Ulasan Hotel the Castle Jamsil#1

I enjoyed the location as it was located right within a bustling street with a wide number of restaurants. It was also within walking distance to Lotte World Mall, which provided convenient access to groceries, food, shopping, and also the metro system. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. When I arrived, there were visible marks, stains, and dents around the room (on the walls etc). This was a striking difference from the exterior of the hotel and the lobby, which looked impressive and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the room looks like it was not maintained in a long time.

The Hotel the Castle Jamsil is on a busy nightlife street. There are many bars, restaurants, and places for adults. Pros: Location, cleanliness, powerful air conditioning, and comfortable. Cons: small room, not many amenities, leaky toilet, and noisy.

Everything was good in the room. It feels all equipment are new and well functioning. The only thing I would recommend to potentially change is the hallway aroma which seems to be very intense. Other than that, a great place to spend a few days in the city of Seoul.

The room really comfortable. The position is good. Only 10 min by walk to go to seoul sky tower.

The hotel was clean and modern and the staff were very welcoming. Unfortunately the area was very busy and there was a lot of noise from outside which continued until early hours of the morning. The room could have been cleaner and towels were old and not enough.

Nice good

The room is not very big but is definitely clean. The service staff very helpful even they can’t speak our language she will try their level best to assist us. They are very honest too because we forgot our ring and they manage to find it and return it back to us. The location have a lot of foods but just one thing if u are not someone who likes to drink maybe is not where u wanted to stay. Not recommended if you are travelling with kids

及其的臟亂差，而且隔音非常懶，旁邊房間發生什麼聽的一清二楚。牆壁掉的一塊一塊的，床上有莫名的黑點子，枕頭上也有，跟發黴了一樣。電視一打開就是那種的小廣告。但是前台服務很好，英語很好，我一説這個情況要退房就直接給退了。當時凌晨一點，要不是真的受不了不會退房的。

去奧林匹克公園看演唱會的 這裏房間緊湊，功能齊全，最喜歡頂層17樓Coco免費長廊，可以吃泡麪，烤麪包，各種飲料。 酒店樓下都是美食，好幾條街，非常方便，周邊10分鐘樂天塔和樂天Mall.

地理位置方便，前台工作人員非常有禮貌。17樓lounge，免費提供簡單飲料及小吃，令客人感覺窩心和方便。我們住的是suit room, 有大浴缸可浸浴，很舒服！住了兩個晚上，感覺非常滿意，性價比高！👍

第一天晚上入住，進去有個蟋蟀在門口，我驚呆了！空調對着頭吹，要不就衹能關掉，沒辦法調節！環境倒是挺方便的。樓下各種超市和店，離樂天很近！

주변에서 일을 봐야 해서 일박을 하게 되었는데 코를 찌르는 화장실 냄새가 방안에 가득하여 머리가 아플지경입니다 밤새 창문 열고 통풍 시켰음에도 냄새는 가시지 않네요 청결도 너무 안좋습니다 다신 안갑니다 직원들은 친절합니다

房間還算乾淨整潔，入住也很愉快，但所有的好感在最後一天被破壞了，打翻了水，弄濕了被子，無法睡覺蓋了，就提出換個被子，結果被告知酒店沒有多餘的被子可供替換，讓我將就着用着。最後衹能用電吹風吹乾，這點就非常無語，酒店完全沒有備用被子，衹能説非常遺憾，不會再去第二次了

房間還可以，浴缸很大，泡澡很舒服。房間外面的走廊和電梯中的氣味很大，很像裝修的油漆的味道，薰得頭很暈。服務員很好，特別是那個會講中文的很帥氣的男服務員，響應速度很快，而且總是笑容滿面。
