Very good location. Close to the major sites. Difficult to find since it is in a set of alleyways. You cannot drive a car here, so if you have a vehicle, research parking first. The nearest underground lot at Jardine Murillo was full, so we found the San Bernardo Parking Lot, but it was a half-mile walk dragging luggage over cobblestones. This was not a deal-breaker; I mention it to be aware. The hotel was fine, the staff were rather cool and not too very friendly, but they were helpful enough. The room was fine and our room faced the alley with the outdoor restaurant, so we heard the noise until they closed, which was early enough. The rooftop terrace has a spectacular view of the cathedral and the Giralda tower, but the bar is not open. There is also no dinner at the hotel, but there are so many places nearby. The best thing is the location. It's pretty interesting staying in these medieval allies. The Real Alcazar palace is a must-see and you can spend all day there and still not see it all. The gardens are wonderful. The cathedral is huge and different from any that I have seen prior. And of course, you must walk up the 37 ramps of the Giralda tower. Take a stroll down to the river. Even the bull ring is nearby.

Upon arrival the staff were very friendly. My room was shocking and not what I was told I was getting so I asked to be moved. The room was much better although my window did not lock (room 6) and other people could enter my room. I never felt safe. The room was cleaned everyday and the cleaning staff were very good. Room 6 is adjoining to the lounge area and kitchen. It was noisy and although the cut off time for noise was 11.30pm it was completely ignored and people partied until after 3am. I was kept awake constantly and often went to reception to complain. The sofas were used for sexual activities and most mornings they were full of drunks, snoring from the night before. The Kitchen Well this was a disgrace. The fridges were constantly rammed with food and alcohol. The food was old and rancid liquids were mixing into peoples groceries. They were not checked on a regular basis. Names and departure dates were put on the food items and drinks but nobody took notice. I watched many people taking other peoples food and disposing of labels. Breakfast We had breakfast every morning in the bar and it was disgusting. The Choices were ; granola with yogurt and 3 slices of kiwi, 3 slices of banana and if you were lucky some sliced apple. 2 fried eggs, 2 slices of streaky bacon and 2 slices of dry toast (uncooked and was never given butter or jam) Spanish breakfast of a bread roll topped with tomato juice and a slice of ham. Tea or coffee and a fruit juice. The chef was a happy guy and very polite but food was terrible so my advice is eat out if you can afford it or risk food poising from the fridges. The hostel has a pool which I thought was going to be a bonus but it was filthy and even though it had signs saying no drink or food and no more than 8 people in it at a time. The rules were ignored and most mornings there was dead skin and food floating in it. There is no first aid trained staff on site No laundry facilities unless you want to pay for it to be done. We found a laundrette opposite Aldi. Shopping for food. There is a huge supermarket which is better than Aldi and has a good choice of microwave meals if you have the budget. Turn right out of main doors and then left and keep walking for about 400 meters cross the main road and it’s on your left.

The location is awesome. Reception staff was welcoming and friendly. Parking in the building is $20/day, which is convenient. You won't likely be driving anywhere around the surrounding area. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable and spacious enough. Basic amenities are available and much appreciated. Description of the listing is accurate. The bathroom door handle was broken; not a big deal but hope it gets fixed soon!

This hotel was the nicest, most chic hotel I've ever stayed in! I would come back just to stay in the hotel. All ibis Styles have a unique look and feel to them, and this one was perfect. Very stylish but in an accessible and comfortable way, I loved the mural by the lifts and all the cute scallop details. My friend and I stayed in a twin room with 2 single beds which was fairly compact but well presented. Our room faced the main road so we could hear a little traffic noise throughout the night but nothing too bad. Walk in shower was huge, although we did have the smell of sewage come up on occasion. Our stay had breakfast included, which we wouldn't have booked if there was an option without, but the buffet options were very varied (suitable vegetarian options) and it set us up well for each day of exploring the city. The rooftop pool was on the smaller side but perfectly fine to use, if a little on the colder side as not heated. Plenty of sun loungers and parasols to go around, with a really large covered seating area adjacent to the pool and next to the bar as well. There is a courtyard on the ground floor too that was really pretty to sit in. My friend and I had 4 days in Seville which was the perfect length of time to explore. The hotel is a little out of the main hustle and bustle of the city, but a 20min walk will take you right into the thick of it. On our last day we hired docking bikes which was such a good idea - Seville felt very safe to cycle in as there are dedicated cycle lanes and also a good way to explore the Maria Luisa park and ride along the river. There is a docking station right opposite the hotel. We took the bus to and from the airport which was very convenient, the buses ran quite frequently and it cost €4 each way so relatively cheap too. Overall, the hotel was really great and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a Seville city break!

