We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn! The hotel is centrally located for lots of activities including golf, dinners at Market Common, exploring Murrells Inlet and Brookgreen Gardens. It's less than an hour to Pawleys Inlet and Georgetown SC as well. And of course, Myrtle Beach itself is on your doorstep. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. Check-in was a breeze. All the hotel amenities were explained to us in detail. Everyone we encountered at the hotel were friendly and knowledgeable. We especially enjoyed our interactions with Julian, our breakfast server. The lobby is beautiful - very bright and light, with plenty of seating throughout. The free coffee in the morning is a definite plus. We had a package that included a great hot breakfast to order, but we would have had no hesitation purchasing it separately as the prices were reasonable and the food plentiful. There is also a convenient market area with snacks, beverages, etc. including beer and wine. Our King bedroom was huge and spotlessly clean. Everything was in great working condition such as the TV, mini fridge, and bathroom. The mattress was particularly comfortable! On Day 3, we asked Housekeeping to refresh our towels, empty trash (although we subsequently noticed that there were large recycling and trash cans conveniently located by the ice machine) and they arrived quickly. The room was quiet, with good quality blackout shades, that provided a great environment for a good night's sleep. We would have no hesitation staying here again! Thanks to the Hilton Garden Inn team for a wonderful stay.

This is a newer hotel and very clean. We checked in early and Mara was very polite and accommodating. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was plentiful. Pool seemed nice with a small child splash area but we didn’t utilize it. There was a sitting area outside with a gas fire pit. We will definitely return when visiting Myrtle Beach.

We have been to this property at least a dozen times. Many things make this our favorite place to keep returning to. We would like to recognize Mo from the breakfast buffet, Caitlyn at the front desk and Kenny from valet. They always go above and beyond to make our trip special and we love seeing them each time we are here.

PPengguna TetamuThis was my little guys first spring break and first vacation and that’s to all the amenities offered at this hotel I’m the BEST MOMMY EVER! The pool area was everything and more! The game room was a nice time to waste time and have fun while it was raining. The views from the lobby during breakfast was beautiful and well as the balcony view from our room on the 19th floor and impeccable! Over all 10/10 . The only hiccup to mention was the Wi-Fi not working so well.

Ia adalah kira-kira lima minit pemanduan dari outlet, yang agak sesuai untuk percutian santai dan perjalanan ibu bapa-anak. Terdapat banyak tempat letak kereta di hotel, diedarkan di beberapa lokasi berbeza, tetapi kerana kadar penghunian yang tinggi pada hujung minggu, masih agak sukar untuk mencari tempat letak kereta. Tetamu yang tiba pada waktu malam hanya boleh singgah di hotel dan bergerak ke tempat letak kereta pada keesokan harinya. Atendan hotel juga akan menghubungi anda untuk mengalihkan kereta. Sarapan termasuk dalam kadar harga bilik dan dihidangkan pada pukul 7-10. Ia lebih baik daripada jangkaan. Pelbagainya sangat kaya dan rasanya sangat bersahaja. Ia pada asasnya boleh memenuhi keperluan orang di negara yang berbeza. Suite dengan pemandangan laut yang kami diami berada di tingkat 15. Gambar menunjukkan pemandangan dari balkoni. PPengguna TetamuAbsolutely wonderful time! Location is perfect! Beachfront, walkable to stores, easy access to the hiway. Staff was very friendly, personable and accommodating. Parking was OK, they have 3 properties 1 building has to use Parking at the other properties...of course it was the 1 I stayed in but it's just next door or across the street. The restaurants food & drinks were great. Very clean. I checked in the night the Hurricane Ian hit Mytle Beach that morning. There was a leak in out hallway that saturated the carpet in the hallway outside our apt, Maintenance & Housekeeping were on the case before we even noticed it. I would definitely recommend & stay here again.

I stayed at the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort from September 30 through October 3 for a business trip and had a mix of positive and surprising experiences. While the property itself is beautiful, there were a few issues that stood out. First, I was surprised by the lack of towels. Despite staying for 3 days with another person, there were only two sets of towels provided. I asked the housekeeper in the hall for more, and she told me they didn’t have any. She promised to bring some to the room, but after returning from my site visit, there were still no towels. I ended up going to the front desk, where I was thankfully able to get two face towels. There was also only one small bar of soap in the bathroom, which didn’t feel adequate for a stay of this length. In addition, the tables in the lobby were dirty during my stay, which added to the feeling that housekeeping could be improved. I also received a late-night call from marketers downstairs, trying to sell me a pitch for a sales presentation. As this was a business trip, not a personal one, I found the timing a bit inappropriate. Another issue was the missing screen door on the balcony, which meant that when I tried to enjoy the ocean breeze, bugs ended up getting into the room. Additionally, on Wednesday, I was trying to have a virtual work meeting when I heard loud banging and scooting noises. After calling the front desk, I was told there was no maintenance going on, but security checked it out. It was distracting and unusual for such a well-known property. On a positive note, the property is nice, and I did enjoy my stay overall, but given the issues I encountered, I had higher expectations for a Hilton resort. I travel to Myrtle Beach monthly for work and was hoping this would become my preferred hotel due to its beachfront location, but these details left me reconsidering my choice.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed here from Wednesday to Sunday with our two dogs, and this hotel was EXCELLENT. The room was perfect and actually bigger than we thought it would be with two beds. The only complaint we have is we wish there were queen beds instead of full size but that wouldn't make my review any different. Everyone we encountered at the front desk was extremely nice and accommodating, we actually enjoyed saying hello to them every morning. They have a nice courtyard that we were allowed to let our dogs run in, of course we only did that if there were no one out there and we did ask permission before we just let them. The grounds were very well kept and we were so close to everything that an uber was only $7 but still far enough way that you dont have the stuff that the strip has, IE loud music, tons of traffic, not safe. We would 100% stay here again if we travel to Myrtle Beach.

PPengguna TetamuThe Elevators were out of order throughout the whole property. The whole time we were on vacation. Which really was inconvenience for our stay. If I was aware before checking in I would’ve been more relieved. To where I wouldn’t have mentioned it in this review. If I had know I would’ve booked somewhere else. I also got over charged would have never released until I looked at my bank statements. This resort could do a little bit better by prioritizing customers time during their stay.

PPaul CobbThe room had a couple of mold spots on the ceiling, and the floor had some spots where it looked like it had been half mopped. As far as the location goes, it was just right. The only other problem that I had was the breeze way, the parking lot, the elevators were not cleaned, and they had no complimentary breakfast for the guest. Also, it smelt like **** the whole time there, and the pools were always crowded. All and all it was a good stay.
