The hotel is not quite as advertised, and the cleanliness needs to be improved more. The hotel is surrounded by karaokes and pubs, so it is not meant for travellers who is expecting peacefulness at night.

Greater more expected. A little bit far from subway and bus station around 9 mins (700m) but it’s okay Have some drink for person per day (1 drink) No meal included Many restaurant around hotel & mart beside hotel ＜3 Check in’s time : 3 pm but can drop the baggage before (no cost)

Extended two more nights here as I really love the location! My trip to Hongdae was only about 15 minutes from here. There's lots of convenient stalls nearby and food is readily available, you'll see alot of youngsters in the street 2-5minutes walk away dining and having drinks which shows that it's really a really popular area among Koreans.

This place is a slight walk from the subway. There was also construction on the road, which caused me some confusion when finding the motel. However, it is near a lot of restaurants and nightlife. The room was dimly lit but spacious. The front desk rotated between 2 people who were both friendly.

Really nice service and convenience environment. The front desk staff can speak Chinese . And there has so many restaurants you can choose. was a very good experience. Thank you

Totally unacceptable… I booked this hotel for 2 nights last week for a solo travel, I saw it’s a 3.6/5 so I gave it a try as there are no many hotels around left by the time I booked. The front desk barely knows English and his attitude is not that very helpful and kind. When I went to my floor the lights are very dimmed and it feels no good. When I went into the room, it smells no good as well, feels like lots of people smoked there. The room was not clean and the main light was broken so there is not enough light in the room. Stains are everywhere and I even found a piece of hair on the comb. The tissue box looked not tidied up as shown in the picture. It was very mysterious that I found a charcoal whcih made me associate with something bad happened in the room. The stay was very unpleasant and I abandoned my booked of the second night and went to another hotel for the second night stay. Will definitely not go back and strongly not recommending this to any of you.

Stayed here before (but for only two nights last time). They allowed a slightly earlier check-in this time: 17:00 instead of the very late 18:00. Good location and the staff are very nice, but the room was not cleaned once during the stay,

Front desk is very helpful, but inside room mirror is quite dirty, I think they need to pay more attention to the cleaning services and maintenance as well.

I just stayed at Hotel Leaders in Seoul, and I have mixed feelings about it. The location is awesome—super convenient for exploring the city. But honestly, the cleanliness wasn’t great, which was a bit of a letdown. The amenities and service were fine, nothing to write home about but they got the job done. If you’re looking for a place with a prime location, it’s worth considering, but if you’re picky about cleanliness, you might want to look elsewhere.

Book it very last minute ... the actual room condition not as the photos. A little disappointed but the front desk female customer service is serve me well.

Clean rooms and good place but not good staff. The staff is not accommodating and they will not helpful to the costumers.

DIRTY! The bed sheets and pillow sheets weren't changed. There was hair everywhere.
