Fantastic, warm, personable, friendly, helpful, patient, staff. Amazing how comfortable and welcomed, a warm smile, and a quiet, enthusiastic voice, can make a guest feel-the senior front-desk lady, and the gentleman on the morning shifts. The young lady, the new employee, is naturally an excellent customer service person, with the friendliest personality. Even the lady and gentleman cleaning the rooms were remarkably excellent, and welcoming. Looking forward to staying at this hotel on our next trip to Shanghai. Definitely 5 diamonds in staff friendliness, and overall customer service.

The room was clean and comfy. I had a nice time overall. The reception people were nice and had no problem checking in. I liked the shower and bathroom, very spacious and comfortable.

Amazing place with outstanding service, good that I booked this place first as I was not able to speak Mandarin, and I was not sure how to book taxi's for example. The staffs were really helpful, even booked me taxi's and even came with me buy foods items. People who does not know mandarin, this is the place you should visit first, especially for there services.

Great Stay, with a very cleanliness place. I really loved the place as their service was remarkable. The room was cleaned on daily basis and made sure all the requirements were refilled. First I planned the stay for 2 days, however due to the service I even extended the stay. I recommend this place for others too, good value for your money. Even though the place is not in a main area, the place was near a metro station, which was convenient for travelling to the other parts of the city. Finally, when compared to a place which i refused to stay, ”they wanted me to pay almost 450+ yuan for cheap/tiny/dirty place (which I eagerly wanted to put a review on)”, I clearly recommend this place for ”best value” and a cleaner and safer stay.

At first, our room smelled of smoke and we aired the room for half a day but could not get it out, we requested a new room and got it easily thanks to the front desk service. The morning breakfast from 7am to 10am was 23RMB/pax, a small salad bar, a few dimsums, some toast and meat and even a live noodle station. There was free supper from 9 to 10:30pm as well. Location was close to the train station (about 10 mins walk away). Super cute family of cats at the front of the hotel as well!

全程無接觸入住，客服非常認真仔細，很方便就到了住宿地點。房間乾淨，尤其是衞生間非常乾淨空間也大，能讓我這種有點潔癖的人滿意是真的乾淨。洗衣機，冰箱，油煙機，電爐等設備齊全，尤其是裝的新空調特涼快，有投影機看電影。一張大床，一個可以拉伸的沙發，相當於一張小床，一家四口住的很是舒服。樓就在萬達廣場裏，小吃豐富購物方便。下樓後穿過萬達廣場向西走一點就是13號地鐵入口，去各景點很是方便，特適合一家人旅遊居住，一共住了四天，非常滿意的一次體驗，推薦大家入住這家店。

BBangdetutuLokasinya sangat mudah. Tidak jauh dari dua pintu masuk kereta api bawah tanah dan boleh dicapai dengan berjalan kaki. Yuyuan Garden juga berdekatan. Ia tidak jauh dari Bund. Ia adalah perjalanan teksi yang cepat. Jika anda ingin berjalan kaki, ia harus mengambil lebih banyak daripada minit 20. Terdapat juga hotel Bas ulang-alik beroperasi pada waktu tetap dan di kawasan tetap, yang agak mudah.
Terdapat juga keburukan.Pertama sekali, pintunya tidak begitu ketara.Tiada laluan bebas halangan di pintu.Walaupun hanya ada dua tiga anak tangga, ia amat menyusahkan orang yang membawa beg pakaian dan menolak kereta sorong. Hanya ada chef atau orang pick-up di muka pintu. Apabila pemandu sudah ada, dia akan segera berlari membantu. Jika mereka tiada, dia perlu mencari jalan penyelesaian sendiri.
Kedua, biliknya sangat kecil, malah bilik besar yang dinaik taraf agak kecil dan kesan penebat bunyi adalah sederhana.

LlzyingHotel hebat yang melebihi jangkaan. Suka dengan estetika reka bentuk dan lokasi yang menakjubkan. Asas boleh menjadi agak kecil tetapi anda sentiasa boleh mendapatkan bilik yang lebih besar. Mangkuk tandas juga merupakan kejutan yang menyenangkan!

HHEINZ888Arrived at the hotel at 00:35h using the 24h transit. Taxi driver didn't know how to drive to the hotel.
Entered the hall and went to the (Concierge?)desk on the left. There was no one there... The hotel management should have put a noticeable sign with the text that the lobby/reception is located on the 3rd floor. I had to ask a guest where the lobby/receptiondesk was.
The service at the receptiondesk was excellent. Also made a reservation for the shuttlebus to the Pudong Airport T1 (08:30h), the shuttlebus to the Pudong Airport was free of charge.
The bedroom was nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent.
Overall 4 stars out of 5, due to the lack of information about the lobby location.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaLandskap perkhidmatan sememangnya terkemuka di bandar ajaib, tetapi sanitasi perlu dipertingkatkan. Mungkin ramai yang menginap, sanitasi terasa banyak kecacatan dan lalat, sarapan pagi seperti biasa disediakan 24 jam sehari, kemudahannya juga sempurna, dan lokasinya sempurna.

