We stayed at Welcome Hotel ITC Tavleen , Chail for 4 nights and 4 days and what a stay it has been ! Starting with Ms Babli at the reception who was kind enough to upgrade was a lovely surprise to start our day and things just got better from then on . Would like to thank the restaurant staff , Mr Deepak and Mr Harish who went above and beyond to help out with their food recommendations and lightning fast service . The wait staff Arvind bhaiya , pooja didi especially Shilpa didi as our 3 year old referred to her who always took out a moment to play , to chat amidst the hustle bustle of the dinner rush . Our heartfelt appreciation to Chefs Vijay and Rajesh who went out of their way to cater to our toddlers non spicy food needs throughout the duration of our stay. Mr Yogesh at the live counter whipping up delicious Italian each evening and A heartfelt thank you to Mr Rajat who charmed our evenings with the most amazing cocktails, local liquors and concocting delicious mocktails for our child . Have been to a lot of luxury properties who are riding solely on their brand name but don’t live upto the mark and this is where ITC’s Tavleen , Chail property differs from them all and sets the bar high . Genuinely leaving this property with a heavy heart and can’t wait to be back again !

The property has a breath taking view of the mountain ranges and is located outside the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoyed buggy trip while touring property . Loved the hospitality and overall service by F&B team during our meals was simply great. Extremely courteous and very cooperative staff. Special mention to Sandeep for the great service and being prompt with every thing. Overall food was great. Wish the SPA rates were a bit discounted. Rest all great

Really nice and serene place, with lots of in-house activities. We can have mesmerising views of the beautiful Chail mountains and valleys from the Hotel. Staff is very friendly and co-operative. Had a wonderful conversation with Mr Deepak about the place and its attractions. Would love to visit again and enjoy the bliss of the place.

Had a wonderful experience overall. The cottages were beautiful with an amazing view. The staff were very warm, welcoming and helpful. A special shout out for Pooja Bhatt at the restaurant who took fantastic care of us and made sure that we were looked after ever though we were in a big group. Will definitely be back in the future. Keep up the good work👍

The food is brilliant.. Chef Vijay makes it a point to keep all the requirements in mind.. Special thanks to him for the comfortable stay.. This property has Spacious rooms and various activities to spend with your family and friends.. it’s a kid friendly property with heated swimming pool and enough space.

The best property in Chail by far..Well appointed large , luxurious rooms with phenomenal views. The service and staff were fantastic and went out of their way to ensure that all our needs were well taken care of. I recommend this property to anyone who is thinking of experiencing Chail. You will not be disappointed.

Good property with great view of the hills. Definitely recommend visiting. The Mr.Sahil and his team has been very helpfull and courteous. Chef Vijay, Saloni, Shilpa and the others at the restaurant took good care of our food and stay. Food taste is very good.

This was our second visit, and once again, we were blown away by the incredible hospitality and warmth of the people! Mr. Deepak was an exceptional host and gave us a wonderful tour of the stunning property. Saloni and Manoj were fantastic at the restaurant, and Mr. Sumit took the time to explain the story behind “Tavleen” and the hotel’s vision. This property is truly one of the most beautiful we've ever visited, and we’ll definitely be revisiting. A huge thank you to the entire team for their kindness, care and exceptional service. Highly recommended!

The hotel is newly constructed well located. No doubt this is from the house of ITC. The view from rooms is peaceful. The food is so tasteful and hygienic. Deepak at the cafe Monal is passionate about his work and carries pride in his work. I like it.
