The best staff, very helpful and ready to handle challenging situations. I really appreciate their willingness to assist and provide help. Beautiful swimming pool area surrounded by palm trees and garden. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who needs to rest as it’s located in a quiet street with easy access to both Angor Wat and the Pub street.

Good hotel. Easy to get grab taxi and Tuk tuk. The breakfast was delicious.

The staff customer service is amazing . I would say beyond expectations. They were so accommodating, they allowed us to check in very early as we had morning flight and check out late as our flight was late evening. They would recommend any customised travel itinerary as well as transportation. The breakfast although starts at 6:30am , they arrange it early even at 4am to accommodate our early morning sunrise plan. Thanks a lot.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff, always willing to assist. When we arrived we were met with a welcome drink and fruit. Brilliant place to relax and unwind with lots to see and do locally. Equally, this is a brilliant place laze by the pool underneath the coconut trees ordering cocktails and good food. We highly recommend using the hotel tuc-tuc driver Mr Vanna nothing is too much trouble and will wait for you and take you back to hotel when you want.

I didn't have much time to enjoy the facility that this hotel has to offer as I arrived very late and checked out early in the morning for planned activities. I was upgraded to other room which was huge, perfect for a family of 4 (with small kids) as it has 2 double beds and the room was spacious too. It took me about 5-7 minutes to city centre by tuk-tuk and it cost only about USD3. If you need one, please ask reception.

Franch Design with big swimming pool. Staff comes with beautiful smile. Location is good between Angkor Wat and Pub Street and rooftop restaurant view is superb. Highly recommended

Very professionally run hotel. Staff were attentive without pretence. Really good lunch and breakfast, as i was eating out at night. I stayed in the cabana pool room which was excellent and great value. I would go back next time in Cambodia. John Scotland

Location and environment so good

Grand Elysee is recovering from the pandemic. The room is big with separate toilet and shower. I deducted a point because they had no refrigerator or television in the room. However, the staff quickly brings up a bucket of ice or a knife and plate when requested. Great staff. There is a laundry service beside the hotel and a small store as well for water and soda or snacks. I liked the restaurant across the hotel - Mongkol Coffee and restaurant. Their grilled fish with mango salad was superb. Anyway, back to grand Elysee, the staff mostly spoke in English. They all greeted us when we came back from our little tours, and bid us well each time we left. It was like coming and going to family. It was also close to the pub and central market. 2$ on tuktuk or very walkable. It was also just 15 minutes away from the Angkor Wat temples which made it so easy to go on our tours.

The room is huge and the bedding and furnishings are pretty comfortable. There's a balcony, and for my room, it faces the swimming pool. Location wise, the hotel is a little further away from Pub Street and best way to travel out will be by tuk tuk. There's no restaurants or supermarkets nearby the hotel. Service was fantastic and all the staff are extremely friendly. Especially for the front desk staff, they were superb. As it was raining heavily prior to my checking out, the drive-way of the hotel is flooded. But the front desk staff assisted with my luggage and arranged another route for me to get to the roadside for my transport to the airport. Throughout, they were assisting me and sheltering me from the rain.
