Hotel is in Erdao Baihe town about 5 km from Changbaishan raiway station. Still far from Chanbaishan. Hotel has no service to Changbaishan. Room has a good size. Bathroom is big and function properly. There is a coffee machaine. The negative side is very bad internet connectoon.

Very nice place to stay already for the second time 👍🏼 would recommend it for everyone who likes a very clean hotel with a great hotspring, sauna and relaxation. The hotel staff also helped us book the tickets to the Changbaishan mountain with a VIP access (where you don't wait in lines). There is a small animal park behind the hotel - very nice for the small kids! The breakfast was delicious!! Very much appreciate the hospitality and see you soon Crown Plaza Team 🤝🏻😊

If your aim is to see the lake at the top of Changbai Mountain, definitely book this hotel for at least two days. The hotel package includes 3hr ski experience per pax per day, unlimited access to the hot spring, and easy access to the Changbai North Scenic Area. The service was super prompt, warm and attentive, but you will need to be Chinese speaking, or get a companion who can communicate with the staff. The staff will add you to their WeChat upon check in, and will not only give you tips on how to visit the scenic area, but will also answer to your (reasonable) requests and questions within an hour. They will update you every morning whether the peak open for viewing, and will guide you in purchasing tickets for the scenic area. We managed to see the peak on our second morning after taking the earliest transfer from the hotel. We have to thank the staff who are so professional and constantly act in our best interests. Best service we had in our trip to China so far. The rooms are good, and the hotel cluster is well taken care of. There are transfers between the hotel and the ski resort, the hot spring centre, the scenic area as well as the train station. For free pickups from the train station, you will need to call the hotel beforehand. I didn’t get a local phone number and had to borrow my previous hotel’s phone to book a pickup. They will also arrange for a free drop-off at the train station. The hotel compound looks beautiful in winter. The staff even built snowmen around the compound and we saw rabbits on our first night here. There are a few things which fell short of expectations, but we understand are beyond the control of the hotel. The outdoor hot spring water is super murky, and the toilets in the hot spring centre smells quite bad one day during our stay. And while the hotel does provide priority access to the peak of Changbai Mountain, the company running the scenic area may not open the access queue during peak periods, and will request that you queue with the tour groups. However, the warm service by the hotel staff trumps these shortcomings and we have immensely enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall.

Convenient, fuss free and comfortable hotel near the left side of the South Exit opposite the Changchun Railway Station. Breakfast is available in the hotel and there are plenty of food choices around the hotel. There is a gym and laundry room which makes it a great base to access the Northeast part of China such as Changbaishan UNESCO site, Harbin, Dandong, Shenyang, Jilinand Yanji. Despite being in a busy location, the hotel tries to create a relaxing environment. Room even has background/ambient music and Bluetooth for you to hook up your favourite music. The beds come with memory pillow and a soft pillow option and the bed is not to the extent of a rock hard Asian type bed.

Confortable bed and bedding. Need electrical adaptors for devices, but there's a hair dryer provided. Room and hotel are equal to what a US hotel provides. However, rooms don't have A/C, so you need to prop open the big window for air. Bathroom is big enough, toilet and walk-in shower are US-style, and water pressure is strong and warm enough. An R2D2 robot delivers requested food or water bottles to rooms. There is no fitness center or spa. Hotel is walkable to restarauants (10-15 min) but no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby. However, the lobby has a small convenience store room that is open sometimes.

Very comfortable and clean, and mostly perfect location. We had to walk a bit far to get to terminal 2, but totally worth being so close to the airport for an early morning flight!

Beautiful little hotel in a beautiful town called Erdaobaihe. The life here is peaceful and quiet. The hotel itself is perfect. It has everything you need. The breakfast is cost-effective and quite delicious. The location of the hotel is very good. You can stroll around the town, buy food and souvenirs. There is a beautiful park near the hotel where you can relax and unwind. The service attitude is very good. The ladies at the reception counter are helpful and courtious. They treat you nicely and help you solve any problems you may have. They can also provide you with the contact information of some drivers in Erdaobaihe as well as recommend you some places to eat out or have fun. Overall, we were very satisfied with this hotel as it ticked all the boxes for us. We really recommend it and are definitely coming back.

