I told them that I had two service dogs and they wanted the papers on both even though right on their tags that they can only ask if they are service animals and if they are trained to do something. Then at 10:30 at night we are told that we have to have 100 dollars cash even though our room was paid for for incidentals.

I work in experiential marketing, doing a 7 month tour across the US - as such, I'm in a new city/hotel every week. Most fall into the middle range, with some standing out as pleasant surprises! In the case of this place, it was the worst I've seen on the road. The 'non-smoking' room reeked of cigarette smoke to the point of getting headaches. I sprayed the room down with an air sanitizer, but it only covered the odor and had to be repeated every couple hours. The hot water would come and go without notice. One night after work, I stood in the back of the shower for 10 mins waiting before giving up. There were food crumbs and stains littered throughout the hotel, even in the room. Keys would constantly stop working (even stored separately from a cell phone), requiring an extra trip to the lobby, which closes at 9 pm for some reason. Several times I had to knock on the window or walk the parking lot trying to find the solo employee, who was usually smoking. I always reach out to management and Tina, the regional manager, and have heard nothing after 3 weeks. The only way this place stays in business is by everyone who has been taken advantage of it. And now it's evident that speaking up does nothing. But I'm going to escalate it to corporate to recover the wasted 6 nights I spent there and to inform them of the conditions here. A word of advice, pay a few more bucks and stay somewhere else. Your friends, associates and God forbid, your family will thank you for it!

There are four positive things. Location, just off the highway, price, comfortable bed, friendly worker. BUT, the first room we were given had soap bubbles and hair in the bathtub. The next room was slightly better. The water in the shower was almost impossible to turn on and was impossible to fully turn off as attested by the huge rust stain and the constant dripping from the moment we entered the room. One pillow was missing a pillow case. The center of the floor had been vacuumed but not the edges. Breakfast was so so. Nothing great. The coffee was awful. I do not recommend this place and will not return until it is updated.

First off we arrive to check-in and the lobby was closed, not a big deal really. It became a big deal when all we wanted to do was get into our room & relax after driving 5 hours, but the 2 employees decided catching up on their own gossip was more important than checking us in. Don’t get me wrong, once we were waited on, the guy was very friendly. So we waited, finally got the key to our room…. walk in, there is no heat on for us. First of all, wouldn’t you think if you had people checking in, you would have the room heated up for your guests. I flip on the light, then flip on the bathroom light, to find this (see pics). To be honest, it gave me the heebie jeebies to stay here, but we were exhausted. What really topped it, I get up the next morning to take a shower, I go to move the shower curtain from one side of the pole to the other….there’s a washcloth hanging over the shower curtain, from a previous guest 😳 So you get what you pay for that’s for sure! Next time I will spend the extra $85 and stay somewhere nice!!

After 3 rooms later finally got one to stay in first one smelled like cigarette smoke the other smoke alarm kept beeping then the 3 rd one a/c didn’t work at first then no remote to the TV. This is the last time a stay here
