Hotel berhampiran Kwang Jang Market, Seoul

Good location, nice renovation, but the facilities are very bad. We booked 2 rooms and changed rooms 4 times, first the AC was broken, then the shower couldn't be turned off and a pile of water flooded out from the ceiling. After the room was changed, we had a broken coffee machine and ther room's toilet was clogged and all the poo flooded out. There were no more rooms to be swapped to that night so we didn't let our 2 years old go into the bathroom the whole night. Ended up swapping room and got a bottle of red wine and late check-out as compensation. But I think the facilities can really be better.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. My husband and I booked this hotel on a day we checked in cause of the previous hotel we booked was horrible. Skypark hotel reviewed and confirmed my booking very quickly. The first thing I’ve noticed that it’s super clean. The room isn’t big, but enough for two adults with 2 suitcases. We had a lovely room keeper who cleaned the room every day. You can find everything you need in the room, except for a toothbrush. However, you can go to the check-in desk and buy one there. They sell other items too. Also, one of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. Close to two subway stations and a couple of bus stations. Around you can find multiple convenient stores, coffee places, restaurants and so on. We truly loved our stay. Thanks!

Tempah dua bilik, terdapat pintu penghubung di tengah, yang sangat mudah Secara keseluruhan, ruang tidak kecil Tandas diasingkan dengan baik kepada kawasan kering dan basah Tuala ditukar, sampah dikumpul, kertas tandas diisi semula, katil dikemas dan beg kopi penapis diisi semula setiap hari. Jangan risau sampah berlonggok macam gunung🤣 Kali ni sebab ikut ski course, aku pilih hotel ni sebab pick-up betul-betul bawah hotel aku turun dari airport bus 6015 dan sangat mudah👍

Lovely modern hotel, cosy and comfortable room, nicely decorated with coffee maker. Excellent location, couple of minutes from metro, and one stop from Seoul station. There’s a convenient store in the hotel where I purchased my SIM card. Plus a nice restaurant. Big thank to Kyle from concierge who helped to book my facial at a local salon. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. Gym was small, but ok, pool area was nice. 10 minutes walk from the main shopping district. Recommend this hotel.

Disebabkan tindakan kakak membersihkan, saya sangat ingin memberikan ulasan yang baik kepada hotel ini. Lokasi hotel tidak terlalu jauh Ia bersebelahan dengan Stesen Longshan dan sangat dekat dengan stesen kereta api bawah tanah. Kemudahan di dalam bilik adalah lengkap dan kering dan basah diasingkan. Tetapi perlu disebutkan bahawa pintu tandas dan pancuran mandian menghadap ke katil. Ia juga lut sinar dan tidak ada tempat untuk menyidai pakaian. Jika ia dihayati oleh orang yang tidak terlalu rapat antara satu sama lain, tahap privasi akan menjadi rendah. Tapi sebenarnya ada langsir yang boleh ditarik ke bawah untuk mengasingkan katil dan tandas, jadi ia tidak menjadi masalah besar. Saya sangat gembira dengan proses itu kerana saya fikir dia hanya akan membersihkannya untuk saya semasa saya berada di dalam bilik. Pada waktu petang, saya ingin melihat sama ada hotel mempunyai termometer untuk menguji sama ada saya demam Walaupun termometer itu pada akhirnya, kakitangan meja depan bersedia membantu saya dan membuatkan saya rasa dihormati. Saya tidak tahu sama ada saya akan datang ke Seoul lain kali, tetapi hotel ini akan menjadi pilihan bijak saya.

Good room and is clean! Location isn’t that bad either. Walking distance from hongik station, about 15mins to 20mins walk. Nearby have many food places too.

If taking subway you can head to exit 10 of jamsil station and you can go through the lotte world mall before street level, head straight, take the escalator next to the aquarium up, exit the main doors and cross the road to the left for the hotel. (It it not sheltered/ connected directly between the mall/ station and hotel). We took the side entrance lift up to the reception but if you go further down you’ll see the main car drop off and concierge. The staff service was really friendly, although at the check in reception we were given a list of rules and asked if we had any questions, so the hotel vibe felt quite formal and stiff. Was concerned about the rules on the swimming pool booking and bringing outside food in, but the staff around were kind and welcoming so we soon felt at ease. Was able to rent the required swim cap free of charge. Room was classy, spacious and bed and bath comfortable. We booked the lake view room but one can only see it at the side when nearer to the windows. We had indicated we were celebrating our wedding anniversary but there were no special greetings in the room or wishes at reception, which normally hotels would as part of their hospitality. The lake view from breakfast and the pool was beautiful! Heard it would be even more beautiful in spring! We enjoyed walking around the lake and exploring the restaurants on the other side. Great shopping location next to the lotte mall The swimming pool is small with one lane for laps and others for relaxing. There’s a heated jacuzzi outside and within the beautiful changing area was also has a hot bath and another neat amenities. The gym was huge and had so many machines! All in all a great and beautiful stay! Wish we stayed longer than one night! The only con is that you have the transfer lifts at the reception level each time you go out or in so you’ll just have to meet and greet a lot of people along the way.
