Sofitel Shanghai North Bund

Hotel ini baru sahaja dibuka, dan secara keseluruhannya bagus. Saya tidak kecewa seperti yang diharapkan tidak kecil. Hiasan hotel adalah dalam ***a Perancis, ringkas dan elegan. Akhir sekali, saya ingin memuji Cindy, pembantu rumah yang saya lakukan lawatan balas dan mendapati bahawa pengalaman keseluruhan adalah baik dan akan terus memilihnya pada masa akan datang.

Really enjoy my stay here, this is the 2nd time i stay in the hotel and they try best for my early check-in request on the arrival day. Jerry is very supportive and know how to take care of me during my stay. Would definitely comeback here soon.

We had an extremely comfortable stay at the Sofitel. The hotel is new, clean and modern, with spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. We slept well every night. Most importantly, service has been fantastic. We were checked in by Fiona at the front desk who gave us her Wechat where we could communicate our needs throughout our stay. She would check in once a day to see how we were and if we needed anything from housekeeping. Not only that, she also helped us call for reservations as we did not have a China phone number. It was almost like having a private concierge which is a service many hotels do not provide. Finally, she helped us arrange a late check-out that gave us ample time to relax before heading to the airport to catch our flight. The staff were also eager to help with luggage, taking it all the way up to our room when checking in and lifting it into our taxi when leaving. The hotel was great and I would highly recommend this hotel just for the service alone. Thank you for the relaxing stay and incredible service Fiona and Sofitel team. (I forgot to take more photos 😅😅 but I meant every word)

12 Wonderful Days at Sofitel North The Bund" We had an amazing 12-day stay at this hotel. As a new property, everything felt modern and spotless. The service we received was truly exceptional. Jerry, the frontliner, always greeted us warmly every day, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Similarly, Chen Sili from the room service team was always friendly and attentive to our needs. They made us feel right at home, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back as soon as possible. I think Sofitel is always the first choice ! Because I chose the services and team here!! Cissy always provides timely responses when I need them, and solves my problems for me as soon as I have any feedback. The ladies and brothers are very concerned about my stay experience, such as Vera, Lockie, etc. I feel cared for and valued, and my feelings and timely response make me have to believe and choose!

Great stay at the hotel. Jerry 小周 was especially nice and helpful throughout our stay. Both service and amenity are top notch.
