Ulasan Hotel Leaders

Totally unacceptable… I booked this hotel for 2 nights last week for a solo travel, I saw it’s a 3.6/5 so I gave it a try as there are no many hotels around left by the time I booked. The front desk barely knows English and his attitude is not that very helpful and kind. When I went to my floor the lights are very dimmed and it feels no good. When I went into the room, it smells no good as well, feels like lots of people smoked there. The room was not clean and the main light was broken so there is not enough light in the room. Stains are everywhere and I even found a piece of hair on the comb. The tissue box looked not tidied up as shown in the picture. It was very mysterious that I found a charcoal whcih made me associate with something bad happened in the room. The stay was very unpleasant and I abandoned my booked of the second night and went to another hotel for the second night stay. Will definitely not go back and strongly not recommending this to any of you.

Stayed here before (but for only two nights last time). They allowed a slightly earlier check-in this time: 17:00 instead of the very late 18:00. Good location and the staff are very nice, but the room was not cleaned once during the stay,

Front desk is very helpful, but inside room mirror is quite dirty, I think they need to pay more attention to the cleaning services and maintenance as well.

I just stayed at Hotel Leaders in Seoul, and I have mixed feelings about it. The location is awesome—super convenient for exploring the city. But honestly, the cleanliness wasn’t great, which was a bit of a letdown. The amenities and service were fine, nothing to write home about but they got the job done. If you’re looking for a place with a prime location, it’s worth considering, but if you’re picky about cleanliness, you might want to look elsewhere.

Clean rooms and good place but not good staff. The staff is not accommodating and they will not helpful to the costumers.

DIRTY! The bed sheets and pillow sheets weren't changed. There was hair everywhere.

Cockroaches in the room, don’t go there it’s disgusting. Health hazard!!! Avoid

Very nice hotel located next to the subway and bus station in an animated area. The rooms are large and quiet with a good bedding. The staff is also very friendly.

No daily clening

首先房間裝修確實有年頭了，但是床品是真心臟啊，是那種時間太久洗不掉的臟，毛巾倒是很新很乾凈，如果把床單被罩全換成新的體驗感會好很多的。其次位置很好，離地鐵小吃街商超都很近，但是700+一天的價格真心不值。最後酒店圖片與實際不一致，其他客人的評價不無道理。

選的尊貴套間，到了給安排標準間， 反饋後説標準間和尊貴套間其實是一樣的，都是隨機分配的，我説那房間跟圖片也不一致， 前台説衹是裝修的區別。我又不瞎，怎麼可能一樣，大家看看圖1，2和圖3，4 一樣嗎？剛開始還説，給我們安排的房間空調壞了，沒有其他房間，我説實在接受不了，後來才説給我們換房間。 明明有房間，就是想忽悠吧。唯一優點就是前台小姐姐態度好，衞生也一般，這次就湊合住了

永洞本駅から徒歩で行ける範囲にあり、価格のバランスも良いホテルでした。部屋の広さも充分でした。スタッフの方も非常にフレンドリーで毎回挨拶をきちんとしてくれたり、水の無料サービスを取るようにと勧めてくれたりしてくれました。 1つ欠点なのは場所がモーテル街なので、家族連れなどだとちょっと考える必要があるかもしれません。注意すべきなのは、毎回外出するために1階のフロントに鍵を預ける必要があると言うことです。

避雷吧。。。 第一次來韓國就住的這家酒店 感覺還行 樓下附近全是吃的➕樂天百貨 前台還有個會中文的小姐姐 覺得挺方便的 這次又選擇了這家 辦理入住時有很多國人也住這裏 預訂的這家vip房間5天1.85k 表面衞生還説得過去 11.準備睡覺 我直接我哩個豆 掀開被子直接有被無語到😑 床單不明體毛➕不明液體痕跡（拍了照片） 原本想第二天再告知酒店幫我換 越想越生氣 根本沒辦法睡 再加上晚上值班的前台老頭不會中文 我直接退房 當天晚上的可以不退 剩下四天的必須退我 去前台退房的時候 前台老頭問為什麼 把事先拍好的照片給他看了之後他不説話了 一直都是攜程的客服在和酒店交涉 酒店一直不願意退剩下四天房間的錢 一天的錢都不可能給我退 我表示不理解 酒店方問題很大 這樣的衞生是怎麼打掃的請問？ 這樣的也能算是vip房間？ 還沒有至少住的便宜點的房間好。。。 避雷吧，感覺就是坑國人的 雖然剛來**第一天碰到這種膈應人的事 #酒店避雷
