Ulasan The Riverside Hotel

Very old hotel with basic rooms. Still, very good location and very clean, the rooms also have nice views of the city. Staff is helpful and kind. The beds 🛌 were new and very comfortable to sleep in. 👌 The area is packed with good restaurants. Recommended for trips were ypu will not spend a lot of time in the hotel.

Dirty carpet, moldi and dirty bathroom, my body was itching all night while in the room.. worst hotel in

The room is dirty, especially the bathroom- smelly and have previous user’s used contact lens and hair left. All the facilities are torn, the sockets were not functioning.

I love all facilities here. Staff support me when I need help about my baggage and all my question. I like fitness center that has full functions of exercise. Easy to walk to metropolitan rail transit (sinsa exit 5) and find convenience stores, restaurants & cafes around garosugil. My room has nice view. I will back here soon. :)

The location is only good, and the inside of the hotel is too old and unusual.

The hotel is located close to the metro station and in the city center. The room were large, well-equipped, clean and tidy. The reception service was excellent, check-in and check-out efficient. I am looking forward to my next visit now.

They only provide amenities upon request, which is fine, but do aware. The AC sounds like chirr, cricket sound in most of the rooms Close to Airport bus just right opposite - super convenient

I personally really liked the location, as it was convenient to take a limousine bus from the airport and easy to access downtown Seoul. The facilities are older than I expected, but not bad.

I went with my Dad, the hotel was a bit meh, but it wasn’t bad. It’s good if you’re not planning to stay for a long period of time and you’re just on the move.

This hotel is quite old and the WiFi is slow The room is big enough tho

i feel like the customer service in this hotel are racist against Thais , I went there at 10 am but they said i can check in at 3 pm so i wait there for many hours and then around 2.20 pm I saw another customer she is probably Korean and she can check in. of course the customer service saw me the whole time when I was waiting there , i so I immediately go to the counter and ask them that can I check in. then they say yes... (because I saw the person check in before 3 PM if they say no, I probably be angry) also, they saw me the whole time they should come and tell me that I can check in right???
