Hotel Dengan Pools di Gansu, China

We stayed at the hotel in late 2025.3 Everything exceeded our expectations. When I book, it seems the location outside the city is a drawback of this hotel, which is compensated by a free pickup. But for a sightseeing trip in ZhangYe and with services the hotel has to offer, the location doesn't matter at all. Not to mention that the hotel's car+driver offer is quite competitive compared to what we have pre-booked. ###Room###: The room was spacious with comfortable beds and lots of amenities. WiFi speed is decent. There is also a public washing & drying machine, where the maid offered to wash our clothes. ###Restaurant###: The breakfast was plenty. The dinner offer a wide variety of local and standard dishes at an accpetable price. We got a free decent late night snack/dessert (with milk for children) delivered to the room at night. ###Staff###: The staff was very attentive. It started with the driver waiting at the train staion exit. Then we were greeted at the hotel by a staff with a good command of English. The staff has good knowledge of sightseeing spots in ZY. At dinner, the staffs made their best to help us understand the menu, patiently expained the food choices, as well as help estimate how much food we should order. (We are traveling with 2 children.) When we arrive back at the hotel in the evening, they enthusiasticly offered to help carry our stuffs. Tips are not expected nor accepted. If I have to comment, a moisturizing lotion and extra blankets in the room would help when the weather is cold. This hotel will definitely be my first choice if we ever come to Zhangye again.

張掖富來登温泉假日酒店超讚！前台小姐姐服務態度特別好給我介紹了周邊好吃的和好玩的，聲音也很甜美，很有耐心，房間很乾凈舒適，温泉水質泡起來很舒服超解乏，客服服務也很貼心周到，位置便利，性價比高，旅途疲憊一掃而空，強烈推薦！

A wonderful hotel, such great value for money. We loved our beautiful room with all the personal touches and great views of the lake. The staff worked hard to give you a great service. Reception ladies 59, 16 and 05 were particularly fantastic. Thank you for a great stay!

Stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The free airport pick-up was on time, and the customer service was very responsive throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and had a simple yet cozy design. No trace of smoke smell, which I really appreciated. They offer free self-service laundry, including a dryer and iron, which is a great bonus. Since I don’t have a China mobile number to scan and use the washing machine and dryer, the staff went the extra mile and helped me scan both. I’m so grateful for their kindness and assistance. Breakfast was good, and the location is convenient, just a short walk to shopping malls and eateries. Highly recommended, especially for solo travelers!

We stayed in this hotel as the base to see the Colourful Mountains. The hotel is old which is ok but it is not as clean as many guests have described. There was hair in the shower and the bathroom is patched up. Also, I would not recommend this hotel for nonsmokers as we are because there is smoking in the common areas. The entire hotel including the rooms smell of stale smoke which have seeped into the carpets and furnishings. You constantly feel choked up with fresh and stale cigarette smoke throughout the entire stay. That said, this viewpoint may be our problem because we are visitors from a country that has banned smoking in enclosed public spaces and it is what we are accustomed to. On another note, the service and hospitality was excellent and we thank the hotel team for this.

這是我們第三次來敦煌玩了，這次選擇了漠藍民宿是因為看到這家店是新開的，看酒店的圖片覺得還不錯，就選擇了這家店，民宿在一個村裡，和市區相比有點偏了，但是相對來説非常安靜，店門口就是停車場，停車還挺方便的，但是沒有充電樁，這個可以理解，做充電樁不是安裝幾個樁子就可以的，需要給電網報備，和老闆聊了一下，這個充電樁也是正在推進，希望下次來的時候不用跑其他地方充電，民宿環境還不錯，和圖片中一樣，適合打卡也比較出片，前台小哥非常熱情，晚上我們到店辦理入住之後應該是觀察到我們一直在盯着酒吧的酒在看，所以主動幫我們打了兩大杯精釀，該説不説，老闆選擇的精釀口味還是非常的nice的，緩解了一路從德令哈開車到敦煌的疲憊，給老闆點讚了，早餐環節老闆很用心，主動問了我們想吃什麼，需不需要送到房間，味道還行，但是菜品挺健康的，符合大眾口味，走的時候還送了我們一些路上可能需要的物品，像什麼濕巾，壓縮毛巾等等，總的來説這次遊玩很累，但是體驗非常棒，對了，還有一件比較遺憾的事，就是來的時間沒選對，民宿的李廣杏沒有熟，不然可以體驗一下李廣杏吃到飽的感覺，希望我下次來的時候李廣杏沒有被摘完，我一定要摘第一顆成熟的杏子（但是老闆肯定是第一個）哈哈不説了，下次見

Menginap semasa Tahun Baru Cina, dapat melihat tanglung secara percuma terus dari hotel! Penginapan terletak di blok-blok berasingan, dan ada tempat letak kereta di bawah. Saiz bilik boleh diterima, cuma kemudahannya tidaklah begitu moden. Untuk sarapan di bangunan utama, perlu berjalan kaki beberapa minit.

必須給這家酒店的服務點個大大的贊！從進門的那一刻起，就感受到了賓至如歸的温暖。前台工作人員笑容可掬，耐心解答我的各種問題，還主動幫我升級了房型。客房阿姨打掃房間非常細緻，每天都會補充好用品。酒店的禮賓服務也很貼心，幫我安排了行程和叫車。這種無微不至的服務讓人印象深刻，絕對五星好評！

Great stay at this lovely hotel/inn! The room was big and well stocked with amenities. The people were also very friendly and helpful with recommendations and booking transport. The location is quiet, near Mingsha Shan. Easy to get a didi to anywhere in dunhuang!

Crowne Plaza Lanzhou terletak sangat dekat dengan stesen kereta api. Terdapat juga ”Carbohydrate Cross” yang terletak di tempatnya luas. Terdapat persembahan piano pada malam hujung minggu Lelaki muda di concierge mengambil inisiatif untuk membantu Kakitangan meja penyambut tetamu juga dengan sabar memeriksa kami. Keperluan harian di dalam bilik telah disediakan dengan baik dan mereka dapat membantu kami tepat pada masanya jika diperlukan. Secara keseluruhannya berasa baik.
