前台姐姐很好，可以幫忙寄存行李，晚上沒有車位，前台幫忙解決怎麼停車，幫我比劃停好車，值得入住，房間大乾淨，比想象的好，整潔，東西都備齊的，又是延遲14點退房很給力。網絡Wi-Fi很流暢，就是自己的網絡有點欠缺。但網絡好不影響

為了創梧桐而臨時增加了梧桐山路線，真的沒有失望，清，雅，靜，不論房間還是餐食都非常滿意，師姐們性格也都很好，是值得推薦的好店，也決定以後來深圳都會過來住上一兩日。

房間挺好，性價比很高，附近臨近梧桐山，周邊也有商店和吃的，不過開門的飯店不多，不能逛街這種，總體來説是一次不錯的體驗。

這次住的很方便！！旁邊就是金展和水貝，出行很方便，而且老闆人也很好，衞生很乾凈！環境非常好！！！下次來還會過來繼續住！！ 重點是還有洗衣機！！！誰懂啊！！！對於要洗衣服的我來説簡直不要太愛好嗎！！！！！

Terdapat juga banyak ruang di luar, jadi anda tidak akan bising langsung. Penyambut tetamu di kaunter penerimaan tetamu juga sangat mengalu-alukan. Lokasinya betul-betul bersebelahan dengan Pasar Dongmen Anda boleh pergi membeli-belah di Jalan Lama Dongmen apabila anda mempunyai banyak makanan yang lazat di sekitar, dan terdapat banyak pilihan untuk dibawa pulang. Ia adalah hotel yang bagus dan pengalaman menginap yang hebat

From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff who made me feel welcome right away. My room was immaculate, elegantly designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could wish for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had a restful night's sleep every night. The hotel's location is perfect for both business and leisure travelers. It's situated in a vibrant part of Shenzhen, with easy access to shopping centers, cultural attractions, and public transport. Despite its central location, the hotel maintains a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. The amenities at Noa Hotel are top-notch. The cafe provided stunning views of the city and was a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring. What truly sets Noa Hotel apart is the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request made my visit truly memorable. A special mention goes to ”Little N,” the hotel's innovative delivery robot. Little N added a futuristic touch to my stay, efficiently delivering items directly to my room with a friendly demeanor. I booked for 3 nights in this hotel. Very close to Dongmen pedestrian shopping street. Close to Lowu border to HK. Check in was okay. Check out was smooth too. Catherine, the duty manager was very friendly and accommodating! We enjoyed the swimming pool. Unfortunately, no section for for children pool. They have kid’s club for my baby to play which is the reason why i booked here than other 5 star hotels in the area. Breakfast is fine. The options kept changing everyday. Housekeeping is actively reminding and cleaning the room everyday.

Hotel is conveniently located above Laojie metro station - just two stations away from the Hong Kong border. The lower floors are a shopping mall with good selection of eating places. Also just a short walk to the Dongmen shopping street. Breakfast was very good, room very clean and staff very helpful. Would defibtely stay here again if I am visiting Shenzhen in the future.

I usually stay at Shangri-La Shenzhen during my business trips for its proximity and is always my choice even for my personal trips. Even if I only swing by Shenzhen for a day trip, I will definitely have my dim sum breakfast in 香宫 before moving off to next destination. This time round, I had a last minute booking for my birthday celebration and was pleasantly surprised by the hand written note from Cheng Li - the Guest relationship officer. Cheng Li wished me a happy birthday and prepared a delicious cheese cake which was considerately stored in the fridge for me. The room is also decorated with a handmade artwork using towels which symbolized my Chinese horoscope! I am very impressed by the details and effort. I will of course continue to stay at Shangri-La Shenzhen whenever I am traveling to Shenzhen and will definitely recommend staying there to my peers!

酒店是三聯社區附近為數不多的高檔酒店，新開業，大堂很大氣，風格簡約，裝飾櫃擺件非常有藝術性，沙發也很漂亮，大堂還有洽談桌，特別適合商務人士辦公出行，上樓過道温馨乾淨，服務員很好，大姐們都特別負責，值得推薦，下次還來❤️。
