Room was dirty with stains on bedding comforter and sheets. Floor was dirty and carpet old. Bed was comfortable if you ignored the bedding condition.

I stayed at Boomtown hotel for 4 nights. I’m a travel nurse, I stay at different hotels weekly. This hotel has been the worst. No WiFi the entire stay. I was given a number to call, which that was a joke. They kept transferring me to different people, nothing was accomplished there. The shower curtain was dirty, asked for another one, they gave me one that didn’t even fit. It was so short, water was all over the floor. The room needed to be updated. I worked overnight, meaning I slept during the day, which housekeeping seemed to always vacuum for an hour, while I was trying to sleep. I won’t stay here again and neither will I tell any of my colleagues about it. It was bad.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It's a slightly older place and there were a few worn spots but that's what you might expect. It was exactly what we expected and it was very quiet which was perfect! We had a great stay!!!

Our bed linen was dirty and we had to change the bedding. The night staff was rude to us when we told them our bed sheets were dirty. We were told that we couldnt change rooms we had to stay in the room that was given to us and they could give us clean sheets but we had to change our own bed. We tried to get a refund from yall but can't get anyone to answer. I will never book through ******* again nor will we go back to boomtown

It needs a lot of fixing up. We got we got the Jacuzzi room and it was OK but the AC barely blew. And the room was very outdated. The fan hardly worked, but the staff was nice. The room smelled like smoke, which maybe is normal for a ****** but I hated it.