담배 냄새 난다거나, 화장실이 더럽다거나 하는 후기가 몇개 있는 걸 봤습니다. 하지만 저는 정말 만족하면서 묵었습니다. (비흡연자) 일단 에어컨을 원하는 온도로 설정 가능하고, 심지어 엄청 시원했습니다. 창문이 없는 방이없지만, 방 사이즈가 엄청커서 짐 놓기에도 아주 좋았습니다. 화장실도 컸어요! 깔끔했고요. 침대도 푹신했고, 220v라서 따로 어댑터 챙길 필요가없었습니다. 조식은 계란볶음밥 마파두부 에그타르트 고기볶음 토스트 우유 커피 삶은달걀 토마토 수박 등등 많았고 입맛에 정말 잘 맞았습니다. 체크아웃하고 잠시 짐을 맡겼는데도 안전하게 카운터 안쪽에서 보관해줘서 안심되었습니다. 식당은 9층이고 조식은 7시~8시반 까지 였습니다. 호텔로비는 1층이지만, 룸은 10~12층까지였고, 정말 깔끔했습니다!!! 그리고 2박 묵고 체크아웃하는 날 알았는데 알고보니 바로 옆이 연변서시장이더라구요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ (p.s 서시장 2층에 북한돈 25위안으로 팔아요! 주변 돌아다닌 곳 중에 제일 쌌어요!) 큰 기대 하지 않고 갔지만, 너무 만족했어요! 중국 버전 넷플릭스같은것도 되길래 틀어놨는데... 사실 중국어 몰라서 그냥 이미지만 봤네요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 완전 대만족!! 한국분들 고민말고 고!

酒店環境優雅服務一流。特別是大廳劉經理，十一小長假期間，房源緊張，我打電話與酒店協商換一下房型，小劉接聽了電話，耐心細心為我預留了房間，特別感謝他。進入房間温馨舒適，乾淨整潔空氣清新，衞生間智能馬桶，吹風機好像是徠芬，用起來很順手，風力大。早餐好豐盛，中西餐搭配，還有延吉特色打糕，現煮的温麪，餛飩等，是我假期，同檔次酒店吃的最滿意的早餐。有獨立免費的停車場，充電樁，超級方便。下次去延吉還住他家。

This hotel is located walking distance to lots of stores and eating places. The price is very reasonable for what they provide. My room was small, but perfect for one person or a couple. Everything was neat and tidy. The hotel has a washing machine on the first floor that guests are free to use at no charge. A Chinese stye buffet breakfast is available which is very adequate to start your day. Staff was somewhat reserved but helpful. Some had English as well which was appreciated. Definitely would stay in this hotel again.

The location of the hotel is very centralised which near to many department stores.  Room is clean & spacious.  Hotel staff are friendly & helpful.  I will definitely come back to this hotel if I come to Yanji again.

設施：都是新的。 智能馬桶，然後有小度。屬於智能家居吧，總體來説還可以。 衞生：衞生的話真的一般般，從進酒店大門感覺到的是輝煌大氣，但是進了房間之後有散不去的煙味。然後拖鞋上也有不明的毛髮，床單也有污漬，聯繫了管家和前台。有幫我們更換新床單和拖鞋？贈送了小水吧。軟件服務確實還可以。 環境：公共區域前台，酒店外面和房間裏面，走廊這些地方確實環境很好。 服務：我覺得服務真的很不錯。有問題及時溝通處理了，包括我們走的時候，門口的保安大叔也會幫我們搬運行李。比一二線城市酒店的服務態度好很多。在餐廳吃飯的時候，鮮族的小姐姐們也是非常熱心。 聽到我需要茶水，就馬上幫我去泡了。桌上餐盤感覺多了也主動來收。 管家一對一服務也很貼心，及時幫我們處理問題，也告知我們吃早飯的時間。還發了一份旅遊的攻略給我們。還是非常不錯的，但是我不能理解的是既然房間是禁煙的，在房間裏抽煙要罰兩百，為什麼房間會有煙灰缸？還有就是房間內的煙味，床單上，毛巾上的煙味真的有點難聞

設施：新裝修開業的酒店，裝修風格簡約時尚，全屋智能家居設計，適合年輕人，配套有洗衣房烘乾機特別方便，不過可能由於新裝修，進入房間略微有些許味道感覺還沒有完全散凈 服務：一位男士工作人員服務態度好，淋浴間和衞生間走水的問題給處理的很及時，但是也有一些服務上的不足之處，比如想借用蘋果充電器被告知衹有typeC口 環境：酒店和另一個温泉酒店聯通，在同一棟樓，早餐也共用，不知是不是原本就是同一家酒店，位置還比較方便，距離延邊大學網紅牆、阿里郎足球場都是差不多1公里，走路可達，門口有BRT站台，出行方便

Everyone there was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is good and our stay there was definitely very enjoyable, totally recommend this hotel and would stay in this hotel again when visiting Yanji. Location wise, its close to a departmental store and close to attractions such as the 网红墙 and 民俗园.

This was the second time in this hotel. This time my room was on the 15th floor, and it was much more modern than my first stay. I had nice views of the river. Service was good, breakfast was just ok. There is a bar with live music on the first floor.

