleh dibuka. Beg pakaian saya 25 inci masih boleh meninggalkan berjalan kaki Mengenai kemudahan Kawasan awam ialah dapur. Akan ada kepingan roti dan telur di dalam peti sejuk untuk menyediakan sedikit bancuhan. Tapi hirisan roti dan telur dah habis. Saya tidak nampak pengisian semula. Saya tidak tahu sama ada ia adalah perkara peribadi. Sediakan beberapa bakul plastik dan masukkan ke dalam peti sejuk untuk membezakan apa yang dibeli oleh setiap keluarga bagi mengelakkan dimakan tetamu yang tidak disangka-sangka (Saya membeli susu strawberi di dalam peti sejuk dan hampir mabuk pada keesokan harinya. Saya berkata ia berbudi bahasa kepada orang yang saya beli Beri it back to me) Terdapat banyak kedai serbaneka di sekitar untuk sarapan pagi, mengapa perlu bersusah payah dengan sarapan pagi? Soalan mengenai penggantian tuala Menginap dua malam dan tidak menemui tempat untuk menukar sendiri. Nasib baik, saya tidak membuang semua tuala ke dalam bakul kitar semula. Mengenai komunikasi Semasa saya pergi ke sana, beberapa makcik yang tidak dapat tinggal untuk pembersihan sedang membersihkan bilik yang kami tinggal. Kami menelefon bos dalam bahasa Korea untuk mengatakan bahawa bilik itu bersepah dan sedang membersihkan. Kemudian dia telefon saya dan memberitahu saya bahawa bos adalah Cina Untuk pertukaran simpanan bagasi, pergi membeli-belah untuk makan tengah hari dan kembali untuk mendaftar masuk.
