Hotel Mountain view di Seoul

Bilik bujang tu kecik sangat tapi cukuplah untuk didiami seorang. Lagipun aku mungkin hanya duduk dalam bilik ketika tidur hahaha. (Tetapi ia tidak sesuai untuk mereka yang mempunyai keperluan yang tinggi untuk ruang) Pintu hanya selebar beg pakaian kecil dari katil, dan hujung katil berhampiran dengan pintu tandas kipas ekzos, dan tidak ada bau yang pelik Perkara yang paling penting ialah lokasinya sangat baik. Terdapat bangunan Daiso 12 tingkat yang sangat dekat dengan pintu masuk kereta bawah tanah, kedai serbaneka, dan Myeongdong semuanya sangat dekat. Bilik ini dilengkapi dengan tuala, selipar, dua penyangkut baju, TV, tuala kertas, gel mandian dan syampu, dan cawan pencuci mulut. Sekiranya anda kekurangan barang keperluan harian, boleh terus ke Daiso untuk membelinya yang harganya sangat murah. Kesihatan: OK. Saya akan menggunakan set empat keping pakai buang pula Persekitaran: OK. Super convenient location in myeongdong with subway station being just a few steps away, airport limousine bus station is right in front of the hotel too. Interior is modern and rooms are clean. Reception staff are always very friendly and helpful. The bathroom is a bit small and the hair dryer takes very long to blow dry, but we really enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely be back to stay again for another trip.

I had an incredible stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Seoul. The service was exceptional, with a special mention to Jenna, I met the first day with 6 hours flight delay who went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. The housekeeping team was equally outstanding, ensuring my room was always spotless and adding thoughtful touches that enhanced my stay (Thank you for the yummy chocolate pastries and eye masks). The hotel’s facilities, location, and overall atmosphere were flawless, truly embodying luxury and comfort.  The only minor downside was the mattress, which was a bit softer than I prefer. However, this didn’t detract from the amazing experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Seoul!   Also no worries about restaurants there, many restaurants you can see nearby. The BBQ restaurant opposite the hotel is absolutely amazing! The two ladies there are incredibly friendly and especially attentive to children. The Korean beef and pork are truly delicious, and the kimchi, along with the slightly spicy mushroom soup, is fantastic. It’s even better than the Michelin one-star BBQ beef restaurant I visited the next day in Gangnam.

I have mentioned that it was my husband’s 60th birthday and the other day was our 25th marriage anniversary. We purposely booked a room with lounge access. Thanks for the Korean treats on day of arrival (birthday). However I thought we would have another surprise gift (for anniversary). Something like a card would have been good as a token of gesture. The room had small window and the Mountain View was half blocked by rooftop downstairs. It’s worse than normal rooms we’ve booked in other IHG hotels. In general there should be a separate towel placed on the bathroom floor for after bath. However there wasn’t one at Voco. The lounge was not as expected. The food/snack and beverages provided were very limited. Same thing everyday, basically all biscuits. At breakfast buffet section, it was far too crowded. Being a hotel with so many rooms, a bigger buffet section should be set aside. Moreover items to choose were also limited. On our last day, there’re not even enough plates and we had to use bowls for food (eg. cold cuts).Regarding fruits, there’re only oranges, pineapples, kiwis and melons. Same thing everyday. Room - overall clean. Since we booked a room with lounge access, we are actually disappointed with this overall hotel experience.

My stay at the Grand Hyatt Seoul was genuinely impressive. What made the biggest difference for me was the location — it’s truly excellent. There are so many great breakfast spots, restaurants, and shops nearby, and it’s easy to explore the area on foot. Having the metro close by is also a huge plus. It was my first time in Korea, and I honestly felt a bit anxious about where I would stay. But the moment I arrived, those worries disappeared — the area feels lively, safe, and very comfortable to navigate. The hotel itself isn’t brand new, but it’s well maintained. The service is solid, housekeeping is reliable, and overall everything works as it should. Nothing flashy — just consistently good. But really, the location makes this place stand out. It’s one of those rare hotels you actually want to come back to. And I definitely would.