Ini adalah lawatan kedua saya ke Thien Chiu Hotel, dan pemilik yang mesra telah menaik taraf bilik saya. Pemandangan tepi sungai ke arah pasar terapung sangat bagus, dan katil serta persekitaran yang bersih. Lokasi tempat ini menjadikannya sangat mudah untuk melakukan perjalanan dari lapangan terbang atau Stesen Yanji West dengan teksi atau bas. Pasar terapung di sekitarnya, Pasar Barat Yanji, Tembok Besar dan Universiti Yanji semuanya berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki, menjadikan penginapan anda di Yanji perjalanan yang sangat selesa. Saya sangat mengesyorkannya kepada sesiapa yang melawat Yanji.

The best thing about it is the location- right outside the Changchun railway station. I arrived from Jilin City via high speed train. Took the south exit and the hotel is right there across street from the south exit. The breakfast is included and offers a great variety of choices, both Chinese and Western styles. I only stayed for one night and didn’t check out the gym and other amenities but overall it was well worth it.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hotel! Since we visit Changchun annually to see relatives, we usually stay at a nearby hotel. However, this time, due to renovations at our usual hotel, we decided to try the Friendship Hotel. Upon checking in and arriving at our room, we were greeted with a platter of fruit, water, and drinks—a thoughtful touch! The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Bathrobes and slippers were provided at the entrance, and the attention to detail and genuine care from the hotel staff were evident everywhere. The hotel's design was innovative, stylish, and elegant, making our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was also particularly rich and of high quality. We noticed that many of the guests were international professors and students from Northeast Normal University nearby. During check-out, the hotel staff even prepared some snacks for us, showcasing their attentive and meticulous service, which left a deep impression on us. This hotel offers excellent value for money and rivals some international five-star hotels. We highly recommend it and it will definitely be our top choice for future visits to Changchun! We had a wonderful stay at the Yatai Hotel, the staff were amazing; extremely friendly, helpful and the service throughout our stay was of a high professional standard. We were close to great restaurants and tourist sights, we could walk to almost everywhere, and centrally located only a short 5-10min taxi ride to the Changchun Railway Station. The rooms were very clean, modern and convenient. This was my second stay at Yatai Hotel. And it won’t be my last!

There are couple of things that I love about this hotel and some things that they can be improve. 1. Hotel is nice, bed is comfy as expected 2 . Very near to the mall, where there are tons of delicious food/ restaurants there 3. There is subway just beside the hotel which is very convenient if you choose to take subway 4. Breakfast is varies from Chinese to western which is great. I usually have omelette, toasted bread, coffee and juices. We had issue with the air purifier, and asked for someone to fix it then seems it couldn’t be fixed, then they keep coming back coz after 5 mins of use it’s broken again. We asked to change to another one, at first they keep saying that no way that it’s broken, but it is broken. Finally they changed, but they wasted our time, we wanted to sleep early instead having them in the room with us. This kind service should be improved. They should just take it away and fixed it somewhere else and not to disturb guests.

位置離機場還算近，接機的小哥人非常熱情，晚上十一點多也可以商務車接，不到十分鐘就能到。淡季可能所以免費升了房。房間非常大，浴室乾濕分離水壓很大熱水調節也方便。洗護沐浴的東西感覺也蠻好的。空調聲音很小，窗户隔音也很不錯。總之非常滿意。早餐的話涼菜很多，北方都是這樣，也都很好吃，蒜香茄子好評。第二天免費準時送去機場換乘高鐵，總體性價比很高推薦選擇。

This was our second stay in three days - both times because of the nearness to Changchun Railway Station - and again we enjoyed the excellent service (even if your phone runs out of battery, there’s a two day weather forecast on your desk together with water and snacks, s. photo), classic Chinese hard mattresses and pillows (good for our backs) and the history exhibits that remind guests of the fact this hotel was first opened in 1909 in this very building. This time, we did have time for their extensive breakfast buffet and it is indeed extensive: salad, various types of eggs, oats, fruit, cakes, Chinese dumplings, Chinese porridge (the local “hei mi” black rice is lovely), fried noodles, rice, steamed veggies and buns, toast, jam, various Chinese hot dishes, freshly made noodles, ….you get the idea. The only regret we had: they have a coffee machine - for instant coffee…. Lots of lovely teas, but only instant coffee, alas. You can’t beat their price, either: RMB 304 for a twin bedroom including two breakfasts and two vouchers for afternoon tea.

高鐵站，機場免費接送: 服務非常人性化。我到高鐵站的時候已經是晚上6點多，沒有提前預約接機，本來打算自行解決到酒店的，但沒想到打車很不方便。臨時聯繫了酒店，酒店非常熱情地安排了接機服務，非常方便。 第二天的送機也是從早上5:30就開始送機，很方便。離飛機場大概10多分鐘的路程。 設施：酒店環境還是不錯的，設施也比較新，用的毛巾也是一次性毛巾，很衞生。 服務：當時遇到問題，電話聯繫酒店工作人員也能得到及時反饋。本來衹是打算就近找一個酒店住一晚，沒想到體驗相當不錯，推薦。