I stayed with my husband at this hotel last week. I have to say it’s by far the nicest hotel we’ve stayed in. We were greeted on arrival by charming staff offered complementary drinks and shown our room. The room was spotlessly clean with full amenities, comfortable bed alongside excellent much needed air conditioning in Seville’s hot weather. Breakfast was beyond amazing with absolutely everything one could want- pastries, cheeses, meats, full English, pancakes, omelettes, fruit, yogurts - the choices and again excellent service was second to none. We ate one evening meal in the hotel which we would not normally do but as it was such a lovely place we decided to eat in - we were not disappointed. Nothing was too much trouble for any staff member we met. Pool area was again relaxing with attentive staff. This is how hotels should be run. Sorry for long review but well deserved.

Hotel que reserve por las buenas reseñas, pero realmente no se hace gala de un 4 estrellas. La habitacion que me toco en el primer piso hacia mucho ruido el AC. Era un triple para uso individual, las camas eran pequeñas. El hotel estaba a tope y probablemente no me toco una buena habitacion. El hotel esta bien ubicado si estas de paso y cerca de la carretera norte de circunvalacion. De la zona ”bonita” esta muy alejado. La habitacion no estaba del todo limpia y la ducha tenia muy poco caudal de agua. Pero es mas que suficiente para una noche, pero el precio de 130 euros, es una exageracion para este tipo de hotel

There are two Ibis hotels right next to each other, so, we went to the wrong hotel first. Once we found the right one, the staff's English was poor at best and the room extremely basic, a very small room with the sink and shower next to the bed and a 1/4 inch thick door going to the toilet. The wi-fi was extremely slow, 3.4 mbps, so streaming video was nearly impossible. We paid an additional €17 for breakfast when we checked-in, but when we arrived and started getting our food, a woman asked for our room number, telling us that breakfast was NOT included. Embarrassing us in front of all the guests, I told them to refund our money, but then they figured out that the non-English speaking woman verified the wrong room number. We were not even offered an apology for the embarrassment. Parking in their garage was €6 for 24 hours, not bad, but when we attempted to leave for the airport in the morning, the parking ticket machine said that our ticket was invalid, so we had to go back to reception where they contacted a non-English speaking security guard who let us out after paying him the €6. I had left my bag in the room and would return after dropping my wife off at the airport, the 24 hours would not expire until hours later, but was told that I would have to get a new ticket and pay another €6 if I wanted to park in the garage. Unbelievable! We were so late getting to the airport that my wife had to rush through security, tripping on a crack in the flooring, bruising her knees, and was wheeled to the gate in a wheelchair. Stayed at this hotel with my siblings for 4 nights. The hotel looked nice, and staff were friendly and helpful so no complaints there. The reception staff are able to communicate in English which was great because we couldn't speak or understand Spanish. The room was nice and comfortable, pillows were soft and it didn't feel too hot because there is AC. Hotel provides free Wi-Fi, which you annoyingly have to keep reconnecting to, but that wasn't too much of an issue. The main downside of our stay here was the dirty hotel room floors. There was hair all over the floor, not just singular hairs but clumps of hair which was extremely gross. The entire 5 days we stayed there, not once were the floors cleaned. Towels were also not changed regularly. We put a towel down on the floor as a bathmat and it was just picked up and placed back on the rack. Another downside was the outside of the hotel sometimes smelled really bad, maybe of sewage I wasn't sure what it was. The location isn't exactly ideal as it's 20 minutes away from the city centre if you took the bus. We called an Uber every night to get back to the hotel because the last bus is before 10pm. Overall, I wouldn't say this is a 4 star hotel, it's more 3 star. But it's decent and provides a comfortable and safe place to stay.
