Ulasan Shantou Golden Gulf Hotel (Vientiane City)

Perkhidmatannya tidak begitu baik di hotel. Kakitangan sangat keliru dan nampaknya tidak tahu apa yang sedang berlaku. Mereka cuba mengenakan bayaran untuk perkhidmatan bilik yang tidak pernah dipesan. Lokasinya bagus, dan bersebelahan dengan MIXC mall. Terdapat kolam renang dan gelanggang tenis yang bagus.

The location is good and the staffs are friendly. However, we got bite by bedbug. We suspect is from the sofa inside the room. Strongly suggest hotel to check the cleanliness of the bed & sofa. We booked 3 rooms and everyone got it even the kids.

The impression was we booked 4 rooms and we got all on the same floor, adjacent to one another. The twin room bed was 4 ft size - loved it. The location was perfect, close to two shopping malls and lots of restaurants nearby. The gym and swimming pool were great too. The minus was only the air conditioner was not sufficiently cool in some of our rooms, and it couldn't go colder even we adjusted the lowest temperature.

Quiet, clean , everything was amazing staff and reception was helpful

Although it's old, we are happy to stay in this hotel. Service is good as well as the location. Hope they will re-new their room, it's out of the date.

reception friendly and resourceful. location very central with 2 big malls next to the hotel with plenty of food choices and good taste. also walking distance to the snack street. good room size but looks a little tired.

Very old hotel, I came here for marathon, there r better hotels around

The location is good as the bus from the airport stops directly at the hotel. Surrounding there is a mall and have bus from hotel to go to 小公园。

Close enough to mixc. Just need to walk a bit. Shopping is OK at malls. No underground shopping.

Airport Shuttle bus is right at the hotel entrance and hotel location is very close to the big shopping centre. Hotel lobby cigarette smells is very strong.

Warm, helpful, friendly staff. Room is clean. Good location, near Wanxingcheng, food stall, restaurant n shopping mall.

Good value. Nice location. Clean room. Quick & efficient services. Nice front desk. Well mannered floor workers. Only drawback is the restaurant. Price at the Chinese restaurant on the high end but the food is just OK. Need to improve on appetites.

The Location of the Hotel is very near Department Store, shops and convenient store. The room is clean and all equipped. Service is also good. Breakfast has a lot of choices, taste of food is so so.

Hotel is long. If can upgrade is better. Bed is too low. Staffs are good and helpful