ZZhilaHotel yang sangat menjimatkan, meja depan penuh dengan wanita kacak dan kacak dalam talian, perkhidmatannya juga hebat, terdapat buaian di belakang rumah, saya sangat menyukainya. Ia hanya mengambil masa sepuluh minit untuk sampai ke Lapangan Terbang Hongqiao dengan teksi, dan terdapat sebuah bandar kecil di Xiadu di sebelahnya. Anda boleh mengambil gambar semasa cuaca baik. Satu-satunya perkara ialah lukisan di dinding perlu ditukar. ***a Cina sebenarnya tidak begitu. Anak saya kata lukisan tu macam pelik sejurus masuk ke bilik... Tolong tutup juga cermin di dinding yang menjejaskan tidur. Satu-satunya titik potongan adalah di sini.

PPengguna TetamuIni sepatutnya menjadi hotel lapangan terbang terbaik yang pernah saya tinggali. Hanya di Terminal 2, hotel ini bukan baru, tetapi ia diselenggara dengan baik, perkhidmatannya teliti, dan kalis bunyinya bagus. Restoran Cina di hotel ini sangat terkejut. Bahan-bahan sarapan pagi sangat indah, yang lebih baik daripada banyak hotel lapangan terbang. Tingkap besar di ruang tamu bilik keluarga di mana anda boleh melihat lif kapal terbang, ia adalah pengalaman yang hebat.

HhannahbananahI love Yiqinyuan for the calm and peaceful forest, I walked by myself during the last day and if you do visit, try to do it without any gadget. Just bring your keycard. Walk through the tall trees, hear the birds, feel the sun and inhale fresh air.
It is very sad that I have a non-refundable ticket that made me not enjoy the accomodation I booked. Since it was the coldest day of the year they decided to move all guests who stays in the container van rooms to their building rooms. To move In their main building I need to add more payment and we were relocated to building 5. It was also an advantage since the Foresta Cafe was there and the playroom (not so much in there but still worth the visit). However, the room we were in was so dusty, the aircon was blowing some dusty air and the carpet was so dirty. It ruined the whole trip and even of they were able to change the beddings and vacuum the carpet it was still tickling our noses. We were really looking forward to a nice Christmas trip but yeah. I booked 3 nights because we really love the place. 😭 The next day I asked again to be moved to a different room, they said they were fully booked but alas there was an available room next to us. The first room was so inconvenient because whenever we turn the lights off the WIFI also goes off. The fridge was not working well, the temperature outside was much better. The second room was better than the first room but the exhaust fan wasn't working.
The breakfast was only located in the main restaurant which was 15 mins (waiting for the electric car) away from our building. It was a race to get to breakfast and the seating was not enough to be near the buffet. Time is running and you have Marathon between your table and the buffet table. Food was great though they alternate between the dates. Dinner was also good and had great service but not so much choice of small dished for a small family. Local food at it's best!
La Foresta Cafe was interesting. They helped us keep our Christmas pies in their fridge. The only way to order was via the QR on the table but the catch was you have to pay right away for your order to go through which waa different from the main restaurant. So there we were waiting for our food but they didn't really get through and had to end up sitting and waiting for an hour. The next day it took 30 mins. for the food to come. The taste was good serving was big, can share.
The electric cars were very prompt and the drivers were very kind and polite.
The food again was really yummy!
The staff were friendly too.
You can buy swan/duck feed at 5rmb/2 packs at the coffee shop at the reception.
They were giving away eyemask and heatpacks.
The bottles water was also free. The snack at the room was cheaper than the vending machine.
It is far from the town so make sure you have what you need before heading to the resort.
They have hangers and iron in every room at building 5 where we stayed.
Not a lot of English speaking staff so bring some Mandarin phrases or get ready with a translator APP.
After a long mixed review I just wish that the resort informed us ahead that the accomodation will not be available and made an option for rebooking or ensure better accomodation it was really a hassle.

Oleh itu, secara kebetulan, ketika saya berada di Shanghai kali ini, saya menempah Hotel Radisson Blu (nama Cina) sebagai stesen terminal perjalanan saya ke Shanghai Walaupun tidak menepati pengalaman yang diharapkan, perkhidmatan keseluruhan hotel tetap dibawa saya senang hati, terima kasih banyak-banyak 🙏!

Room service and other dining options throughout the day available. Perfect location to walk to the Jing’An area and even Kerry Centre. Easy pick up cabins for meituan. Will stay again if I make another appointment.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaHotel stay was really nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay and thought it was well worth the price. The only downside is that our room smelled a little bit like someone had smoked in it but it wasn’t a big deal. The location also isn’t super central, but we hadn’t explored the northern part of Shanghai before so it was cool to see. There is a really good noodle place like a 15 min walk from the hotel. There is also an underground market at one of the stations for line 10 close by. Underrated area in my opinion!
