Hotel Sofitel yang baru dibuka pada April 2024 penuh dengan ***a romantik Perancis, dan ia akan menjadi laris apabila anda mengambil gambar. Buat temu janji dengan kawan baik anda untuk minum petang di lobi hotel untuk minum petang untuk dua orang di 688 adalah diskaun yang baru dibuka pada separuh harga. Tahap pencuci mulut dalam minum petang adalah lebih tinggi daripada hotel lain, dan kopi yang baru dikisar juga sangat baik. Kami kembali ke bilik hotel untuk minum wain merah pada waktu malam. Hotel ini baru sahaja dibuka, dan secara keseluruhannya bagus. Saya tidak kecewa seperti yang diharapkan tidak kecil. Hiasan hotel adalah dalam ***a Perancis, ringkas dan elegan. Akhir sekali, saya ingin memuji Cindy, pembantu rumah yang saya lakukan lawatan balas dan mendapati bahawa pengalaman keseluruhan adalah baik dan akan terus memilihnya pada masa akan datang.

The hotel is very newly rebuilt with Stylist style. I Love the stripe which is the key element of this hotel. Bathtub at the room is really great to get us relax after the tiring & long day. The front staffs who is Molly, Vera and Halona is very nice and helpful. One of them offered fantastic view room for us :) and others really helpful when I requested for the late check out due to my lugguages issue. I would recommend this hotel for your Shanghai trip. I would be one of your best staycation ever!!

This hotel is a gem—new, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. If you prefer to stay away from crowded areas, this is the perfect choice. The location is next to the 1933 Creative Hub, which adds a unique charm. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed—words can’t do them justice. The service here is outstanding, treating every guest like a VIP. I even received a complimentary breakfast upon check-in. The receptionist, Halona, provided exceptional service—five stars! She was attentive, checking in daily via WeChat to ensure everything was perfect and that I had all the assistance I needed. This hotel truly excels in both comfort and service.

Clean New hotel, just 5mins travel to bund side, convenient location. Beautiful design of hotel, love it a lot. Definitely one of the choices staying in Shanghai.

Thought is is on near bund , but it is crossed by a bridge, and heard that was the kowloon hotel before, change name and did renovation. The price should be lower if it is not brand new hotel.

Great new hotel in Shanghai.The staff are friendly and very professional, and concierge Elwyn will go above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed. The bar staff make great cocktails and the decor and ambience is stylish and relaxing. There are two restaurants, the Chinese restaurant is fantastic. The prawns and scallops were deliciously prepared, the perfect seafood meal and we had the most wonderful waitress who made the whole experience enjoyable. The Luxury Club Twin Room was spacious and clean. This is a lovely hotel.

Amazing location, wonderful staff service, nice rooms. Breakfast buffet was super nice. I was in Shanghai for work and found Sofitel North Bund a great location for getting around. Not too crowded or jammed up, like the Bund or Xintiandi area. I highly recommend this place.

It was a wonderful experience! The hotel is very new and with beautiful design. The bed is super comfy and room is very clean. There is a walk in closet in the room to keep luggages and many hangers for hanging clothes. Wide variety of selections at breakfast buffet with several choices of croissants and a barista making coffee. I tried their afternoon tea at their lobby lounge. Ambience is really good. I tried their massage at the Spa on level 6. Price is reasonable with good service. It is very convenient calling cabs/taxis to and from the hotel. Last but not least, credits go to the superb services by all the staff members. They are very attentive and super nice! I will recommend Sofitel North Bund to all my friends and will surely return to Sofitel North Bund next time I visit Shanghai!

This is Brand New Hotel which open in 2 months and the service is beyond excellent. First，the service. when I arr，my personal butler Elwyn greeting me at the front gate and guide me to Sydney who assist me for check in . Sydney did a upgrade which the room is amazing. Because it is our first time in Shanghai，Elwyn introduce me the main sightseeing spots and traditional dishes and i am gonna say it was absolutely delicious. At the night，a gentleman and i believe his name is Lockie，kindly call taxi for me. Besides the perfect service，layout is also a marvelous point, very French style design and fine details. I am highly recommend this hotel as the stop hotel in Shanghai. Thank you Sofitel Shanghai North Bund!!!

This is a newly opened hotel this year and everything was new and clean. It gives off a modern luxury vibes and is located near the bund. Will highly recommend to stay here if coming to Shanghai

The hotel design looks good. The room is big and the bed is comfortable. The view from the room is good. Location is far away from the Bund and many attractions. Breakfast has not much selection with the price paid. The service is considerate and customers-oriented.

Front desk staffs need more training. The check in process was rather clumsy. Hotel design looks good and the bathroom was great. Cleanliness can be further improved, room’s furnitures had some stains and quite dusty. Not up to Sofitel’s standard for sure…Perhaps it’s because the hotel is only 2 months old.
