Location is near to the subway station. I've added a photo. Helpful staff. They spoke English. Breakfast was good. A good choice of Western and Asian food. Our twin room was big and spacious. It's also a quick ride to THE FOUND. I'll definitely stay here again. Thank you 🌹

This is my first shanghai triip, i believed the first impression of trip is very important , Miss 小夏 Xiao xia is the first person who show us smilling face and offer hand to helps carry all family luggage to rooms, Mr. 小尚 Xiao shang helps us to booking rooms and provided many useful informations , lastly Miss Iris 小徐 Xiao xu, she is the one who always help us for few days , how to booking car and so on.This hotel is very good service , let's why I remembered all their names and appreciated to them so much.🙏🥰 Besides Metropark Jichen make me feel like homes , location also very convenience , near to train station ( recommend if family , you may use app for DIDi or Taxi car ) and very happening surrounding of hotel.Lastly is breakfast , hotel breakfast must try , very delicious and you will miss it. 😋 Definitely, we will stay in this hotel again for the next shnaghai visit.😊

This hotel was in a nice area. Not too far from major attractions, but far enough that it wasn’t loud or crowded. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Especially Camila and Myra, who helped us carry our bags to our taxi. I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Shanghai.

The service was good, food was great and the staff recognized me when I returned.

Very good hotel very well located and ample staff that are ready to help. Located mid way between train stations of center and Hongqiao so super convenient

The hotel is absolutely recommendable. High quality at a competitive price. The room, bathroom and it's facilities were very clean and well maintained. The hotel service was excellent. Hotel reception was very friendly and always helpful. Especially Xiao Yang (小杨) and Xiao Zhong (小钟) were very kind and supportive.

The hotel is really lovely, and I would definitely book again if I am to stay in Shanghai again. I wish I had taken pictures but next time I will.

This is my second stay - it’s a lovely hotel with good food and good location.  The room is comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Great hotel, great location, rooms are a little tired, but still wonderful! The upgrade of the bidets in the washroom is nice.

This hotel is very nice and clean and the staff was so kind and humble. especially with Miss Camila she treat us very nice Thumbs up to her.

Tucked away in a mixed residential and business area, the hotel offers high quality accomodation at reasonable rates.

Highly recommendable! Good location and nice breakfast. There’s a lot pf restaurants/ fast food chain nearby, and hotel is near to subway metro. I enjoyed breakfast too. But i only noticed that there’s no carpet in the room, but its okay. Would definitely book again. 👍

It is indeed a great experience staying in this hotel. Price is not expensive. Room is spacious and decent. It is clean and close to jingan temple. Lots pf restaurant nearby and has the friendliest and nicest staff. Thank you miss IRIS for helping me everytime i stay here. You are the best!!!
