Returned for the third time and enjoyed a great relaxing holiday at this lovely hotel in the most beautiful setting The staff were friendly and welcoming especially the dining room manager Octoba All in all a great hotel good food high standard of cleanliness cannot fault it

Absolutely wonderful hotel and location food was good the service was a cut above wonderful staff Plenty of sunbeds never had a problem getting one left our gear on them short walk to beach for a swim Brilliant bus service we visited a few other resorts nearby easily we will definitely be returning to this hotel

Absolutely loved this hotel and resort. Went with my 16 year old daughter for a week and met all our needs. Arrived 11am after getting up at 230am and reception check in was quick and polite. Offered us a courtesy room to get in our bathers and a beach towel and told us where to get lunch. Then when we came out the courtesy room they said our room was ready! Lovely spacious room on 3rd floor which gorgeous view of the pool and beach. Breakfast was amazing and all the staff so helpful and friendly. Lovely vibe to the hotel and rooms the pool. Mainly older guests or come regularly. Early morning swim in sea was gorgeous. Beach does get busy as day goes on. Few restaurants around and some nice shops with dresses and souvenirs where you can get drinks and water. Lovely lunch restaurant attached to hotel overlooking bay. The bay is beautiful. Staff very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the evening entertainment from our balcony each night. Always plenty of sun beds and cushions. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Can only echo what previous guests have said. This hotel has many repeat guests which speaks for itself, many are more mature as this was previously a Thomson gold property; it is still adult only. Hotel is in front of a stunning bay, crystal-clear, shallow water that’s full of fish. Ideal for snorkelling and swimming. Immaculate, modern rooms and bathrooms with enormous shower and double sink. Rooms are kept spotless by smiling maid service. We booked a seaview room which was beautiful. We stayed half board and enjoyed every meal. There really were so many choices for breakfast and dinner. Fresh and beautifully presented. Also many good gluten free options. Dining room was obviously busy at peak times but was always clean, tidy and organised. The chefs turned out amazing food night after night, bar staff made lovely cocktails and were very efficient. Waiting staff were friendly and kept the dining room running smoothly. The entertainment was low key but appropriate. Quiz, shows, bingo, pool activities. All good fun. All the staff here are a real asset to the hotel, always working hard, smiling, polite and friendly. In particular, the lifeguard was very engaging with everyone. Weather in mid August should’ve been fab - we had an unsettled week as a result of very bad storms. Staff cleaned up super fast after the storm blew in a load of debris and trashed the pool area. Exceptional. The resort itself is very small and quiet. Not many shops and restaurants. We shopped in neighbouring Paguera but much preferred our resort. In short, if you want a stunning hotel in beautiful, quiet surroundings - book it. We hope to return.

Lovely clean hotel with spectacular views. Food is very good with a wide range to choose from. I love that it is just a few steps from the beach, for us it was far too busy, so we got up before 8am and went for a morning swim in the sea, it is beautiful with lots of pretty fish. Lovely place to go to get away from everyday pressures, very relaxing .
