今次預訂酒店係為咗睇演唱會 訂之前上小紅書睇攻略 係trip.com見到呢間hotel係f出口一出就到所以訂，雖然係呢個名但原來都係叫海德酒店 酒店係鵬潤達商業廣場東座，需轉乘2次lift 地鐵入去hotel係1/f , 呢層有便利店eg美宜佳，夜晚11. 幾仲有麫食，烤腸食，睇完concert方便食d小食，之後上13/f 先係hotel前台，之後先再上房，上房有分單數/雙數lift，要留意嘅係1/f轉乘lift去13/f可能比較雜…可能係d小姐…好多打扮sexy女人出出入入.. 如擔心安全可以搵d全間都係hotel既 大堂幾靚，有 lemon水可斟來飲 落地玻璃窗 走廊燈比較暗，夜晚自己一個可能有D驚。 叫**外賣需要去前台拎，冇電話都照順利叫咗3次外賣，呢間房冇窗短住okay 阿姨態度好，肯補充日用，床品隔日換 床幾舒服不過又唔會訓到凹入去 好啱訓教 亦冇敏感問題 唯一挑剔就係花灑可以再大d同埋D水預熱要耐dd 呢間hotel去演唱會地點尚算近 落mtr (記唔唔洗拍卡）去G出口，走萬象城再上斜路就係體育館la !!! 最近hotel(直頭係體育館同萬象城中間就係木棉花hotel) 其次應該係呢間hotel

The hotel is newly opened and recently renovated this year, with a great sense of design. We also ordered breakfast this time. The front desk staff, Xiao Lin 小林, warmly informed us about the hotel's facilities and services, which were excellent! 👍

booked a one night stay for westlife concert. the location is great - less than 2 minute walk to the concert stadium, less than 5 minute walk to one of shenzhen biggest luxury shopping mall. breakfast at the level 21 was good with a wide variety of food choices and good view - appreciate the egg menu. hotel staff is very polite and efficient, fast check in check out process. clean and spacious room with toiletries.

Ok stay in nanshan. Location is great if you need to be in that area. Subway is a bit of a walk. Coastal city nearby. Hotel itself looks alright but not the cleanest, and there is that smell you get in 3/4 star hotels in china. Probably from all the residual smokers elsewhere. For the price it's alright, with a comfy bed. The room smell though.

I had a great stay at this hotel near the station. Perfect location and fantastic service! Highly recommended.

We had a very enjoyable stay, top service, room facilities and location. During checkin a young receptionist took care of us quick and simple, and the same guy served us delicious supper but most of all during checkout we had tremendous help by the young energetic girl to go out all the way to the street to help me get a Didi ride twice! And her other young colleagues were just as helpful by serving us complimentary cafe latte, bravo and way to go! Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and relatives, hopefully we’ll come back soon to enjoy the excellent hospitality provided us.

Hotel ini terletak bersebelahan dengan Universiti Shenzhen. Ia mengambil masa setengah jam dari Stesen Shenzhen ke Lapangan Terbang Baoan tanpa kesesakan lalu lintas. Hotel ini sangat baru, tiada penilaian tetamu semasa saya menempahnya pada hari Isnin, tetapi bilik itu tidak berbau hiasan. Lobi bangunan di mana hotel terletak, lif (anda mesti leret kad pintu untuk masuk ke lif), dan koridor semuanya bersih dan kemas, dilengkapi dengan kemudahan pembasmian kuman yang lengkap. Bilik katil besar yang elegan yang ditempah agak luas, dengan susun atur yang baik, pencahayaan dan pengudaraan (dengan tingkap di bawah), langsir automatik, pencahayaan, katil yang selesa, pengasingan kering dan basah, tekstur peralatan mandian yang baik, tuala, berus gigi, selipar. juga agak selesa, jubah mandi tidak dipakai, yang kelihatan baik. Kalis bunyi bilik adalah sangat baik, dan bunyi koridor dan bilik lain hampir tidak dapat didengari. Di luar tingkap adalah Kampus Canghai Universiti Shenzhen, pemandangan tingkapnya bagus. Saya mengambil beberapa gambar, hanya intuitif. Hotel ini harus dibuka di tingkat yang disewa di bangunan pejabat. Restoran koperasi berada di tingkat 7. Di sinilah saya secara peribadi berpendapat boleh diperbaiki. Perasaan keseluruhan hotel adalah lebih baik daripada ”selesa”, jadi saya memilih 4 berlian. Berbanding dengan harga 500+, harganya sangat baik, disyorkan untuk tinggal.

A hotel from 2028 has now turned a bit dated with their carpets and bathing area. The drain had some smells. The service from the front desk manager was good-she was attentive to our needs and would offer whatever she’s been approved.

Nice budget hotel, very good dollar value, good restaurants around the hotel(see pic 1 & 2). There are some downsides, has small flies since all the restaurants downstairs of the building(see pic 4), toilet & shower make water pumping sounds all the time, the light outside window(not really window to outside but a small indoor garden with lightbulbs, see pic 3) kept on switching on & off, not great if u r a light sleeper, and you would need to lift your luggages for about ten stairs before reaching the elevator, etc.
