Located directly on Nanjing road where all the food stops and only 12 minutes walking distance to the Bund! Food: 10/5 The breakfast selection here is SUPERB. They have cold dishes like salad, hot food such as noodles and pan fried buns and local snacks such as fried rice cubes (?) Ci fan gao. I booked this hotel stay to celebrate my mums 65th birthday and the hotel staff are so sweet and organised a beautiful chocolate cake for us. Honestly, this hotel is fabulous and is worth your money!

Walaupun terima kasih kerana menaik taraf ke tahap pertama secara percuma, ini bukan kerana saya VIP Golden Diamond Ctrip, tetapi Accor memilih untuk mempunyai pendedahan yang tinggi dalam platform pemasaran koperasi Ctrip. Sikap khidmat masih perlu diperkasakan. Lokasinya bagus, lokasi pusat dikelilingi oleh pusat membeli-belah, makmur dan selesa. Selain kekurangan bunyi dan kekurangan pelabuhan pengecasan, kolam renang mempunyai sauna kering dan basah serta 3 kolam urut.

Menginap selama dua malam, ditetapkan secara berasingan, satu malam dengan sarapan pagi dan satu lagi tanpa. Lokasi sangat baik, Jalan Nanjing berhampiran Bund, bersebelahan dengan Peace Hotel (Saya akan menginap di Peace Hotel selepas dua malam di sini). Terdapat Gedung Beli-belah Shinsegae Daimaru berhampiran hotel, yang sesuai untuk membeli-belah. Terdapat pasar raya Oli di tingkat bawah tanah pertama. Terdapat juga pelbagai makanan dan minuman. Terdapat pertemuan ketam di pantai. Mee ketam sedap dan wonton pun sedap.

Pengalaman yang sangat baik, JUSTIN di kaunter penerimaan tetamu dinaik taraf kepada suite kecil secara percuma, perkhidmatannya mesra, dan tetamu akan diingati pada keesokan harinya, sangat hebat! Bilik-bilik bersih dan kemas, dan tingkat atas menghadap ke landskap bandar yang indah, sangat baik! 🚗 Pengangkutan: Pengangkutan sangat mudah. Ia adalah Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street sehingga anda sampai ke Bund. I had an exceptional experience at Citadines service apartment. The panoramic view from my room was absolutely stunning, creating a truly memorable stay. The room itself was meticulously clean and provided utmost comfort, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing environment. The breakfast offered a delightful array of options, catering to various tastes and preferences. The icing on the cake was the warm and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to popular shopping areas. I wholeheartedly recommend Citadines for its breathtaking views, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and welcoming staff.

Apabila saya memasuki bilik, saya merasakan bilik itu agak kecil, jadi saya membayar tambahan untuk naik taraf. Bilik yang dinaik taraf adalah saiz yang sesuai dan selesa, dengan meja dan kerusi di mana anda boleh menikmati hidangan yang enak. Cars cannot pull up to the hotel entrance, which we found inconvenient. The shower room has no curtain nor door. The bathroom floor is soaking wet after every shower. The AC is extremely difficult to figure out, we spent most of the time in freezing temperatures. The hotel looks fancy, but not very practical. Would not return.

This hotel has the best location, but rooms are need renovations urgently. I stayed at this hotel in several different rooms over a 30 day period for more than 10 days. And each room has had issues. From a clogged sink drain making strange noises to a wobbly toilet seat to mold in the refrigerator to squeaky door hinges. When I raised these issues with the front desk, a repairman was sent who said that they are aware the problem with the toilet cover and spare part is on the way. The problem will be fix when spare parts arrived. To blocked drainage it would be fixed after I checked out. He said all these so naturally as this supposed to be the right way to run the hotel. Housekeepers are obviously contracted out with minimum training. Floor has never been vacuumed, amenities always forget to refill.
