فندق سوليمار نعمة باي من افضل فنادق شرم الشيخ نبدأ بالاستقبال والتسكين موظفين الريسبشن استقبالهم رائع وحقيقى هما ف منتهى الزوق حابة اشكرهم جدا والتسكين تم ف اقل من نص ساعة من وصولنا تقيمي لنظافة الغرف ١٠/٧تقيمى للطعام ١٠/١٠ الاكل متنوع والطعم ممتاز والاستف بتوع المطعم بجد شكرا ليهم جدا جدا بشوشين جدا وقمة ف الزوق والاخلاق مهتمين جدا بارضاء كل النزلاء وشكرا للشيف الحادق والحلو لان حقيقى الاتنين كانو ممتازين ونضافة الاكل لا يعلى عليها تقيمى للبول ١٠/١٠ البول دايما نضيف وتقيمي للشاطئ ١٠/١٠ شاطئ كالميرا ف نعمة حقيقى من افضل شواطئ شرم الشيخ شاطئ رملي ومليان اسماك لو بتحبو تتفرجو التجربة كلها ف المجمل نالت اعجابنا جدا وكانت ممتعة واكيد هنكررها تاني الفيو بتاع الغرف البول فيو تحفة والجاردن فيو تحفة برضو لانك بتبقى شايف البحر من بعيد عيب الفندق الوحيد فريق الانيمشن ضعيف شبه مفيش حفلات بيعملو حفلات لكن ضعيفة

‏بصراحة يا جماعة ده اجمد فندق أنا نزلت في حياتي أنا نزلت فنادق خمس نجوم كثيرة جدا جدا بس بصراحة لا العن هم خدمة محتاجه من فوق الخيل الصفر يعني مش أنت ممتاز جدا جدا جدا بتحسب جد أنت بتجين تحسنت دولة تانية حتى تانية مكان تاني خالص ويل له ويسكنه كله تمام وناس محترمة وكل حاجة ليا موجودة كل حاجة متاحة قدام أي حد يفضل يطلع عشان أنا فضلوا كلا من أسعار من خدمه من كل حاجة تمام اوي في ال انيميشن دي عايزة اكد عليها بجد في حداسمه سكر شخص عسلية فوق الوصف لا تقعد معاه تحس انه أنت مش محتاج أي حاجة ناقصك أي حاجة من معاملة من كلام أدب أدب

سائح ليبي ..بصراحةانا دائما اروح اصيف في شرم الشيخ بس اول مرة اشوف فندق مثل هذا كموقع وأسعار حلوة ومعاملة وحسن إستقبال وإحترام للمواطن العربي بعكس فنادق أخرى..طبعآ الشكر لكل موظفين الإستقبال وعلي رأسهم استاذ سامويل ..والمطعم واكله اللذيذ.. طبعآ كل هذا بجانب والأسعار الرخيصة الغير متوقعه بجانب شكرآ كانت احلي أيام..وان شاء الله تكرر الزيارة

تجربه جميله جدا فندق رائع الموظفين متعاونين ومميزين طبعا المدير المتواضع والجميل السيد شنوده متواضع جدا وتجده يساعدك ويقوم بنفسه على تذليل اي صعاب .... الشيف الرائع ابراهيم اخلاق عاليه وشخصيه جذابه تفتح نفسك على الاكل تجده دائمه على جميع الوجبات يتابع أدق التفاصيل وتواصل دائم مع جميع النزلاء على وجبات الإفطار والغداء والعشاء فعلا الشيف الناجح هو من يقف على أدق التفاصيل ..... فندق ناجح هو يبدأ من رأس الهرم من المدير و من ثم الشيف إلى اصغر عامل مع الاحترام للجميع .. ستجد الجميع يعملون على راحتك ....... شاب رائع ولديه مستقبل اسمه محمد موجود في مطعم الآسيوي دائما مبتسم ويهب للمساعده شخصيه مرحه على الشاطئ نبيل شخص طيب ونفسيته مرحه ..... المنقذ البحري عثمان العين الساهرة وستجده في الخدمه حتى لو اضعت شئ يخصك في البحر فهو على استعاد للغوص ليجد لك مافقدت كل الحب والشكر لجميع العاملين يستحقوا الافضل والشكر لإدارة الفندق المحترمه .. * لم يعجبني موظفين الرحلات الخارجيه في الفندق موظف المساج يتعامل مع الزبائن بطريقه حاده لديهم مغالاه في الأسعار وغير موفقين خرجت في رحلة سفاري كانت سيئه ولم يتم التعامل معنا باحترام من قبل مكتب الخاص بهذه الرحله

