The location of the hotel is the best feature. Staff handling the check in and out are also friendly and helpful. However, the toilet drainage has issues and it floods whenever we showered.

Love this hotel is super clean ! I love the rooms so spacious and nicely modern design ! Near by Gangxia Shopping scene, will keep choosing it for my further trips to Shenzhen

This is not even a hotel, just some unsold apartments that was used as rental housing. The price that I paid I could have stayed in a proper hotel. The lift is shared by so many people in the building and always a long wait. Ctrip should state clearly these are apartment accommodation and not hotel. The actual place is so different from the photos shown.

Very amazing hotel. Room as shown in the photo. Newly renovated and very clean. Great location with shopping mall and MRT station. Hotel staff and house keeping are friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing apartment hotel, especially for price, location and convenience. Just a few minute walk to GangXia Mtr station and a stop (or two) to the CBD where you can find a few shopping malls for all food & drink and shopping needed. Room were super clean and had all the amenities you need (fridge, washing machine, toothbrush/paste etc). Staff were very kind and attentive upon checkin and checkout. Checkout was swift and staff even checked me out whilst dealing with other guests on check in. Will definitely come back again.

Absolutely wonderful hotel with stunningly spacious rooms. Situated in the prime area of the city, surrounded by a plethora of restaurants and activities, it offers convenience and excitement at every turn.
