Tangga hotel menghala terus ke kereta bawah tanah, yang sangat mudah! Bilik-bilik juga sangat besar, dan bilik perniagaan mempunyai ruang tamu yang sangat besar dan dapur kecil! Terdapat juga banyak ruang di luar, jadi anda tidak akan bising langsung. Penyambut tetamu di kaunter penerimaan tetamu juga sangat mengalu-alukan. Lokasinya betul-betul bersebelahan dengan Pasar Dongmen Anda boleh pergi membeli-belah di Jalan Lama Dongmen apabila anda mempunyai banyak makanan yang lazat di sekitar, dan terdapat banyak pilihan untuk dibawa pulang. Ia adalah hotel yang bagus dan pengalaman menginap yang hebat

Biliknya bagus dan lantainya cukup tinggi! Kami membayar perbezaan harga dan menaik taraf bilik keluarga. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah terdapat bunyi mesin, tetapi kaunter penerimaan tetamu telah berkomunikasi dan memperbaikinya!

She especially made my birthday memorable with a thoughtful card and a lovely gift, which added a personal touch that I deeply appreciated. Moreover, I am grateful for Kylie's assistance in retrieving my leftover belongings. Her prompt and efficient service demonstrated a remarkable commitment to guest satisfaction, further enhancing my experience at your hotel. The lounge itself provided a relaxing and luxurious environment, perfectly complementing the overall ambiance of The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen. The quality of service, combined with the exquisite facilities, made my stay truly unforgettable. Decent local hotel.....clean and functional. 10-15 mins walk from the nearest subway station.

The hotel's location and environment very good[ThumbsUp][ThumbsUp][ThumbsUp] the room very clean. Breakfast is very traditional[Party][Party][Party] The service in the front desk is excellent. Mr. Mo 莫先生is also considerate, and the room very nice good. The room has been upgraded for free, and we will come back again next time

Very nice hotel in the middle of Shenzhen I Would recommend this hotel to my business and persomal friends Also close by the Hong Kong Customs, easy access

The hotel was shown as a 5 stars but I don't think it deserve to be a 5 stars. It's Old, water pressure is low and hard to adjust to the right temperature (it would either be really hot or cold). Wall paper was partly ripped. Bathtub wall has black spot (can't confirm if it's just dirty or mold) The overall property is not bad on the outside. It is on the boarder of HK and SZ, so it's good location if you wanna be close to HK. But note the road going in would be jammed of u are going in and out before the boarder close. Overall all, I would not recommend it as a 5 star hotel.(Unless everything else is booked) Maybe as a high 3 star. With current price I can find better place to stay in the mode center SZ area. Room stayed sees a little HK area ( it honk it is HK across the creek)

The hotel was very clean, very good service, location is middle if a market area but nit near major marjets good fir business trips.
