We had a fantastic stay which was made even better by a complimentary upgrade upon check-in. The upgraded room was spacious, comfortable, and had toiletries for kids. There are many amenities available and the toiletries given is definitely more then the other hotels. Bottled water are easily accessible in every floor which is a great idea. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any requests. The meals in the hotel are tasty with huge portions given. Overall, it was an excellent experience and will definitely come back again.

This hotel looked incredible! From top to bottom, it was clear that the designers took style seriously. The rooms gave off a sense of luxury that few other hotels in this process range have. The carpets, floors, doors, cabinets, beds etc. emitted a sense of tranquility, which made me feel very comfortable. Also, after travelling around China for nearly a month, I can say that this was by far the best breakfast I've had at roughly a dozen hotels. The staff were professional, everything was very clean, and the location could not have been better. My only issues: there was no air conditioning, and my room was very hot at night. Additionally, when the rooms next to you are watching television, you can hear everything in your room.

Stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The free airport pick-up was on time, and the customer service was very responsive throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and had a simple yet cozy design. No trace of smoke smell, which I really appreciated. They offer free self-service laundry, including a dryer and iron, which is a great bonus. Since I don’t have a China mobile number to scan and use the washing machine and dryer, the staff went the extra mile and helped me scan both. I’m so grateful for their kindness and assistance. Breakfast was good, and the location is convenient, just a short walk to shopping malls and eateries. Highly recommended, especially for solo travelers!

We had an overall pleasant stay in this hotel. Although it is a 5-10 minute walk away from the large shopping malls and the city center, it has many amenities nearby. I would like to commend the service crew in this hotel, all of them were nice, polite and displayed professionalism in their work, they took care of my needs well throughout my stay and I really appreciate it. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices including local delicacies and some Chinese street snacks. As a foreigner, I strongly recommend this hotel to whoever is visiting Zhangye, it would definitely enhance your stay.

連續三年，在清明小長假期間，到平涼崆峒山景區遊玩，每次都入住廣成大酒店。酒店的大環境是吸引我入住的主要原因，尤其是園林和綠植很好，玉蘭花值得稱讚。客房不算新，但貴在有露台，是加分項。服務沒有去年好，餐廳服務員態度一般，尤其洗浴中心（女賓搓背）衹選搓背不做推薦的項目後，服務人員立刻變臉，連搓背都敷衍了事，實在是不應該。以後是否還會入住需要考慮，總體還行吧！

Excellent location 7 minutes taxi from the high speed rail. Room and facilities all clean, just like the pictures. Staff very attentive and helpful arranging a car for tourist sites. Good selection at breakfast, all kept clean during service

The location was perfect for us to visit the dunes and the mogao caves which were our priority for this visit. The manager was kind and helped us arrange taxis to go back and forth. The room was cleaned and neatened regularly. Breakfast, which was local, was ample and delicisous. We may have been visiting in the shoulder season as the hotel was in a state of repair and construction. The manager offered me two free beers if I gave him full stars, but I think it is important for reviews to be honest and constructive in their suggestions, otherwise it is a useless feature for the trip app to host reviews. So I paid for the beers and I hope all reviews on this app can be trusted! :)

Ini adalah harga terbaik yang pernah saya menginap di Hotel Crown Harganya sangat berbaloi. Harga hanya separuh daripada harga berbanding tahun-tahun sebelum ini, tetapi layanannya masih sangat mesra.