Well, we choosed to book this hotel when i saw new pictures and videos after renovation. To be honest, the hotel was a very nice hotel. Security: 10/10 they are everywhere Concierge: Quiet helpful. Reception: 5/10 This area needs more training about hospitality and friendliness. You are the face of the hotel. First impression is a must. And in my experience, it was not reach. Housekeeping: They did a really great job. 10/10 Cleanliness in the room: 7/10 Molds in the bathroom. Should perform cleaning periodically in the bathroom. Outdoor staff: They are outstanding 10/10 Food (buffet): 4/10 There weee not much of choices. Most of what they served were egyptian/arabian cuisine. In a whole week, they didn’t serve goat or lamb meat. It was chicken and beef vv. Foods were too oily. And the PLATES were not wash properly. I can see the stroke of how they wiped the plates. Clear enough to conclude rhat they didn’t wash it in the machine. Plates were too oily and unhygienic. We end up having stomach trouble from day 2 until we came home especially my partner. Seasalt restaurant: 6/10 Was not a good choice too. Tought it was a seasfood resto but it was not. Soup where in the cold room where the desserts are. Too hot to eat during sunset. Nice view indeed but i was totally sweating after eating pizza. But there’s a pianist that plays from time to time. Those in Marketing (selling tours or services) were sometimes annoying. But they did a really great job. 8/10 The pool is too hot for so many guests big or small. 4/10 Value for money 7/10 Friendliness (reception not included) 8/10 Cleanliness: (not included room) 8/10 public areas

We stayed at this hotel as a family of 4 adults for 1 week, using our RCI points. It was a holiday that we enjoyed, I would like to evaluate it in detail. First of all, the facility is very well-maintained, there are many pools and its own small beach. There is also a bar and restaurant by the pool. I can rate the quality of the drinks and food in the bar as above average. The location of the facility is halfway between Namaa Bay and Old Town, so you can easily reach anywhere you want. There is a place called Besam Market, approximately 150m away from the facility, the cheapest and fixed price market. You can buy all your kitchen needs there. If you don't want it, the hotel also offers an all-inclusive option, but I think it's quite expensive. There are many employees, they are all very kind. They help you in any way they can when you need something. Since it is RCI quality, do not expect a premium quality, but I can say that the 3-4 star quality pays off. Within the scope of RCI, a deposit of $100 is taken at the entrance and delivered to you at the exit. The facility also provides 1 beach towel card per person, so you do not need to bring a beach towel and do not burden your luggage. The pools are clean and cleaned regularly. There is a lifeguard at every pool. The animation team does their best to provide entertainment both day and night. The only problem is mosquitoes. Unfortunately there are lots of Mosquitoes everywhere. So be sure to buy mosquito repellent spray and come. Organic sprays do not work, I think you should buy the strongest chemical spray. If I had to evaluate the rooms, I would rate them as average. There is a refrigerator, cooking utensils, stove, air conditioning and TV. It is quite enough for a 1-week holiday. The rooms are spacious and the location is nice. Room cleaning is done regularly. Will I come to this hotel again? Definitely yes. I think it is a very successful hotel by Egyptian standards. If you want to warm up in winter and have a nice getaway under the sun, this region is a unique opportunity.

Never been to Egypt before and due to costs we came here as it was an all inclusive deal and the temperature was better than the canaries for the time of year. The hotel is lovely, not too big and plenty of pool space for all, if not there are sister hotels less than 5 minute walk away which facilities you can also use, both are right by the sea for amazing coral swimming and views of amazing fish in pristine clear waters. One sister hotel also has an amazing Spa with excellent sauna jacuzzi and great massages on offer to relax you further whilst on your break. The rooms are a little dated, due to the current unstable economic climate but the staff here worked non stop carrying out maintenance to the hotel, guest areas and all it's grounds constantly during our stay in an effort to keep things neat and tidy which they certainly were. We had a.minor issue with our room and within the hour our issue was resolved by the excellent Guest Relations Manager Natalie and even the Hotel Manager spoke with us and assured us of the steps he would take to resolve things, which we cannot fault at all, to be honest amazing customer service and instantly too. Thank you. The food was an acquired taste but there was enough variety at each sitting and we always found something, the choice and variety must be difficult to manage to cater for guests from around the globe. The weather was certainly better than the canaries and the staff at all hotels made our mid winter summer mini break an unforgettable visit and we felt very safe and secure always at all hotels. To summarise yes it's a little dated but the work ethic and staffs positive lovely attitudes towards guests made this a place and hotel we shall definitely be returning to and would recommend it as opposed to the Canaries, cost and weather alone you'll be onto a winner. 酒店的位置很棒，離紅海和擁有絕美景觀的farsha cafe都很近！工作人員都很熱情，check in的時候還給了我們番石榴汁喝！晚上有很多活動，大約11點後才會安靜下來，如果想要早睡可能需要準備耳塞。
