One of the best hotel experience in Shenzhen. The assistant gave us a room upgrade on arrival. Breakfast and afternoon tea were great. We really like the decorations which are morden and classy. Highly recommend to give this hotel a try.

A Wonderful Stay at Noa hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying in the hotel and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and helpful attitudes. Check-in was quick and seamless, which was a lovely start to my stay. The hotel is beautifully located close to subway station, next to big shopping mall, offering stunning views and easy access to everything needed. My room was spacious, immaculate, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches, like complimentary bottled water, tea & snacks. Every morning, I enjoyed my tea, a perfect way to start the day! The amenities at the hotel are top-notch. What truly stood out was the attention to detail from the staff. They were always available to answer questions and made me feel valued throughout my stay. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful city getaway. I can’t wait to return.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place Shenzhen Dongmen from July 8 to July 12, 2024, and I had a fantastic experience. The hotel is situated in an excellent location, surrounded by plenty of dining options and a mall just a short walk away, making it very convenient for both business and leisure activities. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive; my room was spotless, and the entire property maintained high standards throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests, which made me feel welcomed. The facilities were top-notch, with my room equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered a delightful variety of options to start the day right. Overall, I had a wonderful time at Hyatt Place Shenzhen Dongmen and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Hotel has a very good location. The room is clean with all necessary facilities and nice view. Breakfast spot is very nice, plenty of options to choose so you won’t stay hungry. Right across the entrance is Starbucks and family mart. Recommend staying there 👍

Berseronok dengan Ritz Carlton di Shenzhen. Meja penyambut tetamu menaik taraf kami dan sangat sopan dan penyayang. Secara keseluruhan semua perkhidmatan adalah sangat baik. Saya melakukan beberapa cucian dengan tangan dan yang mengejutkan saya kakitangan pembersihan memerhatikan bahawa saya telah mencuci pakaian saya dan meninggalkan mesej (dilampirkan dalam foto) untuk memberitahu saya dia meninggalkan saya sebotol cecair pencuci. Ini adalah sedikit perhatian terhadap perincian yang menjadikan penginapan saya sangat bagus. Bilik yang besar dan lokasi yang baik… penginapan yang sangat baik Terima kasih

This hotel is at the right place (at the border between Luohu in HKSAR and Shenzhen (**************), at the right time (infusion of summer tourists), and the right price. I am surprised that not many people know about this hotel which was built in 2013. Maybe better internet Wi-Fi access is the only thing lacking that I can think of. It is just beautiful and practical.

Absolutely lovely hotel with a gorgeous pool and rooftop bar view. I enjoyed every night that I stay there. The pool and the gym were great. There is a cold plunge and a hot tub in the changing room along with a sauna and steam room. You have to make sure you take advantage of the pool table and the relaxation room with the massage chairs. And a great way to wind down the night as to have a drink on the rooftop. Very close to a shopping mall that’s across the street and near several restaurants. If you feel like taking a walk, there is a beautiful park across the street. The breakfast was standard with Western and Chinese options. The hot pot restaurant was good but expensive. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a very impressive experience as she is not simply doing paper work procedures, but could look into guest’s special needs as well, which made guest feeling warm and unforgettable. I believe 謝小姐 is a great asset to your hotel and has potential to further develop her career in customer service area. Overnight time, a Front Desk Staff 小明 is very helpful too, answered our enquiries in very details. Breakfast food items is good as plenty varieties of food to choose from, however i was disappointed by the food temperature as most of them not hot, not even warm, then I noticed most of the food items were served on the buffet food table without heat burner underneath to keep the food temperature. Even the soup and congee were served in big heating boiling bowl, they were cold indeed. ( I had my breakfast at 11am, hotel breakfast is ended at 12:00). I would recommend the Hotel could look into this area, although i like those breakfast items, food temperature would stop me visiting the restaurant again.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Shenzhen train station, which takes less than 8 mins walk through the underpass. Was happy to have the room upgraded to 22nd floor. The room view was spectacular with the border of HK and the City of Shenzhen, including the railway track consisting of high speed rail train and slow train. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices to pick from. Was actually thrilled to receive the spa voucher of 88 but alas, it was a disappointment as the service was poor. I came at 10pm, after changing my booking. The person in charge, just came hurriedly and spoke to me in Chinese( whereby my Chinese language was not so good as I am still a beginne) quickly and left me all alone by myself. As the massage room was in another area, where you need to step out from changing room, I was waiting for 10 mins to get a changing gown as I was only given a towel and disposable underwear. I went looking around for the attendant and found most of them in the front of entrance and none in the room, attending or checking on me. I just left without doing the massage. I report this to the hotel manager the next day, as I tried calling the guest service center and operator a couple of times after the incidentto give them feedback but nobody picks up the phone!

Hello I have been staying at this hotel 1 to 3 time a year +/- from 2007. It’s under new ownership now. Very unique place. The form ship of state for Mao. A gift from France. Outside and inside still has that ship design and feel. Front desk staff is very friendly and responsiveI only needed to ask once for something or service and it was take care of promptly. The rooms, halls, and common areas all have the classical ship “feel” including sloping halls making you feel like you are on the water moving. With new owners all the beds and bedding is new comfortable and clean. Staff tidies everything quickly. The mineral water is tasty. The hall intersections have over stuffed chairs and good lighting. The lobby is spacious with places to sit and meet. Breakfast is adequate but could be a little better. But the coffee is still good from fresh brew machines. The SeaWorld complex where the hotel is located has many good places to eat including excellent Italian Thai, Korean and of course Chinese. Some good pubs also have micro beers and lots of food. Check out George and the Dragon. They have an very good all day breakfast. On the weekends they have turkey and roasted beef dinners. Real British pub feel. The hotel is on subway line 2 which crosses 2 or 3 central stations that can connect you to any place in Shenzhen including to and from the airport. The Madison Ship Hotel is a good place to chill with or without friends or family. It’s a central place for expats and virtually every establishment has one or several speaking English. But you can hear Spanish, German, Thai, and Middle Eastern languages too. One note. If you are coming to Shenzhen for serious business: unless it’s in this area it’s preferable to get a place close to your working. And get a recommendation from your Shenzhen business partners. You can always hop the subway or cab and visit SeaWorld for the night or weekend. Visit the ship. Happy Trails- Kevin
