Hotel dengan Khidmat Ambil/Hantar di Alicante

From the moment we crossed the steps to start our holiday we dreaded having to leave. Each and every member of staff were happy and seemed to genuinely want to be there to help their residents. One or two were shy but this didn’t prevent them delivering outstanding service. The room was perfection, cleaned to a high standard everyday and when meeting the cleaning staff they were smiling and greeted us politely. The rooftop offered a bar, dining and sun lounging facilities. Whilst compact for sunbathing it came into its own of an evening. We used the gym and sauna everyday - awesome! The only issue we encountered was the temperature of the shower in the room. Once we made the reception staff aware they immediately went to the room and fixed it, so don’t spend a few days in a cold shower - go straight down and make the team aware. Breakfasts were consistently superb everyday and the offerings were varied, fresh and constantly replenished. We could not find fault with this hotel or any of their amazing team - thank you for making our first time in Alicante so special. Alicante is a fantastic city with a lot to offer and this hotel is a jewel in its crown.

Very good location in the hear of the city centre, staff is very friendly and efficient! The room are nice and clean! I recommend it!

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights. The reception staff were really friendly and allowed us to check in early, we stayed in building number 5, with a view of one of there many pools on site. The room was okay, they are so spacious ideal for a family or a group of friends, the rooms are just very outdated, the place could really do with some refurbishing and improvements, the rooms look like they were built in 1995 and they have not been updated sense, they are very outdated. I can only give the cleanliness a 3/5 there was a lot of dust in our room, and our balcony was covered in a lot of debris from the trees, which sounds silly but it could have been easily cleaned up before we checked into apartment. it was good value for money so you are getting what you paid for I guess, but it could be so much more if they just took better care of the property. the pools are nice, and the bar was okay, food was not amazing and service was slow. it takes about 10-15mins to get into Alicante city by taxi, there is no other way to get in unless you drive yourself. overall we did not have a bad experience here, it just was not our cup of tea, would not return.

We stayed here for 2 nights, before traveling to Valencia, it was so good we decided to return for a further 2 nights days later. First off the location was everything you could hope for. 5 min from the beach, 2 min from the lanes full of restaurants, 10 min to the old down. The hotel is bright, very clean with great modern interior design. The staff were fantastic in all areas, Manuel in the restaurant was a top barista and a friendly face every morning, breakfast was tasty and fresh. Front of house with Jean, Veronica and Brisa could not do enough for you, from booking taxies to helping with directions, they were all so friendly. The rooms were reasonably quiet considering they are in a town and the great aircon made for a welcome retreat. As we travel a lot we never like to go to the same place twice but will definitely be back. 10/10

My wife and I stayed here one night interestingly/accidently on Hogueras de Alicante (Bonfire festival). The festival was a cool and interesting bonus, but the suites were a mixed bag. Off the top, we were very unhappy with how we were treated, but unlike the management, I will try to be fair with this review. First off, the place is an old ~4 story building on the edge of a pedestrian zone. You will be greeted with a grand door, and a beautiful marble interior and marble stair case. Walking in was amazing, giving the impression you had picked a truly amazing place. Amazing details in the shared areas. Art, glass floor, atrium, etc. There was a super helpful young woman working there who helped us find the place, did the check in, and when we mentioned that we had a late flight out, said we could park longer (no late checkout allowed however and strangely paid luggage storage). She was really nice, but also disempowered and I recall was a student who probably will be moving on, so unlikely you will see her in the distant future. The room was an interesting experience. The suite was very large, high ceilings, spacious. You enter a (relatively speaking) small foyer area, which immediately opens into a kitchen/living room. Probably 15ft x 25ft. At the end of the room is a window which opens to the street. To the left, continuing in this massive suite is the bed room. Two windows, 15x15, and the bathroom to the left, also massive with the remaining 15x10ft (all approx.). It had a cool feeling of age, made me wonder if this had been a private residence, or perhaps an office building years ago. As grand as the scale was, the décor was a little bit of a let-down. The kitchenette was black, minimalistic and sparse. The seating area furniture had that “modern curvy feel”, that looked cool initially, but after a while, a little uncomfortable. Don’t get me wrong, it would be hard to decorate such a space and it was ok. Just felt like a lost opportunity for something more in line with the building. Also, it was not like the photos I saw online. The other rooms in the suite were similarly sparse and minimalistic. The bed was decent. I do not recall being amazed by the bed or bedding, but nor do I recall any issues. The bathroom was similarly large and had a lot of dead space, with one wall being turned into a set of glass enclosures for toilet and shower. Strange that there was glass between the shower and toilet. Definitely not set up for two person use 😊. Another tiny issue was that the windows did open onto the building across the narrow street, meaning to let light it also meant lost privacy. They could have set it up better. So far, the experience was generally positive, but it was the service which really let us down. There were two events, I’ll let you judge for yourselves: 1) Prior to our arrival, we started getting phone calls. Stayed here for ten nights. Arrived late evening and let ourselves in via the key codes (asked for these the day before to be sure and they sent them). We stayed in one of the penthouse apartments (the one one the front) with terrace. It is on the fifth floor and the lift only goes to four so a short flight of stairs to climb. The apartment is very large with a sloping ceiling which you need to be aware of as you bang you head otherwise as you near the windows. The person who sleeps nearest the window needs to be the shortest!!! The apartment was very clean and we had an interim clean and change of towels/sheets as we stayed for more than a week. As others have said the place is very quirky with sealed concrete walls, astroturf, recalimed wood etc but we liked it. The air conditioning was good (although it did make the odd noise infrequently). The shower was excellent and we didn't use the bath (which is next to the bed). The bed was absolutely huge, at least seven feet wide, firm and comfortable (for us). Accessing the terrace isn't easy as the windows are only about 4-5 feet high with a step at the bottom and a sloping eaves outside to negotiate. Best way was the crab out sideways whilst bending over from the waist!! If you have mobility issues then you will struggle. The small kitchen has all you would want to cook (which we didn't) but you will have to bring all supplies, even basics like oil, salt and pepper. The location can't be bettered. In the middle of everything and yet still quiet at night due to it's height. We ate out all the time and Alicante has some great food options. I will review these separately. The people were lovely and sorted and minor problems promptly. We would certainly stay again!