Have visited Seoul several times and this is by far my favorite!! Very spacious, clean, and great view. Love how the train station (Sookmyung Women’s Univ.) is just outside the hotel. Staff were all friendly, and provided prompt email replies too. Thank you for the great service 🌟🫶🏼

Saya tinggal di sini kerana saya menggunakan Laluan 3, dan ia betul-betul di sebelah Pintu Keluar 8 Stesen Chungmuro ​​​​! Lokasinya bagus, dengan 7-Eleven bersebelahan dan bas lapangan terbang berdekatan. Saya mengembara sendirian, tetapi saya telah dinaik taraf ke bilik yang lebih besar di tingkat yang lebih tinggi, dan pemandangannya menakjubkan. Kakitangan lelaki di kaunter penerimaan tetamu fasih berbahasa Jepun dan menyambut kami dengan senyuman, jadi ia adalah penginapan yang menyenangkan. Bilik itu mempunyai tandas dan pancuran mandian yang berasingan, pengecas, berus gigi, dan saya tidak perlu menunggu lif. Saya agak kecewa kerana selipar tidak pakai buang dan peti sejuk kecil, tetapi walaupun tanpa itu, biliknya bagus dan lokasinya selesa, jadi saya mengesyorkannya!

The location is very nice. You can easily walk to Myeongdong, Namsan Tower, and many restaurants, and transportation is convenient. The staff were very kind and helpful. However, it’s difficult for me to say this was a good stay overall. Here are the reasons why: • Elevator – The elevator is only for luggage, not for guests. This should be clearly stated before booking. As in here it’s show as the property has an elevator without explaining that it is a cargo elevator, it is misleading. • Security – The room password was simply the room number with an additional “1” added to it. I didn’t leave valuables in the room, so I wasn’t too worried, but it still felt like a weak security system. • Room Door – There is no additional lock on the inside of the room. While the digital lock can be activated, I never felt completely confident that the door was fully secured. • Soft Opening Without Notice – When I booked, there was no mention that the property was still in a soft-opening stage. I expected the hotel to be fully operational. Instead, there were unfinished areas, items left around the property, and staff frequently entering rooms after check-in to inspect or photograph things without being asked. Had I known the hotel was not fully ready, I would have considered other options before booking. • Poor Room Layout – My room was 405, located at the end of the hallway. The neighboring room (404) had a door positioned in a way that it would hit my door whenever opened carelessly. During my four-night stay, the guests next door banged their door into mine repeatedly. Eventually, at around 1 a.m. one night, I had to contact the staff and ask them to address the issue. • Cleanliness Concerns – The property appears to use the same type of towel for everything. When I asked about a bathroom mat, I was told to use a towel instead. This gave me the impression that the towels were being used for multiple purposes, including drying floors. On top of that, the towels shed lint and left fibers on my skin after use. • Very Small Bathroom – Please be aware that the bathroom is extremely small. The shower is positioned directly over the toilet, and there is barely enough room to stand while showering. In practice, you almost need to sit on the toilet to shower comfortably. After two nights, I seriously considered moving to another hotel. The only reason I stayed was because my mother didn’t want to move all of our belongings again. To be fair, one of the staff members (possibly the owner) sincerely apologized and explained that they were trying their best. I do believe they genuinely care and are making an effort. However, there is still a long way to go before this property is ready to provide a comfortable hotel experience.

Conveniently located in the middle of both tourist hotspots and local haunts, Grid Inn Hotel provided us with an unexpectedly pleasant one night's stay with the best service I have ever experienced. The room was cozy and and homely, the air conditioning was as strong as you want it to be, and the beds were comfortable. While the shower drainage is indeed slower than other hotels as mentioned in other reviews, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the people. The staff were the friendliest and most welcoming I have ever experienced in all my trips! They also saved my life. I had forgotten to charge up my T money card for the airport bus the next day and the train stations were already closed by then. With only 50,000 won cash denominations, we tried to ask the staff on duty at 2am if it's possible to exchange for some small change. Well...she did so and provided us with different denominations just in case. It was a really huge help! After we checked out the in the morning, they even personally sent us off to make sure we went the right way to the airport bus stop. It left us feeling really warm inside. I rarely write long reviews, but Grid Inn Hotel has made our extremely short trip so unexpectedly pleasant it would be a crime not to. Needless to say, highly recommended and we will be back again. :) P.s. as a little reply to the other review we saw, the supposedly fishy smells probably came from this little stall that sells mackerels right at the back door of the hotel. Honestly, if you are a fan of fish, those mackerels smell AMAZING even in the morning, and the smell wouldn't get to you at all. We actually find it unfortunate we didn't have time to try it (attached a pic of the shop too!)

Untuk wang anda, pilihan yang sangat baik dari segi lokasi (5-7 minit berjalan kaki ke stesen metro terdekat, 20 minit berjalan kaki ke Myeongdong, 10 minit ke DDP) + air percuma dalam botol 0.5, ruang dapur umum, produk pembersihan atas permintaan . Terdapat banyak kafe, pasar mini, dobi, dan perhentian bas berdekatan.
