房子位置超棒，就在橋旁邊，風格清爽，環境優美，早上床簾一拉，眼前就是一條溪，雖在大路邊上，但不會嘈雜，房間空間大，洗浴設備不錯，有基本的日用洗漱用品提供，服務很好，服務態度優秀，讓客人賓至如歸，點贊。早餐挺豐富的，水果很新鮮滿足需求。餐廳環境優吃早飯舒服，會再次選擇入住的房子

The best location with an amazing view. The staff is most helpful and kind. When you book they take care of sigthseeing tours in the area such as the shangri-la great canyon and mountain 佛塔. We come back again to see this beautiful area during summer.

Selepas tinggal selama satu hari dan melawat beberapa tarikan, saya memutuskan untuk tinggal sehari lagi. Kanak-kanak berseronok, dan ziplining adalah aktiviti yang bagus untuk kanak-kanak berjalan. Perkara terbaik adalah bermain salji di pagoda musim ini. Ia sangat indah Jika anda pernah mengalami pergunungan Meili dan padang rumput Shangri-La, maka anda mesti tidak terlepas kampung purba yang selesa dengan sejarah 1,300. tahun dan kisah menyentuh rakyat Tibetnya tentang pembinaan jalan raya. Pro: Room can see beautiful scenery. Very remote and breath taking view. This is what one pays for. Need to improve: Front desk service non-Existence, need training and improvements. We had a confirmed time with front desk for hotel staff /driver to take us to the designated scenic spots in the hotel vicinity. This was included as part of accommodation package. Late at night, front desk contacted and informed us that the previously agreed and confirmed starting time would have to be delayed by 1 hour, to ‘suit other guests’. Firstly, front desk previously confirmed scenic spot visits were one-to-one but was changed/combined with another big group of guests. Secondly, why was confirmed appointment time changed to suit other guests? We were guests too, and all guests must be treated equally. At the end, through our insistence, the original confirmed time was honoured by front desk, but our treatment by front desk staff is totally unacceptable

we stayed for one night , the staff is amazing , realy nice and welcoming... great room, nice dinner. it was realy windy ,so not much to do arround, but the hotel offered theier nice local exebition and local clothes so we had good time.

The hotel was so beautiful. The wood of building structure makes every angle of the hotel is unique. It reminds me of Istana Seri Menanti in Kuala Pilah, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. We just stayed in the room and enjoy the view. The Sunset and sunrise. The owner named Renqing Cimu Mei was so kind. She helped us in wearing traditional clothes - tibet. She also helped us in paying our dinner at the dukezong halal restaurant since that restaurant didn't receive Ali Pay. We're panicked at that time and so relieved when Renqing Cimu helped us. She also pickup and send us back to the railway station and give us some souvenirs. We're so happy with the hospitality that given by her. For sure we will comeback with my big family of 12, with extra days of staying, riding the horse, and let my 2 years old niece play with the sheep. Thank you, Renqing Cimu Mei. Recommendation: Maybe you can open a small shop at the lobby and sell white tshirts that printed your hotel name or napa hai lake view or any beautiful nature view in xianggelila. The guests can buy it and bring back to their hometown and will always remember the memories being in your hotel.

Overall, my stay was nothing short of exceptional, offering a perfect blend of stunning views, excellent service, cleanliness, and tranquility.

莊園很大 還有一個很大的院子 有秋千有草坪 太陽出來的時候點一杯咖啡坐在躺椅上看藍天白雲 微風輕輕吹過 特別愜意 房間也很好 衞生很乾凈 準備的東西很齊全細心 床睡着比較舒服 不軟不硬 一進去就很暖和 還有個浴缸可以泡泡澡 洗去一天的疲憊 主要是服務也很不錯 有求必應 早上還有份小早餐 真的很放鬆舒服 哦對 還有小狗小貓 性格超級好 喜歡小動物的朋友有福啦哈哈

Amazing personalized service, with a guided trip to the waterfall and a visit inside a ******* home. We also took the bikes and explored around the Napahai lake, stopping at a local village and mingled with two elders. The scenery is calming. The food at the restaurant was above expectation, they have a great chef. Breakfast is included and it was the best spread we have had sofar!! . The staff and service is excellent and without a doubt we can highly recommend Naada Courtyard Linden Centre.
