Saya gembira kerana saya menelefon hotel lebih awal kerana saya akan mendaftar masuk tengah malam kerana saya datang dari Pulau Pinang, dan kakitangan melayani saya dengan baik kerana mereka mempunyai mesin daftar masuk sendiri. Ia adalah inisiatif yang sangat mudah oleh hotel.

PPengguna TetamuThere is no staf working from 12am to 9am. If you have problem at this time, no one here to entertain. My water heater was not working and I have to wait until 9am to get my complaint logged. Unfortunately there is no maintenance team on duty. They only come after 12pm. Its my worst experience staying in a hotel where my kids have to get cold shower in the morning. - the car park to the hotel room is quite far and confusing as the building shared with others. I reached there at 11pm and spend more than 30 minutes to search for hotel entrance. Their reception is not helpful at all. Then I asked the security to show me the hotel room and at the same time asked him to follow to my car as I feel not secure walking with my wife and kids in the dark area between car park and lift to the hotel. There were some other problem i encountered at this hotel thus make me really frustrated to continue staying here. Its not recommend at all.

NNadiah_Radzithis is my 2nd time coming here. came here on 5-6/3/21 with friend & come again on 10-11/3/ with family. i recommend to choose DELUXE PLUS or villa instead of CLASSIC ROOM. yes classic is the cheapest but there is no view u can see. the attraction here is the pool and lake view. there is free parking at the basement but we choose to have the valet paking which cost us rm10 per day since it was too dark when at night. View is great. Room is clean. Heater & aircond functioning very well. BUT astro channel only 3 channels available which are cartoon & 2 sports. 1 more thing toothbrush need to be requested from reception. so RIDICULOUS! they also wont provide any extra towels even if u request for it. if hotel is full house i could be more understanding but that time only few rooms occupied. by the time i come here there is no cafe open. that means no room service. either u have to to THE MINES in front @ order from food delivery. for breakfast they outsourced from other party. only nasi lemak available@ RM10 & they will send to your room at 8am. POOL looks not really clean eventhough they said just cleaned the pool. the balls floated in the pool also very dirty. but its very worthy for the photo. beautiful scenery. at night there are colorful light at the pool until midnight. TIPS: if u choose CLASSIC/ DELUXE PLUS room please request at level 4. because at night its very dark & level 4 is where lobby is located. so it wont be too scary to pick up your food from food delivery rider

PPengguna TetamuSaya menempah GEO Boutique Hotel - Seri Kembangan untuk ibu bapa saya datang dari Sarawak melawat saya. Mereka berpuas hati dengan hotel ini kerana kakitangan di kaunter agak mesra dan bilik Deluxe king agak besar. Dapat restoran mamak sebelah hotel ni. Ibu bapa saya suka roti canai dan mee goreng yang sangat sedap. Pasti akan menempah GEO Boutique Hotel - Seri Kembangan lagi apabila ibu bapa saya datang melawat saya pada Okt. (^_^)

Masa daftar masuk boleh lebih awal, dan masa daftar keluar boleh pada jam 12:30 bergantung pada permintaan. Terdapat banyak kedai, dobi Dobi dan pusat beli-belah yang besar berdekatan yang boleh memenuhi keperluan anda. Selamat mencuba.

JJunitone DeBerbaloi untuk bermalam. Lokasi dekat dengan kedai, mall dan stesen keretapi.. Service baik. Kelengkapan ada dan mengikut permintaan seperti yang kita perlukan. Senang nak keluar ke highway. Senang nak cari barang keperluan utk duduk hotel.. Perkhidmatan dobi pun tersedia. Naik ke bilik ada lif dan mudah bawa barang. Harga yang berpatutan, bersih dan kemas. YYayawayGood enough for a short stay. I brought my own towel, toilet slippers, insect spray and bed sheet cover after reading some of the reviews. Turns out not as bad as I expected thankfully. I’m so glad there’s no roaches or insects. The floor is not as soapy as previously reviewed Pros: -Cheap -Near to ktm serdang station (around 5 mins of less by car with minimum traffic) -Strong water pressure -Water heater functioning 24/7 -Electric kettle provided -One bottle of drinking water -Provided with one small shampoo, one soap and toothbrush -Elevators available so you don’t need to climb up the stairs 🫢 -Digital lock using card (so you feel safer) Cons: -Dirty towel with stains -Dirty wall- stains on wall -Stains on toilet floor but not as dirty -Deposit RM50- you’ll get this back after checking out -You can hear some noises from outside- people closing doors, talking but not so much so it doesn’t disturb my sleep -small room but can’t expect much for the price -no cupboard but they provide around 4 hangers to hang your clothes -No bathroom rug Overall would consider to repeat if needed

ZZuraeiniAt first it was difficult to find the hotel because the name of the hotel is different... The hotel doesn't have a lift and it has 3 floors... Other than that everything was nice... It has 2 nearest mrt station... It is located in the middle of serdang raya utara and serdang raya selatan...
