The hotel staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The facilities are excellent and well-equipped, and the environment is pleasant. The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, and cozy. It's close to the pedestrian street, which makes shopping convenient. You can easily reach the hotel directly from Laojie Subway Station Exit F or Shaibu Subway Station Exit D3, which is super convenient and fast! 🥰 I'll definitely come back again and will recommend it to my friends.

The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and the hotel breakfast was delicious. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with a large and convenient laundry room. The hotel's location is excellent, right in front of a bus stop, making travel very easy. It's also conveniently located across from Building 109 for easy pickups. Highly recommended!

I chose the RANZ Hotel because I had an early morning flight, and it turned out to be an incredibly good value for money experience! When I checked in, the front desk surprisingly informed me that they had upgraded my room for free and even gave me a lovely gift. The hotel's shuttle service was incredibly convenient, and the room itself was exceptionally quiet and comfortable, allowing me to get much-needed rest during my travels. I really like this hotel the other reviews say that some of the rooms are difficult to find and it’s like a maze inside and that’s no lie but there’s usually staff wandering the halls. You could ask him they’re very helpful the front check-in is professional and fast the hotel is also very easy to find in convenient nearby metro station. Happy travels.

The room is neat and clean. In terms of security, you need to take a photo of the room card in the elevator to enter your floor. There is a free self-service washing machine service. It is close to 366 Avenue and night market snacks, which is convenient for shopping and dining.

In 2024, I chose to stay in this hotel for a week by chance on the recommendation of a colleague, and the experience during the stay was good. Whether in terms of hygiene, service attitude, hotel environment, and most importantly, it is very close to the subway station... So this year when I came to Shenzhen, I chose to stay at Lanz Hotel again, it is very good.
