Hotel Four Points di Shenzhen

Facilities: The beds were comfortable, and the gym was very well-equipped. Hygiene: Cleanliness was impeccable, as expected from a 5-star hotel. Environment: Although a bit older, it absolutely lives up to its 5-star standard. Service: The front desk staff and the housekeeping team were all incredibly warm and welcoming.

This is a brand new hotel with excellent facilities and a very convenient location. Sharon provided outstanding service, being particularly attentive and caring towards our children. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

The rooms, newly renovated in 2022, felt incredibly luxurious. Electric curtains, a smart toilet, and thoughtful bath salts were a nice touch, and the bedding was so soft that even I, someone who usually struggles to sleep in new places, had a great night's rest. The soundproofing was excellent; I wasn't disturbed by any outside noise at all. The breakfast selection was surprisingly diverse, with plenty of Chinese pastries and a freshly made noodle station. Alvin at the front desk even proactively asked about drink preferences, which was a really warm and thoughtful detail.

The hotel environment and facilities are excellent. When checking in, I met the front office manager. The initially assigned room on the 19th floor felt a bit stuffy, but after moving to the 23rd floor, it was much better. We even got an upgraded, spacious room that was very clean. Overall, it was a comfortable and great stay. I also ran into the front office manager during breakfast, and he helped clear our table – he seems to be a real all-rounder, always visible and helpful. After breakfast, he even prepared an Americano with an extra shot for me and assisted with getting our luggage to the basement. The hotel's facilities and ambiance are top-notch. Enjoying breakfast by the floor-to-ceiling window with panoramic views of the golf course and Shenzhen Bay was incredibly pleasant. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it to friends.
