Penginapan Pullman di Seoul

It's a great hotel very clean but service was a bit of a let down. On our final day we put the pls clean bell on since 9am when we left the room, came back after along day at 5pm and it still wasn't cleaned. We told the staff we would wait downstairs and had to spend some money on expensive drinks in the restaurant whilst waiting. Came back up an hour later and it still wasn't cleaned at 6pm.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was excellent, and the overall hotel environment was beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. Every staff member we encountered was professional, friendly, and provided outstanding service. We especially want to express our sincere gratitude to Julie. She went above and beyond to help us locate the phone we accidentally left in a taxi. Her kindness, patience, and genuine willingness to help made a huge difference for us. She was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and made our entire stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. Because of employees like Julie, we truly believe this hotel maintains such a high standard not only in its facilities, but also in its service culture and overall hospitality. We had a very happy and pleasant experience here, and we would absolutely recommend this hotel to our friends without hesitation.
