Ulasan Oriental Ginza Hotel Shenzhen

I was here for a work conference so stayed here 2 nights. My room was big & clean with a lovely view over the water to Hong Kong! The staff at the hotel very friendly and efficient. I jumped in a didi for a quick trip to get some nearby sightseeing done - the ancient city of Nantou and also a great shopping mall Cocopark.

Always love to stay hete. But recent change ownership??? Service Std abit drop.

Hotel front desk a thumbs up as she let us just check in early as flight arrived early ie before 12 pm likely bcoz room available at that time. Unlike other hotel very restrictive even there are rooms avail to check in. Another thumbs up is the housekeeping lady Deng Mei Gui gave a good service on top of checking with us if we need anything. Just a stone throw away the Metro entrance. TV should have some english channel for foreigner like myself rather than offering only local programme. There is a nice barbecue duck, goose, pork and chasiew fastfood stall outside the hotel and just next to entrance into the Metro recommended to have a quick lunch/dineer. Good view facing the seafront overlooking HK land.

Love this hotel. Both Maria and Alice were so lovely and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so thoughtful and willing to please and help. Lovely hotel. We have stayed several times now and it is our go to hotel whenever we visit Shenzhen.

The hotel is quite old, old carpets in the rooms and not so pleasant bathroom. Location is excellent, in the city center next to ZhuZiLin metro station.

Very convenient as subway station is just below. Nice view from window and room was clean enough

Decent location - a pretty short ride to OCT, Window of the World, etc. However, there are not so many things within walking distance. Overall, the hotel is well made, rooms are spacious, maybe a bit tired though. The pool was okay, but a bit old. We really liked tea tasting close to the pool :) thanks to the nice tea ladies.

The room’s fixtures and furniture are relatively old. TV not in HD. But overall acceptable.

Basically no air conditioning at all in guest room. Rather intolerable experience, but luckily it is not summer time now.

Good price for the holiday period. Infrastructure quite old though. Comfortable stay.

The hotel is nice, clean and located in a good place to get easy transportation, staff on front desk are so good , so caring and very friendly. I really like it

We had wonderful stay in this hotel. We were family and spent unforgettable moments.

This trip only my wife and my 11yr old boy stayed. A room on a lower floor was first offered but condition therein was too lousy, floor carpet with stained marked and filthy. Since we had stayed in this hotel many times before when i used to be an Accor gold member, my wife has requested for another room on upper floors. Room was a lot better. Anyhow, the dinning place serving the breakfast was poor and with a much disappointing serve of buffet nothing like in the past. My wife's comment is she will never wish to stay in the da,r hotel.
