PPengguna Tetamu唯一的缺點就是沒有電燒水壺，問前台也説沒有。早餐的稀飯和涼拌洋葱非常不錯。

The hotel was new, clean and comfortable. The ac was good, the room was quiet and we slept very well. We came with Tesla and there were ev chargers in parking lot near the hotel. The staff was very friendly and professional. I loved even the toilets near repception. Everything was taken care. I think this was for me perhaps the best hotel experience in Finland and very good compered hotels around the world.

PPianistThe stuff is very kind and breakfast is ok. The Hotel is way too pricey for the service and the quality of the structure/comfort and design it offers because the room was tiny and poorly decorated. I extended my staying for one night after the booked time and for some reason the room was not cleaned up between the reservation period and the extended day. The third bed is just a sofa, quite uncomfortable

KKoupipiiThe place is conveniently located next to the ski center. I give only three stars to the service mainly because the health restrictions caused the services to be lower than normal. Actually the hotel has fairly good services such as spa and bowling but the restaurant is substandard for dinner and complies the standards for breakfast. The hotel building itself is old and would benefit from renovation.

PPengguna TetamuHotel is located next to a pedestrian street, which makes it great for short walks and cocktails on terraces. There is a bar and a restaurant right next to reception, so not a long walk needed. Staff was friendly and professional. Everybody greeted. All went smooth. We had a Superior King room. View to lobby. Looked really nice, clean and modern. Spacious. Comfy bed. Good pillows. Air conditioner. Minibar. Coffee/tea/cocoa set. TV with chromecast. Bathroom was large and included everything you need. Products by Lumene. Breakfast was fine, nothing special. Coffee was bad, tasted like filtered coffee with double water. I would do some improvements, add some fish and some more egg options? We were there on easter and special points to staff wearing different easter themed items. They even designed boiled eggs :) Overall experience 5/5 and highly recommended.

AAmyHNWBooked Omena Hotel for 5 nights as a budget stay for a business trip. It is in a convenient location very close to the centre of town and not far from the train station. The code to enter was emailed to me the day before arrival. This is the code to get through the gate, into the building and into the room. The communal spaces were clean and easy to navigate. The room itself was very basic but suited me as I was not using the room other than to sleep! The room was comfortable enough and everything worked. The blinds did a wonderful job of blocking out the 24 hour daylight! There was a microwave which was handy although I only used it once. Overall, great budget accommodation for Jyvyskyla for single travellers. With more than one person in the room it could be small, but manageable if you are just using the room as a base to explore beautiful Jyvyskyla.
